We stayed a month in the view ruby and it was super comfortable, great location, easy secure parking, incredible views to watch the amazing sunsets or storms roll in and lots of favourite cafes restaurants and bars within 5 min walk - not to mention blocks from the beach! The wifi was fast, balcony spacious and the egg chair was my favourite spot for a morning coffee or evening drink. Fajken and Tea were amazing and hospitable hosts, helped us out with any questions we had and checking in often, but not too much, to see if we needed anything. We’ll be back!

We were an extended family group and stayed for one week. Maria (online)and her father Leo (in person) were impeccable in their care during our stay, even permitted us to stay an extra half day to await our flights as the villa wasn't booked until the following day. It's a lovely spacious traditional family home that warranted respect, set in a very peaceful location that had strict local quiet time rules . Conversely the overhead planes can be noisy as the villa does sit under the direct flight take-off path depending on the wind direction, but this didn't keep us awake at night . We were able to get taxis into the old town for approx 15-20 euros as it was mostly too hot for the 35min walk but we managed a daily 8min dander to the nearest supermarket and bakeries etc. I would probably hire a car if I were to stay longer next time. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend familia estates. Thank you again Leo and Maria! 😊

Lenka hat uns in der Unterkunft begrüßt. Sie war sehr sehr freundlich und über unsere Urlaubszeit hinweg sehr hilfsbereit! Wir waren zu dritt in dieser tollen Unterkunft. Wir konnten uns mit jeder Frage an Lenka wenden und sie hat uns immer geholfen und schnell geantwortet. Wir sind dafür sehr dankbar. Die Aussicht auf das Meer entspricht genau den Bildern. Wir konnten eine erholsame Zeit genießen und danke Lenka für diese großartige Unterkunft! Liebster Gruß Maria, Emma & Emi :)

Very nice place. The complex was likely built some 10 years ago, thus somewhat aged, but the apartment as new. Fantastic entrance to the garage in the basement, representing Albanian entrepreneurship. Highly recommended place!

10 Tage Strand - Es war super! Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir waren zu viert und wurden mit Süßigkeiten empfangen. Im Kühlschrank wartete eine Flasche Weisswein auf uns und es waren sogar sechs grosse Flaschen Trinkwasser bereitgestellt. Alles ist ordentlich und sehr sauber und die Lage ist nur wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt. Es gab genug Badwäsche, Bettwäsche und Strandwäsche. Zudem hatten wir das Glück, dass das Wetter in der ersten Oktoberhälfte 2024 toll war. Da wir sehr früh angereist sind, hat uns Michael auf Nachfrage sogar schon morgens einchecken lassen!!! Wissenswertes: Am Ort finden Sie nur 2 Minimärkte mit wenig Auswahl. Sie müssen einen Bus (ca. 40 Min) nehmen oder mit dem Mietwagen fahren, um in die Stadt zu kommen. Da wir in der Nachsaison dort waren, hatte in der Bucht nicht mehr viel geöffnet. Auch der Gemeinschaftspool war bereits nicht mehr im Betrieb. Dennoch sind sowohl das Haus, als auch "Glyfadastrand" für die erste Oktoberhälfte voll zu empfehlen

Karina is the best in communication there is no waiting around for a answer. Every time I needed an information She was always there. I was there for a month. The apartment is spacious with nice windows. The internet good enough I worked online every day.The building is new and very close to the beach. I enjoyed the place and could come back! Sonia is a great host. She was very responsive when I had any queries. She gave me some recommendations for restaurants and bars in the promenade. She was also kind to give me a lift from Ksamil in the weekend. Thank you for making my stay pleasant.

Centrally located, very spacious and comfortable apartment with amazing views over the Mediterranean Sea to Corfu from the balcony, where I sat and had breakfast every morning. Ana was there to meet me and to show me how everything worked. She was very friendly. She made great recommendations for a trip to Butrint to see the Roman ruins, which I took the next day. I would thoroughly recommend staying here!
