We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The host was easy to communicate with and provided clear instructions, making our experience smooth and enjoyable. The house rules were reasonable, emphasizing respect for the property, which encouraged us to be more mindful during our stay. The property itself was exceptional, offering complete amenities that exceeded our expectations given the price—truly "super sulit." Ate Lovely (caretaker) was incredibly helpful, always accessible, and approachable, ensuring we felt well taken care of throughout our visit. The only minor challenge was the limited availability of Grab services in the area during peak hours. We recommend arranging contact with a local tuk-tuk or driver in advance to facilitate easier transportation. Overall, we highly recommend this Airbnb for its excellent amenities, fair pricing, and outstanding host.

Great place to stay, peaceful and quiet surroundings. My family really enjoyed the tour around the area with their help to find inexpensive tour package and had a relaxing stay at accommodation. It really felt like home ❤️ Will definitely go back to bohol and book this place.

We had such a wonderful time staying at Zhenrentals. The home was incredibly cozy, clean, and thoughtfully designed, making it feel like a true home away from home. Ma'am Love and Sir Ariel were exceptionally welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, quiet, peaceful, and just a short drive to all the local attractions. The only thing that caught us off guard was the solar-powered electricity. We did get a bit nervous every time the power went out, unsure if it would be restored. Once we understood how it worked, we felt more at ease, but it’s something to keep in mind if you're unfamiliar with solar energy. All in all, we had an amazing time and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable retreat. We can’t wait to return in the future!

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the hospitality at WanderNest. The staff (whom we all miss) went above and beyond to make our family feel welcome and cared for, making this by far one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. The place feels like home! It has everything you need. From kitchen utensils, linens, extra bed, free access to subdivision ameneties and more. Most importantly, it's peaceful. It's a few kilometers away from Bohol Beach Club, Oceanica and Alona Beach. There's also a private resort near the subdivision which is great for morning walks.

Great place to stay for large families as it had 4 air conditioner bedrooms. Big beautiful kitchen with everything you need. 2 full bathrooms plus and extra bath and shower outside by the awesome pool right off the lanai. Very secure place that I'd definitely stay at again. Thanks for allowing my family to stay at your great home.

This place is absolute luxury! Every room is designed to meet all your needs . The bathrooms are fantastic . The bedrooms are palatial- I’ll miss waking up to that unbelievably beautiful view with all the sounds and smells of Bohol . The pool area gave us all so much fun , it was great for a quiet morning swim or a whole family basketball competition ! The breakfasts were all delicious too . The staff made everything so easy and helped us out with so much . Matt was really helpful and knowledgeable from afar ! Bless was calm and incredible and Fernando was the perfect driver ; teaching us about Filipino history and showing us the good places to go . Also - Zara’s cafe next door was the most delicious and relaxing cafe I’ve ever been too , great staff and wonderful sandwiches, cakes and drinks . All in all , Matt’s house was an amazing place to start our Philippines adventure - I wish I’d booked it for a few days at the end of our holiday too as nothing else will match it ! Thank you

We had a wonderful stay! The place was spacious and came with complete kitchen amenities. The air conditioning worked perfectly as well. It’s just a few minutes’ walk to the beach and conveniently close to restaurants and the main road. Their driver, Kuya Carlo, was also very helpful and accommodating. We appreciated his safe driving—definitely a big thumbs up!

Die Kommunikation war außergewöhnlich gut. Der Gastgeber hat uns sehr umsorgt. Wir konnten problemlos früher einchecken und er hat uns im Vorfeld ein sehr gutes Motorbike vermittelt, das uns bei unserer Ankunft vom Besitzer gebracht wurde. Vor Ort war immer jemand ansprechbar und wir haben uns sehr sicher gefühlt. Vielen Dank für die Alles.

Fatima's place is phenomenal. the view was great, the room has so much space. the ambiance is good and we loved how the light inside the room is placed. I loved watching the sunrises on the patio, though the division kinda blocks the view but it is still great. I think the other room besides us has much better view. Too bad someone was staying in it when we arrived. the only downside is the road going to the apartment, but they did say that the road was very bad so we already expected it. it was also mentioned in the listing. it would be great if we can rent a motorcycle, too bad I don't have driver's license yet. (they also offer motorcycle for rent so you can just ask them) overall the place is really nice, will definitely come back if we go back to Bohol.

The place has everything we needed—bathroom essentials, hot/cold shower, kitchen with fridge, and free hot/cold water. The host even gave us free peanut kisses! Aircon, Wi-Fi, and TV worked great. There’s also a pool and gym (though we didn’t use the gym). The host was very responsive and accommodated our early check-in. Wi-Fi speed was excellent. Location was tricky for us since we couldn’t rent a motorbike, but the host helped by providing a tricycle contact. If you prefer a quiet place away from tourist noise and have your own transport, this is perfect. The separate bedroom was great for us since we work at different times. We stayed for 6 days. Minor improvements: Ensure free food isn’t exposed to ants (they got to some peanut kisses!), and make sure trash is cleared before guest arrival. Would definitely recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Mafe is just amazing on her response time less than 5 minutes sometimes immediately, extremely helpful, made a lot of suggestions where to go what to do if there was a 10 I would give her a 10 rating.. best host! I've had in 10 years of traveling! I can't say enough good about her she is truly a professional. John from USA
