Die Lage ist optimal, kaum zu übertreffen. Man ist wirklich direkt i. Zentrum. Jegliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind 24/7 eigentlich verfügbar. Die Wohnung ist auch in einem sauberen und gepflegten Zustand. Klima/Heizung ist vorhanden. Wobei die Heizung kaum zu gebrauchen ist, selbst im Januar. Da die Wohnung direkt an einer Straße liegt, hört man logischerweise die Müllabfuhr nachts...ansonsten wirklich sehr empfehlenswert. Komme bestimmt bald wieder:)!

Andréa est un hôte Très réactif le logement se trouve dans une zone très touristique mais malgré tout en retrait donc très calme . nous avons formidablement bien dormi dans ce lit de 180 cm L'endroit était facile avec une voiture pour sillonner l'île Et nous n'avons jamais eu de mal à trouver une place pour nous garer à proximité. Nos vacances se trouvaient dans la période d'hiver Nous étions très bien installés dans ce logement.!

We love La Caleta and Danguole’s apartment is superb in a small well maintained complex complete with pool. We especially liked the location/view from the sun terrace of the apartment with comfortable furniture and dining table. Just a word of warning, regular visitors to Tenerife ( we’ve been going for 15 years) will know that a daily walk along the front is part of most people’s holiday…. last year a pick pocket attempted to lift my wallet from my back pocket ( shouted at by my wife who spotted her) and this year they successfully lifted it out of my back pack. This happened in the area between La Caleta and the steps at Plaza del Duque, talking to others , petty theft is now rife in the area. …just be very careful…. Luckily I had left most of my cash in the apartment ( it even had a safe) but there appears to be zero police presence as a deterrent, I think it’s now so bad there should be warning notices put up…..such a shame. The tourist authority should take note…

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser tollen Wohnung! Als Familie mit drei Personen haben wir uns hier sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und bietet viele Annehmlichkeiten – besonders der Balkon mit Markise und herrlichem Blick auf den Atlantik hat uns begeistert. Der private, bewachte Parkplatz war ebenfalls ein großes Plus. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Die Lage ist ideal: sehr ruhig, aber dennoch nah an allem. In etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man den Strand mit zahlreichen Restaurants und Geschäften. Die Siam Mall mit Supermarkt, Restaurants und weiteren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten oder zu Fuß in etwa 20 Minuten erreichbar. Unser Co-Host Carlos war sehr freundlich, hat uns herzlich empfangen und uns die Wohnung gezeigt. Er gab uns tolle Empfehlungen für die Umgebung sowie Tipps zu Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können diese Wohnung definitiv weiterempfehlen!

We recently stayed at a fantastic apartment in San Eugenio from Costa Adeje, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience! The location was absolutely perfect—central, close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, making it super convenient to explore the area. The apartment itself was well-equipped with all the modern comforts you could need. From a fully stocked kitchen to comfortable beds and a lovely balcony, it felt like a home away from home. Everything was clean and well-maintained, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. Our host, Erica, was incredible—she speaks multiple languages, which made communication very easy, and was incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. She welcomed us with a bottle of wine, a lovely touch that made us feel immediately at ease. Overall, I highly recommend this place fir anyone looking to stay in San Eugenio!

what a fabulous place! probably one of the best Airbnb places we stayed at so far. It was exactly what we were looking for. spacious apartment with a gorgeous and amp living space, gorgeous terrace with a really nice view. the area is very peaceful, which is what we wanted. For us it was the perfect base to travel around, we specifically wanted to avoid the super touristic coast area. everything was clean, well equipped. we loved the common space. attention to detail is impeccable. communication was superb. everything was super clear. small gestures like changing the towels half way through the week, small nibbles, beach towels with beach bag are really appreciated. I'm just going to say that the way you run this place should really be the standard that Airbnb should take on as an official way to do things☺️ it just was fantastic!

Aroon is a great and easygoing host. The apartment is very clean. We loved having breakfast and dinner in the garden while enjoying the calmness of the area.

Prima appartement. Schoon, van alle gemakken voorzien op een rustig appartementencomplex. Winkels voor dagelijkse boodschappen zijn dichtbij. Het plaatsje is gericht op toerisme. Een boottocht is een aanrader. We hebben schildpadden, groenten en dolfijnen gezien.

We really enjoyed our stay in Andres's apartment. It was large and spacious with comfortable beds and pillows, a very good shower. We had everything we needed for cooking at home. The pool is fantastic with beautiful views over the volcano. The bus stop is very close and you can get to Puerto centre or other towns very easily. I was able to work remotely very well on the 5g WiFi, very fast. Would recommend this apartment especially if you don't want to be right in the centre of the town.

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. It’s nice and clean. Location was perfect for us. The pool was the perfect area to chill and sun bathe! Gabor was a great host and always replied straight away. Thanks for letting us stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is hands down the best apartment we have ever stayed in! The complex is beautiful, with lush, well-maintained greenery that makes it feel like a little oasis. The apartment itself is extremely well-equipped, especially the kitchen—I love cooking, and it truly felt like home with everything I needed. One of the biggest highlights for me was the swimming pool. I’ve been let down in the past with so-called "heated" pools that were freezing, but this one was actually heated to a perfect temperature—such a rare find! The on-site restaurant was another great surprise. The food was absolutely delicious, and we ended up eating there multiple times. Overall, a fantastic place that I’ve already recommended to family and friends. We’ll definitely be back!

A dream holiday apartment, with stunning views of the sea. The complex is peaceful, set within a beautiful setting. The apartment is well equipped, with a spacious balcony. All necessary local facilities are within very close proximity. The owners were superb and very responsive. We will definitely return!

The apartment was just as described, well-located, modern, spotlessly clean and had just about everything you could need for short or long stay. We didn't really need to buy anything apart from our own food, and even had a few food and drink items provided on arrival. It's a great size for 2, but can work for 4 if prepared to sleep on the sofa bed, mainly due to the very large terrace located adjacent to the apartment, and means that you can get sun or shade all day in conjunction with the balcony which has great sea views. Luana is a great host who is a very responsive communicator, she checked us in and out, and came to fix wifi and electrical issues we weren't even aware of, and even accommodated our request of having our daughter and her fiancee stay for a few days for a modest fee. The surrounding area is fairly quiet but has easy access to Playa, Puerto Colon and Fanabe, but there some great bars and restaurants within easy reach. All in all I can confidently recommend it.

Carmens Unterkunft liegt ideal in einer tollen Nachbarschaft, von der Wohnung oben hat man einen atemberaubenden Blick über die Dächer der Stadt. Die Ausstattung ist überdurchschnittlich, die Einrichtung persönlich und stilvoll. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Der Parkplatz neben dem Haus ist Gold wert. Auch wenn die Zufahrt eng ist - mit einem normalen Auto ist es für geübte Fahrer kein Problem einzuparken.

Wir waren nun schon das vierte Jahr in Folge hier zu Gast und fühlen uns wie zu Hause. Die Wohnung ist traumhaft, die Aussicht kaum zu glauben schön. Elezar, dein Vater und die Schildkröte sind die besten Gastgeber, die man sich vorstellen kann. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen und danken euch für die schöne Zeit!

This place was 5* quality! The access road is pretty steep if you're not used to small roads in Tenerife, but once at the house it's an amazing vibe. Owners have clearly put some thought into the little touches - dressing gowns / sarongs etc, music on at arrival with a bottle of wine. Perfection.

Clean and comfortable accommodation at about 15 minutes walk from the bus station. Benedict was always responsive and helpful. Definitely would go back!

We really enjoyed our stay in Jesus apartment. The location is good with a large sunny terrace with really nice views over the pool, the ocean and La Gomera. There are some larger supermarkets 10-15 minutes walk away and a small minimart with the essentials at the resort. The flat belongs to Ramada Wyndham and allows access to a nice heated pool and jacuzzi. The flat is a little dated, but offers everything we needed for a comfortable stay for a family of four and was excellent value for money.

We had a wonderful stay! Perfect location within a short walk to many shops, restaurants, pools, and ocean. Extremely responsive hosts. The bathroom door did not latch so I let them know and they came to fix it the same day!

This place is amazing! Right in city center, surrounded with bars restaurants and everything you need. But the terrace that’s what you come for. We had a blast in this place and the host provide us everyrhing we needed. I´m sure we are coming back soon!

Abra was extremely kind and helpful, check in was done by his mum who was lovely. The place is stunning and spacious, better than in the pictures. Perfect if you're looking for a private and quiet place with breathtaking views. Would definitely recommend. Easy to get there even with public transport despite other reviews say otherwise.
