I couldn’t have wished for a better host or location, The Nest was truly beautiful and Jim Viola is the kindest most attentive and caring host I have ever seen. If I could rate this location and him as a host the amount of start I see fit, I’d say 100. I will absolutely be back to The Nest and I’ll be bringing my father with me to witness the beauty. I would never stay in any other place in Eureka Springs, I felt right at home and so much love all 3 nights and 4 days myself and my family stayed. WE LOVE YOU JIM!

This stay is absolutely incredible. It is sandwiched directly between both Springfield and Branson (about 20 mins from each), meaning you will never run out of things to do or see. It is also about 30 mins from Table Rock Lake, which is stunning. Judi and Mark are both incredibly welcoming and sweet, and we highly recommend this Airbnb. Additionally, while it does not have a desk (at the time of this review), the kitchen table is more than adequate as a desk (my boyfriend used it as one over the course of our 5-month stay). Overall, this is a fantastic deal and the Airbnb comes with a beautiful view, loads of fun things to do and incredibly sweet hosts!

From the moment we arrived, Mark and Rita treated us like family. The home was beautiful and the lake view was gorgeous. We enjoyed.sitting by the water, relaxing in the hot tub and having coffee in a beautiful space that brings the outdoors in. Everything you could want is right there. Thank you Mark and Rita for the delicious breakfast and your company. It was a highlight of the trip. We enjoyed hiking in the area as well as Roaring River state park. Thank you Rita for the suggestion! Get ready for some beautiful sights! We will be back for sure!

We had a great stay at the Gadd Spring Inn Garden Suite! It was the perfect amount of space for two people, so clean, and had everything we needed! Coffee in the mornings on the deck, walkable to downtown restaurants and shopping, and the kitchen was fully stocked with kitchenware, so we were able to cook a nice dinner one night. Plus, so peaceful even though it’s on a main road. The most unexpected entertainment was sitting on the porch watching vehicles “climb the hill.” We cheered on those that almost couldn’t make it and it even helped us decide what our next vehicle purchase will be! 😄 We would definitely stay here again if it’s available!

So much care has gone into making this an awesome place to stay. It really felt like Tuscany and home. She brought fresh eggs right up and I was able to make omelets the next morning. The balconies are perfect for.lunging and morning coffee off the kitchen. Highly recommended.

Ronnie was the man. We had to cancel our last day partway through due to a family emergency, and he was completely understanding. Went above and beyond to take care of us. Super nice guy, and will definitely stay at one of his places for future stays in Branson.

We loved our stay at this Airbnb while attending a wedding! The location was perfect—close to great restaurants and attractions, yet peaceful and relaxing. Noell was a fantastic host, thoughtfully providing snacks and water, which was such a nice touch. If we visit Branson again, we’ll definitely stay here!

Wendie met me at check-in, making the process seamless. She gave great local recommendations and ensured we enjoyed our stay. The place is BEAUTIFUL and under-priced for the location. The lodge was spotless and felt brand new. She had it beautifully decorated for Christmas and a sweet scent going. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Most definitely will be back!

we absolutely hit the jackpot wirh this find! did not dissapoint. lovely, well appointements lake cottage with attention to détails. we didn't mind the 15 min drive downtown. the drive is beautiful. crystal and ben are great host and even wrote us an anniversary card as we were celebrating our 37th year anniversary. we really enjoyed the hottub in the morning while drinking coffee and in the evening watching the sun go down. we both feel refreshed and ready for the week ahead. Can't wait to book another trip here!

My husband and i’s first trip to Eureka Springs together was for our honeymoon in 2004. We fell in love with the beauty and vibe immediately! We’ve been coming back yearly since! The Nola is hands down my favorite spot we’ve stayed over the past 20 years. We will be back! Thank you for a wonderful stay and all the sweet, personal touches! I loved everything about it! Absolutely loved it all!
