Taiʻarapu-Ouest : locations de vacances dans des bungalows

We stayed 2 weeks in the beginning of Jan. It's off season so it rained just enough for us. The home is cozy and serene. The main drive way is beautiful kept with sand and a lush green and flower landscape. The main house is closely situated but privacy was never imposed on. You hear the waves crash which is a delight. Thankful for the mosquito nets and the outdoor tub and shower for rinsing off the beach sand or simply cooling off and the washer machine for any laundry purposes. Italo provided lego like toys for our 3yo which his own son's had played with. Plenty of outdoor seating options. Kitchen had everything you need for cooking. Use the provided green lid plastic bins to keep dried foods away from ants. It's an open living bungalow expect ants. A little peppermint oil and the dispersed quickly. No couch. Two sturdy chairs for relaxing. Ceiling fan in one room didn't work and the replacement floor fan had a faulty motor that was tempermental at best. Snorkel gear was provided.

Eine meiner besten Airbnb-Erfahrungen überhaupt. Die Unterkunft war äußerst sauber und entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Die Lage ist ebenfalls perfekt, direkt an der Lagune und in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung. Besonders positiv war die kostenlose Nutzung der Kajaks. Es gibt WLAN, eine Waschmöglichkeit und die Gastgeber sind unglaublich herzlich und freundlich! Sie haben mir einen Roller organisiert, mir tolle Sehenswürdigkeiten empfohlen und ein Taxi für meine Abreise arrangiert. Bei meiner Ankunft war die Unterkunft mit Blumen geschmückt, und ich wurde mit einem Smoothie begrüßt. Während meines gesamten Aufenthalts gab es zusätzlich frisches Obst. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Aufenthalt!

Séjour agréable avec des hôtes de qualité, réactive et présente pour répondre à nos besoins. Endroit sympas, calme et paisible. Fortemement recommander pour des vacances idéale.

Our stay at this Airbnb was exactly what we hoped for. The Paea location was perfect—close enough to explore beyond Papeete while offering a peaceful retreat. The beach was safe and easily accessible, making it ideal for swimming. Evenings on the deck, watching the sunset over Moorea, were unforgettable. The host’s pets were a wonderful bonus, especially for our children, who loved having them around. A comfortable, well-situated stay that made our trip even more enjoyable!

Terupehe’s bungalow was perfect. It was a sweet location on the island. The rental car was essential. We drove both directions to explore Tahiti and really liked that it was not too close to Papeete but close enough that the drive wasn’t bad when we got off the airplane and went back for our ferry boat. The open air market in Papeete was nice the first day. We bought fresh fruits, vegetables and fish and were able to cook in our bungalow. Driving the other directions we went as far as Teahupo’o. On the way we saw many beautiful lagoons and found a really nice restaurant, Le Moto de Mymy. At the bungalow we prepared ourselves some meals in the well stocked kitchen. Our favorite activity was taking the two person kayak out on the lagoon and snorkeling. The kayak and snorkel gear was there for us to use and it was the prettiest snorkeling of my life. The lagoon is full of sea life. From the deck alone I saw reef sharks, fish and a ray. I highly recommend! Thank you!

The bungalow is located right on the lagoon's edge, with the water lapping a few metres below the seating. Inside there is everything you need, Hinatea has tried to think of everything to make the stay special. It's a small property but it's really comfortable for a couple. There was a problem with the water supply and the host was proactive and very supportive. Tahiti is a busy, bustling island and you can hear the cars passing but the location, the privacy and the lovely garden makes this an oasis. Great for a couple of nights stay.

Quel plaisir d'être accueillie par Clarisse pour commencer notre séjour à Tahiti ! La maison est située dans un environnement verdoyant, calme avec une vue magnifique ! Le bungalow est extrêmement propre, décoré avec goût et la literie très confortable. Merci Clarisse pour ta gentillesse, ton accueil à la polynésienne et tous tes bons conseils. Perfect For A Peaceful and Memorable Conclusion of Our TripWe LOOOOVED this place! It sits high above the shore with a spectacular view of the coastline and Moorea. This, combined with the feeling of being nestled in a community was something we loved. The separate apartment was right next to Frederick's house . . . which seems like that could mean it would not feel private. But it was totally private. As soon as we were there standing by the pool and taking in the view we felt ourselves relax. We saw the Milky Way each clear night. The open air kitchen is great. There are basics like coffee, tea, salt, pepper, oil, so we shopped the fruit stands and only brought fresh food with us. We shopped for other things only after taking an inventory of what was already there. As others have said, you will be most comfortable if you have a car. It's a treck up the hill and to get to restaurants and other attractions. I just can't say enough how much we loved our stay.

Christine et Christian sont des hôtes adorables. Nous nous sommes sentis tout de suite chez nous dans cet écrin de verdure et de fleurs. Le bungalow et le jardin sont vraiment très agréables et calmes (loin de la route). Nous n’avions rien prévu de précis, mais Christian nous a dès le premier jour proposé plein d’idées d’activités et de restaurants dans le coin. Un immense merci à vous deux pour tous ces moments partagés, votre accueil et votre générosité. Nous ne sommes pas prêts d’oublier notre séjour chez vous (et les bananes séchées ;) ). On espère revenir vite à Moorea !

We feel incredibly fortunate to have discovered Tamara’s beautiful Airbnb. It exceeded all our expectations and was truly perfect in every way. Tamara is not only an exceptional host but also a genuinely lovely person. We adored every moment of our stay and believe this is the best accommodation in Moorea. The beach right in front is breathtaking, and the bungalow was equipped with everything we could ever need. Our experience was even better than what the photos suggest, and we can't wait to return. We had an unforgettable time and love every moment of it.

Super Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht. Virginia ist eine herzliche und sehr bemühte Gastgeberin die mir bei allen Fragen immer hilfreich zu Seite stand. Sie organisierte mir Flüge zu allen Nachbarinseln und vermittelte mich an die richtigen Kontakte. Vielen Dank das du meinen langen Aufenthalt in Moorea und franzoesisch-polynesien noch schöner gemacht hast, als er ohnehin schon war!!! Mauruuru

We had a wonderful time at Taina’s bungalow. We spent most of the time on the fabulous deck lounging, reading and eating - one of us even slept out there! The beach across the street was one of our favorites on the island - always great for boogie boarding or a swim. The house has the basics - it is a beach bungalow and we kept the windows and sliding door open most of the time so bugs and critters are regular visitors, as is moisture/mildew. Not a reflection on the cleanliness of the house, just of island living, which is why I rated the cleanliness at 4 - so that you aren’t expecting a pristinely clean environment. We were visiting from California and stayed almost a month here - Tiana was a great host, helping us check in early, find things we needed and even got boogie boards for us to use. Great location - quiet but not too far from the nearest grocery store.

Nous avons passé 1 super mois dans le bungalow. Hélène et Laurent sont très réactifs, disponibles, et pleins de bons conseils pour les démarches/recommandations nécessaires à l’arrivée et au cours du séjour. Un grand merci à eux! Le bungalow est très bien équipé avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un séjour au top. Il est également situé dans un quartier magnifique et très calme dans les hauteurs de Punaauia avec vue imprenable sur Moorea. Bref l’idéal si vous venez découvrir Tahiti.
