We had a great stay here for a wedding in the area. Found a lovely place to eat nearby called Garden Company. The house was nicely decorated, clean and exactly what was listed. The owner was super responsive. A fun weekend, for sure.

Would definitely go back! Both homes were very well cared for, clean, and look just like they do in the photos. The outdoor space is great. The laundry is incredibly useful and the machines are brand new. The beds are comfortable and plentiful! Plenty of fridge and freezer space. Appliances are all in great shape. The porches are great, the fire pits are a great touch, and the pool is awesome. Great place to stay, especially if you’re looking to relax in a quiet location. Host is very proactive and responsive, but you won’t need to reach out because they have everything taken care of before you show up.

This was a surprise trip for my fiancé. We both love being outside and this place provided! We loved that it’s a treehouse! Not like a lot of the over-glorified glamping ones. The one that you’ve always imagined growing up, but it had everything and more. We appreciated all the small details playfully placed everywhere. The outdoor shower and cowboy hottub were the highlight of our trip. Just be aware that you may hear some road noise in the distance, but you’ll get used to it. For those who may have gotten caught up in growing up in a fast-paced and demanding society that stole your identity, this is the perfect place that will help you rediscover and feed your inner child. Well it did for this retired Army combat medic. This WAS initially for my fiancé but I think we both were able to sink in and enjoy it together. The place has a natural way of doing that. Had a fabulous weekend. Went for the Cattle Country music festival, great place to come home to - full moon! Super private and so comfortable

Great location for walking to the town square and shopping/restaurants. Clean and well maintained. Had to sweep the balcony upon arrival, but the outdoor furniture (two chairs and a table) was comfortable. We did not use the stove/oven/microwave. Laundry and dishwasher worked well. Everything was is working order. Good experience.

We needed a place to stay for the Spartan race in nearby Cat Springs, TX. We considered staying further away in a larger town, but wanted to be really close to the race site. So glad we found this place in New Ulm. The listing was very accurate and the home has been beautifully maintained. We received clear and great instructions and the home provided us with everything we needed. Also, the location was very peaceful and central to other neighboring towns. Would recommend and would definitely stay again!!

Christy's Place in the New Ulm countryside was wonderful. The guest house was comfortable, cozy and views with many windows were very relaxing. We came during Antique Week so did a lot of shopping in the area and not as much time on the property. Next time we will definitely walk the property trails and sit by their beautiful pond. She was the best host, even providing many varieties of breakfast items and coffees/teas/bottled waters. Temperatures were cool and even the heater worked immediately. We loved watching the birds at the bird feeder at the kitchen table. A cozy and peaceful place to stay. We can't wait to return and relax on the ranch!

This house was perfect for a long weekend getaway. Large private lot. Beautiful architecture. Lot’s of windows. Very peaceful. The host was very responsive and friendly. We would definitely recommend this home to friends and we will plan to stay again when we are in the area.

Cozy and rustic little place with all one’s living needs facilitated. Also surrounded by vast grassy fields of adorable cows. Supermarket and Walmart are a short trip to town. Would stay again.
