Really well located apartments - just a short stroll from the beach. Decent amount of room in the living area, everything there you would want for a short stay and very handy to have the washing facilities in the room. Place very clean and beds are comfy.

I stayed at one of Ruby’s apartments for about a month this year and it was great. It quickly became home from home and I loved it. Really great position for local great coffee shops and deli’s and little supermarket. Also bus stops on the doorstep and near Mosman ferry stop. Short walk up to Military Road and bus down to my favourite beach - Balmoral. Ruby was responsive and really I couldn’t fault the accommodation and ease of check in and check out. I will definitely make a point of staying again at Ballantyne’s, without hesitation. Thank you. Clare

We had a great stay. The location is fantastic, a few minutes walk to the metro and then a few minutes on the train to central Sydney. There are also nice restaurants nearby. The bed and bedroom is really nice and comfortable.

The apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay, friendly service from the main reception desk including travel tips and public transport. Use of the nearby gym was a bonus being a full commercial gym with plenty of equipment to get through a week or two.

Our overall stay was excellent. Olivia and Julia were very helpful and responsive when we were checking in. The apartment was beautifully decorated and very clean. It reached our expectations and would definitely stay again🫶🏽

It' is a very nice apartment and in a very quiet setting. The location is good and there are two really nice cafes just around the corner overlooking the common. And the communication with the host was great. They sent sent a comprehensive list of things to do and suggestions for places to eat One small thing to be aware of is that The spiral staircase that goes upstairs is quite steep so not ideal for anyone with mobility issues but it will be fine for most people. We really appreciated the fact that there was an air-conditioning unit in the lounge and in both bedrooms which really made a difference as it got to 35C some days.

Appartement war sehr gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Es hatte einen Parkplatz und der Bus nach Sydney war innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar. Cafés , Restaurants und Supermarkt in der Nähe.

I’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnb in Sydney. This was right up there. Incredible view. Very clean. All required living items. Sydney is expensive generally but this was in the value for money slot considering. Minor gripe, one of the 2 lifts were out of action most of stay. It’s a busy full tower block and lift qs were therefore commonplace. Fixed for last part of stay so much better. Definitely stay again.

The listing is incredibly spacious and well furnished. I was crutches during my stay and had no problems with space. John was very responsive, helpful and kind. Very convenient location too with an Aldi’s and restaurants near by.

Communication was good. Clear instructions for obtaining key and accesssing the apartment. The location was great with short walk to main shopping centre with Woolworths, Coles etc, bus stop outside and Metro easy walking distance. Apartment was clean and large with full equipment including a dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, washer and dryer. Initial dishwasher tablets and washing liquid were provided.
