All was good. She let us checkin early since we need to attend annafternoon wedding. The location was near to both church and reception which made it convinient for us. Just one comment on the comfort room upstairs there were used soap and shampoo from previous guest I guess. But everything else are clean and good. Beds were cozy. Thanks!

The place is very spacious and clean. plus factor, they allow pet to swim in the pool (overflow area only).

We definitely enjoyed our 3-day getaway from the city here at The Kubu. The caretakers, Ate Jocelyn and Kuya Ompong had been helpful, responsive to queries & when we needed assistance, and hospitable. They also have very tamed & friendly dogs in the vicinity. We brought our two dogs and had so much space to walk, run around and explore. They had the best time of their lives! The whole house was also very modern, cozy, clean and had the complete equipment & utensils for cooking, grilling & prepping meals. When we first entered the house, we immediately were very happy with the place as it was already cold and tidy. Internet & cell signal were all very great as well. We were also able to ask Kuya Ompong set up a bonfire for us and for fresh coconuts (both with a fee) which added to the experience. It would also help if the pool was heated for the colder months. Overall, my family & I enjoyed so much and wish we extended another night however they were already booked. Thank you!

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views. The scenery is absolutely gorgeous, with vibrant greenery and a peaceful atmosphere that makes it the perfect getaway if you want to relax. It’s also incredibly Insta-worthy – every corner seemed like a picture-perfect spot! Aside from the beautiful landscape, what stood out the most was the level of service of the staff. They were incredibly courteous and friendly, always making sure we were comfortable and enjoying our time.

Host is very responsive. The house is clean with complete amenities. With good signal and strong wifi. TV has netflix. The pool is big. You can also have food delivered via food panda.

Kuya caretaker was very responsive and accommodating. Easy to communicate with the host. The place was very spacious, clean and easy to find. AC available al most part of the house. Has the basic that you would need. I like the separate area for grilling. The pool was great with just the right amount of hot. The rooms are clean and beds were comfortable to sleep in. We enjoyed our stay and would love to go back. .

This has been one of, if not the smoothest transaction of any kind that I’ve encountered, no hitches, glitches, issues and the like. Place is awesome as expected, beautiful neighborhood, even the guards at the entrance didn’t give us any attitude as I would sometimes experience in similar places. Area is likewise awesome as you can easily drive towards the main thoroughfare, and basically go around Tagaytay quickly sans some light traffic mostly by vehicles turning left/right to enter restaurants and such. Anthony, the host is quite knowledgeable, courteous and proactive. We’ll definitely aim to come back again soon, summer maybe when the weather’s more agreeable and we can do more outdoor activities.

Great place for families or big groups. The beach was very peaceful and private. The house was bigger than expected. All the kitchen essentials were complete. We had no trouble cooking our breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We rented their kayak and even ordered seafood from their fish lady so it was very convenient for us. Sophia was also very responsive and attentive all throughout. Overall, great stay and 100% would recommend it.

I particularly loved the thoughtful touches around the home, like the warm lighting and comfortable furniture, which made it feel so welcoming. I highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Can’t wait to return!

Maintaining the property is undeniably challenging, and it is amazing to note that despite the open grounds, I did not smell any dog or cat poop odor around the yard and its immediate vicinity. Proof that it is well maintained. Within the house, sanitary standards are up to code. The place is secure and neighbors are quiet, one cannot downplay the value of respecting the community and their peace. I love the play of rocks and the well appointed plants. The simple but well placed gazebo too. Well-thought layout and our two furbabies enjoyed too. Watching from their projector while in their tank pool with heater is a lovely experience. I am excited to go back soon as their planned renovation and upgrade gets done.

We enjoyed our stay, especially our kids throughout the whole week. My kids found a new friend, Iggy- son of our hosts. A very sweet nice and energetic kid. They played almost all day everyday.  The hosts were so accommodating, warm and very kind. We love the food in their newly opened restaurant, especially the coffee. Looking forward to more menus in the future (like bulalo :-) ) . The cabins are very nice and clean, comfy beds and strong aircons. A very nice place for a vacation that is so close to nature. One thing to improve I guess is the kitchen. For a family like us who love to cook food, an induction stove is not enough for us to prepare and cook the food. But overall, the experience is great, thus giving a 5 star rating for the whole experience. This place is highly recommended and hoping we'll be back soon for another stay, Thank you Marissa, regards to your family and see you again next time.

The A Elbi Hygge House is perfect for groups and families. So much space from the living room to kitchen to the bedrooms. It was sunny, airy, and very homey. The area is quiet but still very accessible. Most shops and restaurants are a short walk away. The hosts were very responsive and patient with my pre booking inquiries. They gave detailed instructions on how to get to the place. Check in was a breeze because of the electronic locks. The hosts and Ate Janice were very quick to respond to requests during our stay Overall a great experience. Will definitely book this place again, or any of their listings, for future visits in Los Banos.

My family and I had a wonderful time at Maria's place! Maria and JV were both very accommodating and welcoming from check-in to check-out! Maria was consistently responsive during our stay, which really made us feel taken care of. We brought our own food since we were informed that the place is a bit far from town, but we're so glad we also took the chance to try the food, prepared by JV, from their in-house restaurant! So good! The Airbnb itself was gorgeous, clean, and decorated so thoughtfully that even staying in still felt like we were making the most of our tropical getaway. Personally, the spacious, lovely kitchen was my favorite part haha. The beach was also just a short walk from the place, which was a big plus! During our stay, the shore was covered with seagrass, but it was expected as we arrived just after a storm has passed. There was still so much to enjoy at the beach, especially at dusk with its pinkish skies and serene, low tide. Wished we could've stayed longer!
