I had an awesome time staying at the Lakehouse for a reunion trip with close friends. Frederico and Sumaia are fantastic hosts—friendly, responsive, and they provided clear instructions for everything we needed. The home itself was very clean, cozy, and perfect for relaxing. Even though the weather wasn’t on our side, we still had a great time indoors with board games, good food, and lots of laughs. Thank you both for your warm hospitality and for making everything run so smoothly. Would definitely stay again!

One of the best places we’ve ever stayed!!! I cannot say enough about how amazing Deb was. She and Joe constantly went above and beyond. The house is beautiful!! Very clean. Huge, loads of space. Great amenities. 2 second walk to the lake. Great internet if you’re working from home. We made memories to last a lifetime and we will be back next summer!!

Lex was really helpful and accommodating! This house was great for a large family with small children. We loved that there was two different living spaces to hang out in.

Caryn's cabin was a cozy, comfortable stay perfect for our family of 4. We spent a week over the New Year holiday at this very well-stocked and appointed home. Every detail was considered in making this a comfortable stay, from a fully equipped kitchen with all the cookware and utensils a home cook would want, to the very nice linens, blankets and bathroom amenities. There was plenty in the house for our needs and we didn't feel anything was missing at all. Sleeping arrangements were also very comfortable, the house was perfect temperature and easy to adjust to our needs and we enjoyed using the Sauna after a full day on the mountain. Everything in the cabin was quality and it made our stay a real joy. The location was perfect as we planned to spend our days skiing at Greek Peak, and it's just a short drive to supermarkets and Cortland. Caryn and Chris were both very responsive and helpful in every way possible and beyond welcoming. Overall 5 star experience highly recommend!

This is the Airbnb you always hoped for - our group of 10 could do anything - cook, eat, be wowed by the outdoors, and all the comforts of being indoors whether intimately or all seated at the same table for dinner. We gathered to make a lasting memory for ourselves as a family spread around the country wanting a way to stay connected to keep the family bonds strong in honor of our 87 year-old dad. Jan and Ken are prefect hosts, and wow, every inch of space has detailed attention to both pleasantness and purpose. Seriously, why look elsewhere? Bring your large group, bring some coolers you can keep vitals on ice, get wet in the sauna, hot tub, pool, cook up a storm, never have to leave the place. Beds are super comfortable, quiet ceiling fans take care of you, sleeping on lower level is in perfect coolness. It was prettier than the pictures and cozier than any thought of it being cavernous. As huge as it is it's still primed for intimacy. We thrive on jawing endlessly: fire pit!

We had an amazing stay with Vanderkamp. Excellent stay and a very well taken care of retreat. Everything was as described and sidewalks we shoveled and salted before we even thought about going outside the final morning of our stay! Beautiful place to stay! Definitely will be coming back!

This apartment is beautiful and in the best location, located above several restaurants. I highly recommend getting a sandwich from Nora’s or a panini from Port City. The drinks at Southern Fare and the Rooftop are creative and delicious. Parking is really easy and we always had a spot by the door. Instructions for check in and check out were very clear and minimal. Will definitely stay again!

Location location location!!! Walked to ski. No lines, no parking, loved it. If you value convenience over modern decor, this is THE place to stay at GP.
