The place is very nice, spacious, well-maintained, as well as complete of appliances, supplies, and amenities. Very good for big group like us, since there were 2 rooms which were nice to separate the boys and the girls. The unit is near the guard house and just a few steps away from the parking, the pool, and the beach. I recommend this for those groups who want to go for an outing and to hangout with their friends or family while having a relaxing view of the sea. Also, Ms. Zeta, the owner was very kind and accommodating. She was very responsive to our queries and easy to deal with. Ms. Myrna and Mr. Renz, the caretakers were also very kind, accommodating, proactive, informative, and easy to deal with. I would like to thank each one of them for the fast and smooth transaction. Also, thank you so much for your kind welcome and assistance. Thank you for making our stay comfortable and memorable one. Definitely, we will comeback again here soon.

The place is as advertised. The place is clean , aesthetic and spacious, photo worthy indeed. Kitchen The place had enough cooking wares, perfect for a family staycation. Dining room I just hope the cushion cover had been replaced with a cleaner one but other than that the furniture, lighting and space are great. Living room They have smart tv which is great for a movie night tho 10% of the time the speed of the internet was fluctuating. Speed is also depending on where you are in the unit. This is my favorite part of the unit as it has a great view of the beach. Bedrooms Spacious, comfortable and clean. More than enough for us. There’s just one blanket there that did not smell good so we did not use it. Bathrooms There’s one bathroom that has a clogged lavatory and fluctuating water supply. The other bathroom has everything we need so it’s not a big problem but it would be if not everyone is okay to share the bathroom. Overall, it was a great stay.

we had a 2-day stay at her place... A/C, cable tv, basic needs/ furnitures provided (electric fan, ref, microwave, rice cooker, kettle, water dispenser with drinking water, eating and cooking utensils). they qlaomprovided for us cooking pans and needs (oil, condiments). bathroom stuffed with shampoo, conditioner, bathfoam. they have medicine kit, alcohol, hand wash... the place is walking distance to the pool area and the beach... its on the 2nd floor of the bldg. so we can use stairs. we had fun, we enjoyed our stay. looking forward to our next stay. thank you Maam Jen.

Our stay at this unit was truly unforgettable. The unit was spotlessly clean, modern, and yet felt like a cozy home. We were impressed by the complete interior and the thoughtfulness of providing everything we needed, including cooking utensils, clothes, and basic supplies. The aesthetic vibe of the unit was delightful, and there were even toys for children. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend this unit. If we could have stayed longer, we definitely would have. The entire booking process, from the initial inquiry to the check-in and check-out, was seamless and well-handled by Ms. Tess, with assistance from Ms. Susan and Ms. Noemi. We will definitely be booking with this unit again in the future.

On the service: - The host helped us on the confusion while entering thru the Guest Pavillion. - The caretaker, Al, was very helpful. He helped us with a trolley to bring up our bags at check-in, and also came over with the trolley at check-out. - The caretaker was also very responsive to questions and requests, like the trash bags he provided (since we needed more for baby's diaper disposal) and the gallon of water he helped us buy On the room: - The room is nice and cozy. The linens and pillows were clean and comfy, and they provided towels and toiletries for use in the room. - The floor under the pullout was quite dusty. It looks like it got missed out when they swept/cleaned the room. - Despite additional instructions from the caretaker, the hot water in the shower was not coming out, but the room had a pail and tabo so we resorted to heating water on the kettle (esp for baby). - Out of their control, but the room is unfortunately facing construction on the other side of the road.

Billyn and her caretakers were very responsive and accommodating. My group booked the 2 rooms which had everything we needed because we cooked our meals and did some work (no internet connection issues). Billyn answered all my queries clearly so we can prepare for our trip. We didn't encounter any issues during our stay so yehey!

Sir. Ryan was really helpful and friendly never failed to tend to our needs specially Ka-Domeng the boat driver and caretaker welcomed us and gave us free fresh fish it was just a lucky day where they had a lot of fish! If you ever meet Ryan during your stay feel free to ask him questions he’s very informative & helpful! I believe he was a vivamax star back in the day!

We had a great stay! Perfect for family--kids and pets! Hosts were very friendly and we felt right at home.

We had our team building in this place and they accommodated us attentively. The host is so generous that she allowed us to early check in and enjoy the front beach and their place. It is quite clean and we really had the best time to relax and enjoy. Kudos, thank you so much!! <3

I stayed here with my two daughters, and we absolutely loved it! The views were breathtaking, and the entire property was stunning. We especially enjoyed the crystal-clear pool with a waterfall—such a perfect place to relax. Our house was beautifully designed, with every detail thoughtfully curated. The staff was incredible, always attentive and welcoming. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!

Well first off let me jist say Hats down to Ms.Gabie for being a very nice and responsive host. answered all my makulit queries. Ms. Girlie and Kuya (didnt get his name) were both very attentive to our needs. other airbnbs should learn from them. Anyways the place is uh-mazing! I booked this place hoping my officemates, Ate Boss and my senior citizen mom will like it and no reklamos and I got a thumbs up from them. Eventhough there are no tv's the wifi connection is strong enough for mom to watch at my ate's laptop. Ok na daw sa kanya yon.haha...Basta may paraan lang. The water in the bathrooms are excellent except in the faucet of the first room in front of the beach. But very minimal, Ate Girlie gave us tabo and bins. Tsaka marami hugasan sa labas. Very safe naman and super serene place. Also Ms Gabie gave us more time to check out with no extra fees. Thank you po. We are all thinking of booking the place again for our New Years Eve vacay. Hopefully the place are still available.

We had an incredible stay at Sophia's beautiful home. From start to finish, everything was flawless. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating, making sure all our needs were met and even going beyond to meet the requirements of our larger group. The staff was equally friendly, helpful, and always available whenever we needed assistance including arranging boat rides for island hopping, massages, grocery shopping etc. The villa’s location is unbeatable—right on the beachfront coupled with the pool, offering stunning views and easy access to the water. The entire space, from the well-appointed rooms and spotless bathrooms to the spacious dining and living areas, was simply brilliant. Every detail was thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. This was truly a perfect family getaway, and we can't wait to return. Highly recommended!

Two Oceans at Maya Maya is a great place for a family staycation. The photos on Airbnb are a bit outdated as the property has improved a lot. We were surprised by the beautiful furniture, antiques, and how well-maintained everything is. There are five bedrooms with bathrooms, plus a ground-floor room that makes it senior-friendly. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there are plenty of lounging spots. The living room doesn’t have air conditioning, but it encouraged us to enjoy the outdoors. The sea breeze and surrounding trees made it comfortable even on sunny days. The pool is clean, well-maintained, and not overly chlorinated, which we appreciated since we spent most of our time there. The sunsets, stargazing, and private beach below were amazing additions. We also appreciated the host allowing us to bring our two cats by agreement. The caretakers were helpful, though clearer boundaries would improve the experience. Overall, we had a great time and look forward to coming back.

Raymund's place is very homey. If you are looking for a place to have a quick escape then this is the place to go. This is just before Tagaytay, so still inside the NCR+ Bubble.

Overall, it's a good place to stay. Very comfortable and all furniture are in good quality. For possible improvement: - cleaner or new sanitary fixtures - keep the drains and grease trap odor-free (grease trap was so bad) - for longer stays, consumables should be replenished - clothes rack to hang clothes - include new dish sponge for every visitor - do not dilute the dish soap in water. Sachets is more sanitary than diluted in containers. - better communication from host

Ms. Jessa is very easy to talk to. Almost all concerns were addressed. Just wanted to have feedback on wifi… Hoping they could convert it in a lined internet. View is superb!!!
