We had a good stay in Steph’s place. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. The house has good furnishing and is well maintained. It was very convenient for us also since it is located close to UP Los Banos in a quiet compound and has a free parking space.

It is a cute and cozy townhouse with the added bonus of a small garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. It was very clean, and the sleeping room was absolutely great! Overall, it is nicely furnished. As a digital nomad, I could work comfortably there. Good space for parking is also included. Everyone was very friendly, especially the caretaker, who was incredibly warm and welcoming. The neighborhood in general had a very friendly vibe. At the end of the small sidestreet, there’s a fantastic Thai restaurant, as well as a Korean and Japanese restaurant beside. A Jollibee is also just around the corner. Smaller shops for fresh fruits and vegetables are close by, while the larger malls are a bit away but still manageable. I absolutely loved the place and could easily extend my stay. I can recommended!

We enjoyed our stay at the property and both the host and the lady who looks after the property were very helpful and attentive at our needs. We had a wonderful time and I would highly recommend the place for families who want to spend quality time in a beautiful place like Batangas.

My family has the absolute pleasure of staying at Celine's Airbnb. The house was very welcoming. The beds were cozy with crisp and clean beddings, as published. The location was perfect! One of the standout features of this property is the secured subdivision. It provided a sense of safety and peace of mind throughout our entire stay. The gated community and 24/7 security made me feel comfortable and relaxed, knowing we were in a secure environment. It is a little farther from the heart of Tagaytay City but still conveniently close to restaurants, the city market and other points of interest. What truly made this stay exceptional was the hospitality. Celine & Libby went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, offering great recommendations (laundry, convenience stores, etc.) and being incredibly responsive without being intrusive. We highly recommend it if you're looking for a safe place for the family to stay in Tagaytay City!

My mom and sister checked in here as it was the closest accommodation we can find near their training venue. Everything was good and Ms. Allona was really nice and accommodating. It was just difficult to get public transpo from outside (Hacienda Sta. Elena) going to the house. Otherwise, still good value for money.

This is probably the best place you can stay in Elbi for any number of nights. It’s really close to the campus (FO Santos St. is <5 minutes away from UPLB main gate). The guesthouse is very clean, spacious, and 100% peaceful ambiance to top it all off Thanks to Ms. Steph and Sir Mike for accommodating us!

Lamberto's Place is a charming accommodation with excellent parking facilities and a serene environment. The kitchen and living area are beautifully designed, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere.

Giezel, was the perfect host, she went above and beyond and I would recommend her accomodation whenever your in Lipa City. We loved staying at her place and we can’t wait til we come back and stay again.

Mados was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The unit was very clean and spacious and very easy to navigate to and from. Appreciate everything and we will definately contact Mados again when we need a place to stay in Binàn. Thanks Again for Everything.

Very nice palce to stay if you want to escape city life! neigborhood is peaceful and very nice although a lot of contruction still goong on. the guards at the gate and even at the pool are very friendly. staff greet people a lot if they get to see you. very promising. only request would be heater but our stat was awesome

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Azalea Staycation! Ms. Aileen was a fantastic host, very responsive, accommodating, and clear in setting our expectations. She guided us well, making the whole experience smooth and hassle-free. The place itself is really nice and clean, located in a quiet and secured community. It’s just a short walk to Walter Mart and only a few minutes’ drive to Enchanted Kingdom, which was the main reason we booked here. After a long and tiring day at the park, it was so convenient to have a comfortable place nearby to rest. My kids enjoyed playing the available board games. Thank you, Ms. Aileen, for allowing us to stay in your home! We truly appreciated it.

Everything matched the description and the photos. The check-in was also flexible and clear instructions were given to us. The house is clean and we had everything we needed.

It was a nice rental accommodation. The house is well equipped for basic cooking and it has 2 bedrooms with one aircon in one of it. The host were great and super easy to talk to. The location is not in g00gle yet but with the host direction we found it easy.. Overall, it's a great Airbnb experience.

The host is accomodating and very responsive. Place is clean, cozy and have lots of things to do. Board games, karaoke, drums, bingo you name it. The subdivision's pool is working but unfortunately the playground was demolished two weeks before our stay in order to give way for the construction of their new water park. Hope we can be there again to experience it. Overall, we had a great stay and we you wanted a quite place for your staycation, then this is your great choice

This place was perfect for my family.. So many things to do outside the house barbeque, swimming, chatting at big outdoor chair, games etc. We came from Canada. We had a good memory at this house. We will definitely come back. The caretaker Rose was very nice and approachable.

Nini's place had all the necessities for a comfortable stay. The place itself was homey and was in a quiet community. We had no isssues during our 4D3N stay. Only catch may be the roadside parking (if you are bringing a car) as you will have to adjust to the neighborhood needs. Nini was also very responsive to our inquiries and gracious to our requests. Very good communication.
