What a fabulous place. The view was nothing short of beautiful. The house is well equipt & catered well for children. The downstairs area is fantastic for chilling out in-between dips in the pool. While we had a bit of difficulty finding the place, Yaan was responsive & provided further assistance to the taxi driver at 4am in the morning. I would recommend a rental car if you are staying here. This is a fantastic house - there was 7 of us staying at this house & was a great size for our group.

La Villa Tautira is a beautiful place! The description is very accurate…where the mountains meet the sea. The property was great for our family of 5 with ample space and great amenities! We loved the covered patio at the house since we were there during rainy season - we bought a couple puzzles and did them while it poured rain! The kitchen had everything we needed. The kids did some boogie boarding at the beach about 8 km from the house- they loved it. It’s definitely remote, but the drive going either route is really beautiful so we didn’t mind…it gives you a great perspective on Tahiti culture and lifestyle. We did a fishing trip on our last day and the neighbor came over and helped cut it into sashimi then gave them the other filet! Ornella is a great communicator and we Really appreciated the early check in and late check out given our flight times!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home! The location was perfect—close to the best restaurants and stunning beaches in the area. This was our fourth trip to Moorea, and we can confidently say that this area of the island can’t be beat. The host was super helpful and incredibly responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. The house itself was thoughtfully designed and ideal for our group of four (my partner, his mom, and his sister). Waking up to the lagoon view and having coffee poolside was truly a dream. We’d love to come back and would highly recommend this home!

Week-end parfait au bord du récif et au gré des vagues. Nous aimons ces endroits comme celui-ci, comme un petit bout de paradis ! Nous retenons l’adresse pour une prochaine fois !

Très belle maison type Bali, piscine plaisante et accès à une plage privée agréable, super vue, calme. La maison est ouverte en beaucoup d'endroits donc elle subit quelques assauts de poussières, animaux, lézards mais c'est ce qui fait son charme (nous sommes dans la nature) Des plantes dans la douche, dans l'entrée, donnent un côté zen immédiatement. Excellent séjour, isolé et proche de la ville en même temps. Servitude familiale paisible.

Philippe and Sandy are exceptionally kind people and superlative hosts; they offer a very comfortable and well-equipped bungalow with a view you will remember long after you say goodbye. We arrived just at the hour of a spectacular sunset and were greeted and welcomed nearly as friends. Philippe and Sandy introduced the space, gave great recommendations, and offered warmth and generosity that made our stay easier and more enjoyable. We particularly loved the huge avocados from their tree and the fresh banana cake that we ate throughout our stay. The space is exactly as pictured in the listing, open to a vast expense of extraordinary mountainside, lagoon, and ocean and yet entirely private. Well-stocked kitchen and bathroom (with great shower) and overhead fans to keep things cool. Nothing better than waking up to the sound of birds and the colors of the sunrise lighting up the morning sky. Unforgettable! 5/5 stay and 100% recommended to others. Merci, Philippe et Sandy!

Christel and Rodu are the best hosts we’ve ever had using Airbnb! They took care of us like we were family. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for the best home on the island to the most amazing hosts! The home has the best views. It has private access to the beach. We stayed here for 18 days with 9 people. A lot of space for all of us! Thank you Christel and Rodu! Ofa Atu! Love you guys! We will be back!

We want to be back there already! The house was amazing and we had fantastic hosts. We booked last minute and all of the communication was effortless to make our stay possible. After reading all the reviews, we wanted to escape the resorts and have a home where we could cook our meals and enjoy the natural surroundings. We are a family of five and it was spot on -- the lagoon access with the paddle boards, pool, outdoor seating, and quiet location, we wish that we had more time.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette magnifique villa en bord de mer. La maison est entierement équipée, idéale pour passer du temps entre amis ou en famille. Maeana a fait preuve d'une grande adaptabilité pour la mise à disposition de la maison aux horaires qui nous convenaient. Je recommande vivement et je reviendrai !

This is a fantastic house for families. The pool and games room will keep the kids (and adults) entertained for hours. Villa has a beautiful view and has a kind breeze. You won’t be disappointed. I have added this property to my favorites in Tahiti and would definitely recommend. Many thanks Christophe and his team 🙏

Beautiful location and villa. We were in Moorea for a work conference and it was beautiful place to come back after a long day. We swam early morning and late afternoon, can snorkel out the front of the villa. Loved it, which we could stay longer and enjoy the fullness of the villa and location. Highly recommend, would love to come back!

Beautiful house, amazing location, and impeccable views in the backyard / swimming pool. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. The house also has a ton of personality and feels like a real home. Only feedback would be it'd nice if the common areas and living room had AC

We had an excellent stay at Alison's place in Moorea, and our family agreed this was our best AirBnB experience yet. Excellent location, even better in person than the pictures. We made great use of the kayaks and paddle boards, and the pool was an added bonus. Communication was prompt and all of our questions were answered quickly. Merci beaucoup!!

We loved our stay at Villa Ohana. The home is even more beautiful and spacious than the pictures. It was the perfect size for a group of 4 adults and 3 kids, and could accommodate a few more without feeling too cramped. We didn't use the upstairs bedroom because we didn't need the space and we all preferred to have the A/C in the three downstairs bedrooms. We had never been to Moorea before this trip, but the location is ideal. There is a large grocery store just down the road at the outlet into Cook's Bay, and Allo Pizza is almost directly across the street and has great pizza and is perfect for a casual dinner or two. Most of the attractions and snorkeling are all on the North side of the island so it is ideally situated. The outdoor space, beach, and thatched roof gazebo are stunning. If you swim out to the channel about 50 yards from the beach, there is pretty decent snorkeling too. If I am fortunate enough to return to Moorea, I will try to stay here again.

Chris and Olivier's place was amazing. We stayed for 24 days, and couldn't have asked for anything better. There was a stunning view (we will forever be in love with sunsets behind mo'orea), private pool in an amazing private outdoor space, and the home was spacious and beautiful inside as well. There is a mall right next door with great food and a grocery store, and it was so easy to get everywhere we wanted to go from their place. Chris was incredibly responsive to all communications, and stopped by multiple times to check on us and make sure our stay was going well. Me and my wife cannot recommend this place enough!

Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille. Nous avons été accueilli et guidé jusqu’à la villa par Jacques; qui nous a ensuite expliqué le fonctionnement général de la villa. Le logement était très propre, bien équipé et fonctionnel. Seul bémol mais non problématique, le bbq ne fonctionnait pas. Néanmoins ce problème a été résolu au cours du séjour. Nous recommandons ce logement.

We had a great stay. Incredible views, the photos on Airbnb don't do justice. Very pleasant yard area with clean pool. Access road is wide and well maintained. Driveway is a bit steep but doable in a mini car. Corinne is very kind and responsive. We hope to come back.

Magnifique séjour à Tahiti chez Bernadette et Moise ! Super accueil, hyper réactifs à mes messages, serviables. On a eu l'occasion de passer un peu de temps avec eux tout ça au rythme du ukulele 😊 Une belle rencontre ! Nous avions peur d'avoir trop chaud car il n'y a pas la climatisation mais finalement ce n'est pas un problème, la nuit il y a de l'air et avec les ventilateurs c'est nickel ! Piscine hyper bien exposée toujours au soleil et toujours propre ! Et je ne vous parle pas de la vue magnifique... Pas besoin d'aller ailleurs pour profiter des plus beaux couchers de soleil . Encore merci pour tout !

Wow. This place was amazing. First of all, Emmanuel and Lydia are very nice hosts who really add a personal touch. From Emmanuel meeting us at the airport, to stocking the fridge, Lydia coming by to say goodbye to us, they are really top level hosts. Now the pictures showed a great view, but as we found when we tried to share images with our friends and family, pictures and video don't do justice to how that amazing hilltop view creates such ambiance and sets the tone for the whole stay in Tahiti. We left and went to Four Seasons Bora Bora, and I'd have to say this Airbnb made a stronger impression on us in terms of the panoramic landscape. I don't know about other accommodations in Tahiti, but we've been all over the world and this right up there with the great places, and we're so glad we stayed here.

My family of four stayed here with two very young kids over a weekend. We loved this house, the pool, amenities and the view. Felt very peaceful here, the design reminds us a lot of Bali, and furnishing and design materials are well crafted with local wood. We would love to have a house just like this one day.

We had an amazing stay at Sandrine’s place! The view is amazing and the location is great at the Legends. It’s close to many places we love to go and is very quiet and secure. We’ll definitely be back!
