Tacoma : locations de vacances avec suite privative

What can we say? This is our favorite place to stay when visiting family who live within a half hour of Diane & John's home. The minute we walk through the doors, we're surrounded by peace and a sense of home. It's what keeps us coming back again and again! Diane & John are great hosts who are there in a pinch if you need something, but also offer the privacy your family wants. Their place has everything you need; full kitchen for cooking, plenty of room to spread out, large TV for viewing your favorite shows or movies, spacious bathroom, full size washer & dryer if you need and plenty of surprise touches. They are also within minutes of shopping and restaurants, so there's plenty to do if you venture out. We always forward to staying at their place, it's truly our "home away from home"!

Loved the neighborhood. Very welcoming atmosphere. Accommodation was as described. Very quiet and well situated location for everything we wanted to do in Seattle. Would stay again.

Ken and Evie’s home was as described and they were very communicative and detail oriented with instructions. Although they lived above the guest suite, you could hardly hear anything other than foot steps sometimes, and we really appreciated the amount of privacy they gave us. Beautiful view of the mountains as well! If we come back to Seattle we definitely would consider staying with them again.

Great location, peaceful and quiet. Kitchen was well supplied with amenities to cook with. Comfortable linens. Linda was responsive with any questions we had.

We enjoyed being by the water and using the hot tub. It is very close to town as well. Excellent stay!

Karen is an excellent host! During our stay in Seattle, we experienced some extremely cold weather. Karen reached out to make sure we were comfortable in the unit and offered warm coats, mittens, and boots in case we hadn't packed enough for the weather. The property is very clean and beautifully furnished, featuring several thoughtful touches. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

Loved staying here! Dan’s place was perfect for our quick trip to Seattle. In a safe, cozy neighborhood that was easy to find, we really appreciated everything it had to offer. Especially the jacuzzi! Would definitely recommend to anyone planning a their trip. 10/10.

Xuejun was very responsive and set clear instructions when checking in and out. She was very nice. There were water bottles already there and a water pitcher. Everything worked great!

I stayed for 10 days and had an amazing time!! The hot tub was marvelous after long hours of working or sight seeing. The space has everything I needed and extra details that really made it top notch like laundry baskets and tupperware. There were even robes for the hot tub! I 1000% will be staying here again!

I had a fantastic stay at Peter and Dah’s Airbnb! The location was perfect- great restaurants nearby, easy access to public transport, and walkable. As a young woman traveling solo, I felt completely safe in the neighborhood, which made my experience even better. The hot tub and sauna were such a treat after long days of exploring, and I loved having them as part of my stay. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Peter and Dah were incredibly kind and accommodating hosts, always making sure I had everything I needed. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area :)

Great communication, great location, and a really comfortable and special space to stay. I loved the upstairs bedroom with a view of the sound and the bed was so comfortable.

Great location, beautiful view, very clean! I highly recommend if you need a good place to stay in Kenmore area especially with more than 3 people. All the three rooms are with nice clean beds.

I loved this place - great location, very comfortable and extremely thoughtful in the amenities Mike provided. Every kind of coffee was available for my enjoyment as well as about 10 different kinds of tea. I loved staying here and would book again!

Great unit for the price, near U District so you have access to a bunch of restaurants. Very clean, like a hotel. The furniture all matches too, I think Kyle did a great job at building a coherent and homey Airbnb. We stayed for a few weeks so the fridge, laundry/dryer came in very handy. The parking is very easy, it's right in front of the unit :)

Dana was incredibly kind and communicative! We knew exactly how to find the loft, where to park and she made it simple to check in. It was very nice to stay in someone’s home rather than the locations claiming you are staying in someone’s home (if you’ve been Air bnb’ing for any length of time, you know what I’m referring to). It was a very cozy loft with everything needed and added extra sweet touches. Arriving to a welcome note was a lovely surprise! We will definitely be back if it’s available the next time we visit our family.

Had a great week in this apartment. It has a nice kitchen and the bed is comfy. Neighborhood is great and it's close to the arboretum which is always a great place to explore. Would stay again!

Was a great place to be for a few hours before our continued road trip. Doggies were adorable. Would definitely stay again for longer next time :)

Tom is one of the rare people that put their sincere effort into everything, including everything related to my stay. From the moment I booked I received a thorough e-mail containing everything I might have questions about: detailed navigation instructions, house etiquette, how-to-everything the rental. On the first day, I hard a hard time turning on the heater, and Tom personally came down to help me out, and didn’t leave until we had the heater fixed up and running-I did not expect that kind of attention, and I very much appreciate it! Throughout the stay, Tom was readily available by text, but otherwise out of the way of the property. Throughout my 1+ month stay, I only recall seeing him once in or around the yard. As for the property-it’s a great little open 1-bed, the furniture is in great condition, the linens are spotless, and everything was very clean when I arrived-I could not pick out any dust or dirt. Do be mindful that the bef mattress is **soft**, so plan accordingly.

Sandy’s place was easy to find and was a great spot to crash. We were visiting to take one of our kids to Seattle Children’s Hospital. This place was just 5 minutes away! The bed was very comfortable, and we loved watching movies in the living room. The kitchen was well stocked and the bathroom was spotless! Will add to our favorites.

Basic accommodations in a quiet Seattle neighborhood. Makes a great jumping off point for exploring Seattle and visiting family. This was the second time we booked Dickie’s Airbnb around the holiday season and both trips were very pleasant! We look forward to staying again!
