We stayed at Robert's place for five weeks and once we got our heads around the fact that it was his home, containing all his personal effects (including his clothes), it soon felt like home. It is very close to the front at Dee Why (a bustling, friendly bay) and yet it's a peaceful location overlooking the lagoon. We were visiting family, so didn't use any of the cooking facilities but they were all available (including barbecue). It was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The terrace has sun all day (great for drying laundry) and overlooks the lagoon. What's not to like!!

Very convenient location, close to shops, movie theatre and White Rabbit Gallery. Central station accessible by foot. The apartment is a nice place for 3 people. Good communication with the host.

Amazing Stay with Stunning Views & Thoughtful Host! I had a fantastic stay at this high-rise Airbnb in Sydney! The place was spotless, exactly as described, with a clean and spacious bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen, and perfectly working air conditioning. The highlight for me was the breathtaking sunrise view over the water—it made my stay truly special. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, even surprising us with a thoughtful snack goodie box upon arrival. It was evident that she put a lot of care into making the space comfortable, and I really appreciated the effort. One thing to note: The high-rise has its “twin” building where it looks the same with different entrance on the opposite side and the buildings are not connected. Just make sure you have the correct address when getting dropped off to avoid any mix-ups. If I ever visit Sydney again, I would love to stay here! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and scenic stay.

Great house, great location within walking distance of the city and public transport and a great host.

Perfect spot to stay for an event in and around the stadium. Will be back.

Old building but a great and comfortable place to stay. Lovely host, everything was as described. Close to all amenities. We had a good stay. It is on the 3rd floor without lifts so you have to walk up the stairs resulting in good exercise. Overall very happy.

Our stay was absolutely gorgeous. The house was very clean and comfortable. It felt just like home. The outside area was incredible with beautiful greenery. We would definitely consider staying there again.

This place is in nice family oriented suburbs of Sydney. Place is as described and well maintained with designated parking spot. 5-10 mins drive to local groceries, and restaurants or 15 mins walk. Train station near by with Park & Ride. 30-40 mins ride to city, can also drive to near by zoo or national parks. Nice place for family of 4, with enough space, and fully functional kitchen. Hosts are very responsive and respectful.

We had a wonderful stay here this Christmas and New Year! The house is beautiful with a stunning view of the ocean. You can walk into Avalon which has lots of great places to eat and drink (and some brilliant shops too). The beach is walkable from the house and is also stunning. We didn’t want to leave! We spent almost a week, using Andy & Allison's house as a base for our Sydney holidays. The location is amazing, with a spectacular view on the wild ocean. The rock cliff is minutes away, with its rock pools to have a plunge (or breakfast), Coogee beach as well. A 20 min drive will bring you back to Sydney CBD if you need it. We spent the week with 3 kids under 9, and they loved it. The swimming pool was heated just right, we made pizzas in their stone oven, and enjoyed all the little bonuses of the house fully (sparkling water on tap, etc..) If you're into interior design / decoration, you'll love the various pieces the owners have put together. If the ocean breeze is not your thing, you can always have the central AC do its job. We enjoyed our stay and the kids are already asking to go back.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Simone’s beautiful home. It is in a great location with direct access to the beach, which makes the experience very special. Simone is a fabulous host, easy to communicate with and very responsive. And the local area is gorgeous, lots to do and many great restaurants. We highly recommend and would stay again. Great place to stay very homey would love to stay again

This is an exceptional home and we had an equally exceptional time over Christmas. We were 3 families- 3 generations with 4 children aged 8,5,4 years and 16 months. There was so much to do at the house- a beautiful pool, very spacious rooms, a movie room and quiet areas too. The kitchen was equipped with top of the range appliances and everything we needed was neatly stored. We lounged outside, on the terrace and ate at the large outside table. Everything was very comfortable. The bedrooms were spacious and the bathrooms clean with great showers. We walked into pretty Avalon, and drove to Woolworths for groceries. We found amazing beaches within 5-10 minutes, most child friendly. Gloria was very responsive, most helpful and we thank her so much for sharing her beautiful home with us.
