The highlight of my weekend wasn’t even how beautiful the rooms were but how kind Kofi was to us. Very patient in dealing with us and so much in a hurry to answer any questions! The house was so serene. Didn’t even feel like we were in Accra! It definitely felt like I was in my dream home. Everything was working and honestly, I don’t think the pictures do enough Justice to how pretty the place is. The bath tub plus Netflix was it for me! I’m definitely going back and I definitely recommend!

Totally impressed with the accommodation. Loved that one could easily walk to the main road where there is a plethora of shops including supermarkets. This was very helpful as I traveled with a toddler. Noah the caretaker is really great and Peter was super responsive, friendly and helpful. Totally fell in love with the place , clean, spotless and functional. I will definitely choose it again. Feels just like home and more

Very nice host and property unfortunately Accra traffic and our work place distance were a hindrance so couldn’t enjoy the full period stay, host very nice in helping us through the process.

Frank is a great host! Words can’t explain how good of a host he was or is. I’ve been to Airbnbs but this host is exceptional. Not only did he care about our well being, he also cared about our safety and easy access to things and even drove us to some of these places to be secured! Super friendly!

The place is actually better in reality than the photos. The furniture and decor are classy and elegant. The place was clean. All the appliances were quality brands and worked perfectly . This place is probably the nicest Airbnb I’ve stayed at and I’ve stayed in many. There’s a restaurant and store right inside the compound that are very convenient if you need anything, however late. The place is very secure. My only complaint is that the WiFi was choppy and disappeared occasionally. It might have been the network because my personal portable WiFi didn’t work well either. I will definitely be back.

Sey is superb host! Very attentive and respectful to customers needs. Made me and my child very comfortable and welcomed. The house is beautiful and the pool was the cleanest pool i have wver seen. The location is great to get get away from loud traffic. I would definitely book again! Clean and beautiful property

Nice centrally located apartment complex with gym, pool, and restaurant. When a couple of minor wifi connectivity and AC issues came up, I messaged Michael and he was able to respond and resolve very rapidly. Definitely recommend this place.

I loved it. The best place I’ve been to on Airbnb. I have really been to so many places and so many Airbnb’s but this stands out.

Overall, our stay was great and we truly appreciated the hospitality. Hellen, the property manager, was absolutely lovely — polite, down-to-earth, kind, professional, respectful, and always responsive. She made our experience smooth and enjoyable. The property itself was comfortable and we had an amazing time. However, the exterior of the building and the area around the bins were quite off-putting. The aesthetic of the outside didn’t match the quality of the interior, and the bin area was unhygienic and poorly maintained. It definitely took away from the overall experience. A bit more attention to cleanliness and presentation outside would take this place to the next level. Would I recommend it? Yes — but with the hope that improvements are made to the exterior environment to reflect the warmth and professionalism we received inside.

Stayed at Kofi’s place for 5 weeks.4 weeks in Suite 201. A week in Suite 301.The location is perfect. About a kilometre off the N4 motorway which accesses areas like East Legon and Aburi where I had a lot dealings so perfectly situated for me. The compound is very pretty, gorgeous palm trees, well kept gardens, 24hour security including guard dogs.The Great Dane, Bold became a sweet distraction after nights out. I love dogs so befriended him.Won’t suggest everyone else does. Theres plenty of parking in the secure compound. The apartments are gorgeous inside. Stylish, trendy and well facilitated with everything needed to make the place a home away from home. Beds are comfortable, with crisp white sheets, towels provided. Apartments seviced on arrangement to suit guest.The staff, Cindy Selassi, Dickson, Micheal, Angelina. Lovely humans. Couldnt do enough. Only complaint pubs nearby that play loud music and remotes with dead batteries :) Thank you for a great stay Kofi. Will be back.
