L'appartement est fidèle aux photos. il est situé dans l'enceinte de l'hôtel un peu a l'écart des rues très animées. Ideal pour dormir plus au calme. Les lits sont confortables. Nous avons profité du petit déjeuner a l'hôtel (très bon et agréable sur la terrasse en présence des colibris).

Would definitely recommend to friends and family, bring mosquito repellent!! Otherwise everything else was amazing

Clean, comfortable, centrally located but quiet. Host is very good at checking in and responding to questions.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Encantada! Paula and her staff went above and beyond to make our stay with 4 couples amazing. The beach is about a block away, there are MANY restaurants and shops minutes from the house. The house was laid out great for groups of people since each couple had their own hotel room, and then we shared the kitchen, living room, pool and roof top. I also can't express how amazing Jesus and Jerrica were!! They made an amazing breakfast every morning, kept the place very clean, made sure we had rides at any time, helped with translations and on and on. Only things to be aware of is the common areas they do not have TVs or air conditioners, but they do have great overhead fans so it was still comfortable. Also the water in the rooms do not get very warm. But again, these minor things did not take away from our amazing experience!

What a beautiful place! Great for families and big groups. The house team is so helpful and ready to support! The host is great and very friendly!

La casa cumplió con las expectativas todo muy lindo, grande y cómoda. la Sra Nelvis y Don Germán siempre muy atentos a cualquier necesidad del grupo. Carolina tambien muy dispuesta a resolver nuestras inquietudes. Fue una grata estadía.

Tuvimos una estadía muy tranquila. El lugar es excelente para descansar. Cuenta con supermercados cerca y con playa limpia cerca. Amaranta se comportó súper bien con nuestras mascotas, es muy amorosa y tranquila. La habitación principal está en el segundo piso de la casa. La señora que cuida y alimenta a las mascotas de la casa es muy buena persona, respetuosa y con buena energía. Un lugar muy recomendado para plan descanso. Muchas gracias por todo.

Excelente alojamiento, con todo lo necesario, la playa queda a 2 pasos, la piscina es limpia y agradable.

Quel incroyable séjour, entouré de nature, de toucans, et de calme. La terrasse est … à couper le souffle. Les hôtes sont adorables, passionnés et prennent le temps d’expliquer toute l’histoire de Minca, et de la région. Non seulement nous le recommandons les yeux fermés, mais en plus, nous n’envisageons pas un séjour à Minca dans un autre endroit. Merci pour votre partage.

Great place, we stayed for a week and we enjoyed it. The place has AC in the dining room which was great when having supper when the day was really hot. the bed is comfy and the room is comfortable with a big closet. It's located in a good neighborhood which is hard to find in Santa Marta in my opinion. I'd recommend this place, thank you Nicholas and Alfonso.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Luis in der Sintropia Lodge war ein einmaliges Erlebnis. Die Ruhe und die Natur waren super zum Entspannen. Unsere Cabaña war einfach ein Traum mit tollem Ausblick und Aussendusche. Das Personal war super freundlich und das Essen im Restaurant richtig lecker! Also wirklich alles einfach ein Traum, sodass wir jederzeit wiederkommen würden. Danke für die schöne Zeit!

Very flexible host, we were traveling with a family and they allowed us check into early. The home was located in an amazing location with a great pool and secure area for the children. The administration was very helpful and responsive as well. This is near the beach which is perfect for our family and children to go back quickly for naps and food. Things to know are most of the drains don’t drain well in the showers but we kind of expected this due to the beach sand. The washing machine is broken but they have a smaller one on side that needs to be hand filled with water buckets and it does a very basic job and washing. Other than that we rate this place very positively so enjoy!!!!

Hosts were good people. Very clean apartment. Good wifi and air conditioning. Safe area to walk. Not far from old town Santa Marta.

Todo muy cómodo, se nota el orden la higiene del apartamento, el lugar muy agradable, la seguridad del conjunto 10 de 10. El señor Horacio muy amable y atento, la verdad fue muy cómodo todo.

Muy buena ubicación, tranquilo y con fácil acceso a otros establecimientos como restaurantes, la catedral y la playa.

Amazing location! Right in the middle of town but very private and comfortable. Tons of space for us (3). Would highly recommend!

Excelente lugar, mi familia con nueve personas, nos acordamos a la perfección y sobraron camas, todo IMPECABLE , queda al frente de la playa , volveríamos sin duda.

The house is really nice with an amazing view for preparing your breakfast, there is a small shop 2 mins away by foot. We have arrived by normal car it was a bit inconvenient but definitely doable (offroad for 5-7 mins drive). Its walkable and safe to reach the beach and all the restaurants. At night it was very chill, the wind is strong and it might make noise at night. Everything else was perfect, the owners are soo nice and kind they are ready to help in everything you would need, the rooms have AC, and very nicely designed. Recommended

It's a nice spaceous apartment in a small residential house. The area was in a quiet peaceful and safe neighborhood. Señora Janeth was extremely kind and attentive throughout my stay. She was like a friend and mother who looks after you - and very respectful at the same time. I was a bit sad when I finally had to leave this beautiful place!
