The Farm House Lodge was a great decision for our group of snowmobilers. After finding out that the Tailwater Lodge was full, with no vacancy’s, I was able to download the Air B and B Application on my phone. It appeared that everything was booked due to a busy weekend full of snowmobile events. I was able to locate the Farm House which is right next door to the Tail water Lodge. After talking to the friendly host, this house was for our group. The Farm House sits directly on the trail and easily accessible from the back yard. From pictures and description it was hard to imagine this house, but it’s beautiful broken up into two suites on the first floor that each have their own bed, little kitchen, bathroom and living room with a pull out bed. The upstairs has a master style bedroom and bathroom, along with another room with bunk beds. All the rooms share the master main kitchen, along with a great room that had a pool table and tv. Great experience with the host and I would come back

Second time my wife and I have stayed here. We love the house and the location. The property is very unassuming from the outside. Beautiful and updated in the inside. On clear nights, the stars are beautiful. Less than a 10 minute drive into town. Also very close to the Chittenango Falls State Park. You can hear the falls from the house.

We had a great stay at Darya’s place! We were in town last minute and wanted a peaceful retreat to work remotely during the day and enjoy the lake. Darya was very welcoming of us and our dog and even set out a dog bed, bowls, and treats! Because it was winter and still pretty frozen over, we only got to enjoy the lake views. We enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen and cooked at the house often. We also appreciated the multiple options to make our morning coffee!

Great location & had all the amenities we needed. Will definitely save this house for future visits to Oneida. Thank you!

Beautiful home in a lovely setting. Truly a home away from home!

Emily was one of the best hosts I have had. Very quick to respond and flexible. The area received 1.5-2' of lake effect snow by 9am that morning, Emily made sure that the driveway was plowed out for us by the time we got there and made sure that we were ok to get in. This is a great little lake cabin for a weekend fishing trip or a trip away from home. FYI, the sand bar and grill 1.5 miles down the road has great food at great prices.

The Eagle View is an amazing stay. A great home away from home. With the amenities alone I did not want to leave. The jacuzzi and cow were my favs and the mattresses are a dream! Heather is so responsive and accommodating which made the stay so much more enjoyable during a difficult time.

Lovely place. Wish the weather had been better. Stocked with so many amenities and things - just show up! Hoping to come back this summer & fish! Thank you for such a cute place.

This is a quiet rustic spot Jeannie made it a point to introduce herself and let me know if I needed anything just reach out I took advantage of the free snacks and if you forget anything there was a nice assortment of toiletries My only disappointment for the stay is i did not get to pet the dog!!!!!

“An exceptional retreat with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials to actually cook, and the thoughtful design extends to the outdoor patio, where we enjoyed using the grill. The hosts were absolutely wonderful—attentive and welcoming—and the location is perfect, right in the heart of the entertainment district. I stayed here with my 13-year-old twins, and we found it to be incredibly quiet and peaceful. We’re truly grateful for such a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a high-end stay.

Had an amazing time staying at Rachelle's wonderful airbnb. It was incredibly clean, felt like home away from home. Had a cozy and private atmosphere. If you get the chance highly recommend staying here. Rachelle was also very quick to respond to messages.

We arrived to find a fresh charcuterie board and sparkling wine, totally unexpected but highly appreciated. Juan’s thoughtfulness goes above and beyond, best AirBNB host ever!

There isn’t enough space to share all the great things about this place. Remarkably clean, modern amenities, comfortable furniture, and on and on. The hosts are friendly and easy to get ahold of if needed. This is our second stay and it’s was just as beautiful as it was 3 years ago. It’s definitely one of the best places we have ever stayed at. The added bonus is the beautiful lake with easy access for seasonal enjoyment.

It was a quiet and fun place on the top of a hill on a dead end road. Fabulous spot, the hot tub had a nice view. We will visit again!

We stayed over Christmas to see family while visiting from SC. The place was just right for the two of us and our puppies who really enjoyed running around in the snow for the first time. We were happy to see that someone plowed the long driveway so we didn’t have to worry about that. We really enjoyed staying there and would definitely consider staying again. We had a great trip!

Went up with a friend to go fishing for the weekend. Cabin was awesome and super clean. Had everything you would need as far as pots and pans, and things like that. We had a little issue at first with the key but we called the host and he helped us figure it out in like two minutes. The host told us that the fire wood stacked there was free so that was pretty great too, and there was little bags of chips and stuff already in there. Bathroom was good. Shower was good but the hot water doesn’t last too long. The listing kinda confused me and I thought that it was one bedroom, and then the upstairs part. But it was two bedrooms and the upstairs part. So it was four beds not 3. Great place tho 10/10 would recommend.

Host was very descriptive with location, instructions on all the need to knows, and was readily available if needed! The house was beautiful and had everything I was looking for to celebrate my best friend’s birthday! I would definitely recommend renting this house! I myself would love to go back!

A great stay ! If you want to enjoy nature or hit the salmon river this is the place.
