The place was perfect for our needs- we were 8 couples and our requirement was for 8 individual rooms with en-suite bathroom. Everyone slept well, beds were comfortable and aircons worked well. Bathrooms were surprisingly roomy and heater in shower was greatly appreciated. Pool was clean. The open terrace was spacious and more than adequate for 16 people having meals at the same time. Kitchen was equipped with refrigerator, microwave oven, huge rice cooker and various pots and pans. There were plates, glasses and utensils but we brought paper plates and didn’t use them. The caretaker was pleasant and very helpful. All of my friends liked the place.

The place was spacious, and we had a great time with our staff and family. The ambiance was amazing it felt like being in Baguio because of the cold weather, which made the experience even more enjoyable. It’s definitely a great spot for relaxation and bonding. However, we were unable to use the pool because it was a bit dirty. We understand that there were a lot of leaves in the pool because the place is surrounded by many trees. Overall, we had a great time and truly enjoyed our stay. If we get the chance to return, we would definitely do so! Thank you.😊

Very nice place!! The hosts are very friendly and tentative. They helped out my family on everything they needed and were very helpful. Awesome place to rent if you have a big party/family.

My family and I had a wonderful stay here. Edwin, the host, was incredibly responsive and accommodating with all of my requests. The caretakers were friendly and very helpful, adding to the experience. The property itself is clean and beautiful, with everything well-maintained. The only issue we encountered was some noise from dogs (both the neighbors' and the host's) during the first night, which disrupted our sleep. However, the host and caretakers were quick to address my concerns and took steps to improve the situation. For anyone who is sensitive to noise, I'd recommend avoiding bedroom 4, as it’s closest to where the dogs are. Villas 1 to 3 are quieter, and my family found the sound to be more muted in those areas. Overall, we had a fantastic experience. Great place, excellent service, and we would definitely consider staying here again!😊

Robert was very quick to respond to my queries. Upon check-in, the staff were very courteous. They assisted us every step of the way. The manager on the other hand was also gracious when it came to our requests. The place was big, and the pool and rooms are exactly what you see in the picture. The place itself is picturesque and it’s advisable for big groups/family outings. I had a great birthday celebration/surprise engagement party here! Will never forget this awesome experience at Montvida. ♥️

This listing is fantastic. It had everything we needed. It is also very spacious. The rooms comfortably allow 22 pax sleeping on comfortable bed spaces unlike other listings where they say it accommodates more but means some of the guests need to sleep on sofa beds or mattresses. The common areas can accommodate 2x of our group size of 19 so there's a lot of room for everybody. The kitchen and amenities are all complete. There's a lot of pocket spaces / lounge as well which can accommodate smaller groups. Parking space is also ample and can fit I think almost 8 cars in total so there's really plenty of room for everyone. It's amazing and I can't wait to have something to celebrate so I have an excuse of going back again. I think it's worth it for the price honestly. Similar listings are priced exorbitantly high. Melanie's place is worth every peso we spent. I already had at least 5 friends asking for the AirBnB link!

Beautiful home and gracious hosts. Their caretaker, Hazel, was also very helpful and friendly. For an additional fee she can prepare meals for the group, which we availed. There was a lot of space for our group of 17 pax. The place was also clean and well maintained.

My family enjoyed our Christmas stay at Tara’s place. Really lovely place with a big pool. All the caretakers were nice and welcoming also!

We had my sister’s wedding preparation at Casa Fariñas and looking back, we are grateful and very lucky that we did! The host is very generous and very supportive of the event. The place looked very classy in the photoshoot and it couldn’t have been better!! Every room has a squeaky clean bathroom and the water pressure stood out the most, it was so relaxing! We loved how spacious the whole place is, from living room to kitchen to dining room to balcony, and so on! But what really made our stay hassle free, is how kind the host was :) also the caretakers were very responsive. Will defo coming back here!! Thank you Casa Fariñas!

this was our 2nd time to stay at VC farm. It has many rooms and beds so it can accommodate big group/family. the surroundings is very nice, lots of trees and plants so the place is naturally shady and cody. we enjoyed the infinity pool and the big terrace where we eat our breakfast with a very nice view. Ms.Rona is also responsive to our inquiries and the caretakers are very helpful. overall we really loved this place and we will come back again.

We had a wonderful stay at May’s place. I really appreciate that Miss May go above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. It was indeed a memorable birthday for my son! Place fit with our numbers.. It is clean and quiet, we slept well. Only cons is heater at the ground floor is not working.. otherwise the whole place is great.

Value for money with a peaceful place tucked away in Tagaytay. Close to all sorts of fun things to see and do, and great places to eat. The house itself, with the hot tub, BBQ pit, and fire pit on the roof deck already give you plenty to do for relaxing and enjoying. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet getaway that is close to lots of good food and entertainment. Shelia was amazing as a host and very communicative. All instructions were clear, and she helped us with our every request. Hope to see this place again!

Definitely a great deal for its price! Place is in a secluded village and is near the necessary places that you can visit in Tagaytay. House is easy to find and what I did like most about in this list is how friendly Merlie (caretaker) and how she explained explicitly each room, kitchen wares and even how to best utilize the appliances in their house. The host even welcomed us personally through their telephone in the house and told us to enjoy our stay. The place is perfect space for a family occasions and pool is clean as well. Highly recommended!

The place is a great place for family getaway, beautiful, clean and quiet. My family enjoyed our stay. We just had a little confusion regarding the rooms, in Airbnb, it says entire house, but it was clarified by Edmon right away. He responds fast and easy to talk to, and his caretaker Gilbert is friendly and keeps the place clean. Just a little recommendation, bigger blankets 😊. I will recommend this place to my family and friends if they are planning to go visit Tagaytay. Thank you Edmon for letting us stay in your place.

Our family enjoyed our NYE 2025 in this place. The house was spacious and clean, accurately described by the host. Mhai, the caretaker was also friendly and attentive. Grateful for their service and highly recommended.

Cynthia was such a responsive host. The house has a big enough space that all of us enjoyed, even the kids. Also very much appreciate how they had a backup WiFi when the main network started having issues. Too bad we weren’t able to enjoy the pool because of the weather, but we still had a nice time at the house nonetheless.

Ms. Kat's place is awesome. Ang ganda, comfy and neat ng place. Clean and spacious ng rooms. Clear ang pool. Nice parking (4 na cars kami). Have all the needed stuffs for our family outing (18 pax kami). Responsive and friendly ang host and staffs. Nabitin kami. Dapat pala 2 days ang binook ko. We will definitely come back and refer din this place to our family and friends.

Very nice place. Videoke and billiards were great. Got great use of them. Pool is great, too, though the weather is a bit cold as expected. Special thanks to caretaker, Renante, who is very responsive and attentive to our needs.

We stayed at La Soledad Tagaytay for two nights. The place is perfect for big/extended families. Each kubo has its own toilet and bath. The cooking utensils are complete and sufficient for preparing large quantities of food. There are more than enough tables and chairs. The karaoke has a good sound system. During our stay, the weather in Tagaytay is cold and windy so we didn't mind if there are no A/Cs inside the kubos. The place is well-maintained and clean. We noticed that there are no mosquitoes even if the place is filled with plants. Mr Ricky and the owners are also genuinely friendly and very accommodating. We'll definitely come back!

The farmland is a private setting for a secluded get away with the family. Far away from the hustle and bustle but also near enough to get the things that you need. Surrounded by lush trees and even live animals as part of the farm. The staff were there to assist us but not intrusive so still feeling the privacy that we needed. The casitas were spacious and clean and enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi. We mostly enjoyed the bonfire that was set up with marshmallows and Hotdogs! In all it was great stay and recommended to other families or group of friends to try.
