The host and the caretaker is very accommodating, Its easy to request for things and they even let us extend our checked out time. The place is also great and have board games.

The place is better than we expected based on the photos.. it’s very private, spacious surroundings. My teammates said the place is relaxing even we don’t sleep coz we want to spend time to have fun and enjoy our stay. We like our breakfast at the back with the Lakeview. The pool is just ok, we enjoyed it so far. What we can say that needs improvement is they don’t offer cooking stove, we have to bring our own stove, frying pan and big kawali for cooking. There’s not enough cooking utensils, need to bring our own… it’s quite inconvenient because of that but overall we are satisfied and would like to book again in the future. Thanks Jiro, the staff cleaned up even we said we will help to clean coz they arrived early and our van came back late to pick up that day. We appreciate that lady who washed the dishes we have to leave. Thanks again

Sir. Ryan was really helpful and friendly never failed to tend to our needs specially Ka-Domeng the boat driver and caretaker welcomed us and gave us free fresh fish it was just a lucky day where they had a lot of fish! If you ever meet Ryan during your stay feel free to ask him questions he’s very informative & helpful! I believe he was a vivamax star back in the day!

We had an amazing vacation with our pet dog here. We were able to take somewhat of a hike nearby, and swim in one of the cleanest water I've ever swam in. The place is amazing and everyone including Joey, Sir Nino, and each and every one of the locals were so friendly. The only thing that would be great is if they were to have food offerings themselves- though it is highly understandable why the logistics of that would be very difficult. nonetheless, the experience is priceless, and a place to create memories everlasting.

The place was more than what was published. Clean, free of odors and near the beach area. Sienna was very responsive to inquiries despite us booking just the day before

The place felt like home. It has almost everything we needed. It's also clean, the internet is also fast, we needed it for work. It's a plus as well that there's a smart TV. We enjoyed watching since we really didn't have the time to go out. We maximized our stay and the place is really great for staycation. Just a minor comment - there's no water dispenser in the unit, there's a ref though but I stayed with all of my girl friends so it's a bit hard for us to carry liters of water lol. There's also no bowls in the kitchen which we would have appreciate since we cooked stew. But overall, the stay was great. The caretaker, Ate Jocelyn also always communicates, she is very approachable, she even had a quick orientation when we checked in :)

We stayed for a night at Mr. Michael’s unit because we are meeting some friends in Tagaytay. After a week of searching, we decided to book his place because it is really affordable compared to other units around the area, given its great location. I personally requested to do an early check-in than the usual because we planned to leave our things first before we head out for lunch with friends. Mr. Michael let us check-in at 1pm with no extra charge which was really kind of him. They even gave us the keycode 1hr before the 1pm check-in which let us entered the unit at 12:50pm. We still have time to rest for a little bit and freshen up before we went out. The unit was clean with fresh linens. Bedroom and bathroom were also spotless. Wifi is working and fast. But I must say that SMDC units in Wind Residences are quite small compared to the units here in Manila (Sea, Shore, Shell, etc.), just in case you are used to them. Over all, we had a great time at this place and will book again 😊
