This was my second stay at Vasilis' place, and once again, it was an absolute delight. I spent two weeks here, and the apartment continues to impress. The decor is truly unique—refreshing and different from the standard, cookie-cutter Airbnbs you often come across. The space is thoughtfully designed with modern touches like a large TV with proper speaker system, comfy seating, a spacious shower, heating/AC, cool lighting, etc. For those needing a work-friendly environment, this apartment is fantastic. The kitchen table offers plenty of room, and there are multiple outlets right on the kitchen counter. Plus, the fiber-optic internet! Parking is another bonus for me — despite the area sometimes being busy, there’s always a spot to be found if you follow the street uphill towards the school. Vasilis is an outstanding host, always attentive and accommodating. The place is truly a gem.

Guy calls his apartment “Lovely Small Apartment. Lovely the apartment certainly is. Guy has cheerfully decorated the apartment in his own creative way. Sometimes almost fairytale-like. Small I wouldn't call the apartment. On my own I had more than enough space. But it's also fine for two. The apartment is located near the center. Within walking distance are many places of interest; including the Roman Forum, Rotunda and the Arch of Galerius. To the north, Ano Poli, the picturesque old upper town, is easy to reach on foot. Near the apartment there are numerous good restaurants. Right around the corner there are two supermarkets. Guy is an excellent host. Is there for you, helps where needed, responds very quickly to messages. Together we had coffee in a near coffee kafe. Among other things, we talked about how the apartment could become even better. Guy took suggestions along these lines eagerly. I will come again next year.

Πρόκειται για ένα διαμέρισμα στο κέντρο της Θεσσαλονίκης, πολύ κοντά σε όλα τα αξιοθέατα και σε καφέ, εστιατόρια, bars κτλ, το οποίο όμως ταυτόχρονα έχει απόλυτη ησυχία! Είναι πεντακάθαρο και διαθέτει όλα τα απαραίτητα για τη διαμονή. Επίσης, η κυρία Σοφία είναι εξαιρετική στην επικοινωνία και ήταν διαθέσιμη άμεσα όποτε χρειάστηκα κάτι.

Πολύ καθαρό διαμέρισμα ήσυχη γειτονιά και πολύ ευγενικός οικοδεσπότης.Το συστήνουμε για όμορφη διαμονή στην Θεσσαλονίκη!!

Το σπίτι ήταν κοντά στο μετρό ,γεγονός που μας διευκόλυνε πολύ ,καθώς δυσκολεύτηκαμε πολύ να βρούμε parking και όταν βρήκαμε δεν το μετακινησαμε ξανά παρά μόνο όταν φύγαμε.Επισης όταν κλείναμε τα παράθυρα δεν ειχαμε καλό wifi. Κατα τα άλλα πρόκειται για ένα συμπαθητικό σπίτι.

Le logement est lumineux et trés agréable. Il est dans un quartier typique de la vielle ville, trés tranquille et reposant : quand on quitte la vie trépidente de Thessalonique ville basse, on a l'impression de vivre dans un village... Sa position prés des ramparts où il y a de trés bonnes tavernes est un plus. Il bénéficie d'une vue époustouflante sur la ville, la baie et le port ainsi que sur le mont Olympe... quand le temps est clair. Le beau monastère d Ossios David c'est littéralement la porte à côté. Les rapports avec la propriétaire sont immédiatement amicaux. Elle est trés accomodante: ainsi, elle a laissé volontiers les clefs à notre fils qui vit ici dans le même quartier. En résumé, un appartement trés agréable où l'on se sent trés rapidement chez soi. Une parfaite illustration de la philoxénia grecque...

very clean place and the location is perfect. close to metro station and very peaceful neighborhood. the parking is a bit difficult

Natalija's apartment was very clean, had all the amenities needed even more than we expected, the location is great, the beach and all the restaurants and shops are just around the corner. The communication with Natalija was smooth and easy.

Great little apartment, close to the city center and all the restaurants, bars and coffee places. 10 minutes walk from the sea front. Recommended.

Spazioso ed arredato con gusto, oltre alla posizione centralissima, che permette di muoversi a piedi nel centro città, in una zona piena di ristoranti e caffè, la caratteristica impareggiabile di questo appartamento è una vista mozzafiato sul mare. Host gentile, sempre reattivo a qualsiasi richiesta, accolta positivamente e con tono amichevole. Top!

Had a great stay! The flat was exactly as described. Mary is really friendly and very responsive. The location was nice too, with plenty of great restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The area had a lively vibe, which was great for exploring, though it could get a little noisy at times. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I’d definitely stay here again!

Ο Αιμίλιος είναι ένας εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης!Σαφής στις οδηγίες που μας έδωσε,κάνοντας την εμπειρία μας ακόμα πιο εύκολη.Η συνεννόηση μαζί του ήταν άψογη και άμεση!Το διαμέρισμα ακριβώς όπως περιγράφεται και απεικονίζεται στίς φωτογραφίες.Ζεστό νερό άμεσα και πολύ καλή θέρμανση.Καθαριότητα που συναντάς στο σπίτι σου.Εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα απαραίτητα που χρειάζεται κάποιος.Γενικά μία άψογη διαμονή!

Όμορφος, ζεστός, καθαρός χώρος με ωραία διακόσμηση και καθρέπτες στο διάδρομο ώστε να δείχνει μεγαλύτερος. Βρίσκεται σε κεντρική οδό της Άνω Τούμπας και υπάρχει εύκολη πρόσβαση σε μαγαζιά, καφετέριες, σούπερ μάρκετ κτλ

Ωραίο το διαμέρισμά σας και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και απόλυτα ασφαλής! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα!!

We enjoyed our stay, our only note would be maybe a throw blanket in the colder months to sit outside and an extra set of towels for the hotel tub. Overall, clean and great location.

Η διαμονή μας στο κατάλυμα αυτό ήταν εξαιρετική! Ο χώρος ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες και πεντακάθαρος! Σίγουρα θα το ξαναπροτιμούσαμε!

ο άνθρωπος ήταν καταπληκτικός το πήραμε για όλες τις ανάγκες και πραγματικά μας βοηθησε σε όλα το κατάλυμα ήταν άριστο με πολύ καθαρό χώρο σας ευχαριστώ πολύ θα το ξανά προτιμούσα σας το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα ευχαριστώ για την διαμονή

Είναι η δεύτερη φορά που μένουμε σε διαμέρισμα της Ιωάννας και είμαστε απόλυτα ικανοποιημένοι!
