We had a great stay. Janis was helpful and flexible with our schedule. The place is brand new and has lots of amenities. We will be back again!

The home is spacious & beautiful location but too quiet for me, no neighbors nor neighborhood activities which I expected.

This spot on Dundee Bay was absolutely perfect for a boat vacation. Quiet spot on the inlet, with water hookup to wash down the boat. The power to the dock is being fixed, but thankfully we didn’t need it. Easy ride out to open waters. The townhome is open and spacious with everything we needed. Our family truly enjoyed our stay and the pool was an excellent amenity to rinse off and hang out after a salty day. Roman was flexible and responsive when weather interrupted our trip home, and we were able to make accommodations easily to adapt to the weather situation for our trip home. Highly recommend this property! We cannot wait to come back.

Great place for family and friends

My family and I spent a wonderful week at Steven's place. The location is incredible - gorgeous view of the ocean from the condo, steps from the pristine white sand private beach with crystal clear water, and an easy 10-15 minute drive to pretty much everywhere we wanted to go on the island (definitely recommend renting a car when staying here). The pool was also a plus (a huge hit with our 7 and 9 year old). Other pros - the place is really cute, comfortably furnished (incl. very comfortable beds), fresh new linens, ample towels, and a well stocked kitchen. Both Steven and the Property Manager, Christine, were highly responsive, and they even went out of their way to help us find a local babysitter. We would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay! The host went above and beyond by kindly picking us up from the airport, which made our arrival so much easier. They were incredibly responsive, promptly answering all of our questions and addressing any concerns we had. Their accommodating nature truly made us feel at home. The attention to detail and care they showed throughout our stay made this experience exceptional. Highly recommend!

5 star across the board. Great host who is actively responsive. Good internet, hot water. And A/C. Absolutely beautiful location. The dock is like new and has plenty of water, 10’. The housekeeper Eric was outstanding. Very helpful and resourceful. He always responded immediately to any questions regarding the property. Thanks again, looking forward to my next stay.

Très belles vacances en famille à Freeport! Le logement est près de l’aéroport et des épiceries, magasins en voiture. La vue de la cour est sublime! Les pièces sont très grandes & confortables. Nous avons même pêché dans le canal quelques petits poissons exotiques c’était plaisant. La cuisine est bien équipée et nous a permis d’éviter les restaurants. Au logement il manquait seulement de l’équipement « outdooring » autour de la piscine pour profiter de la cour arrière (table et chaises pas accessibles malgré qu’annoncés sur les photos) donc nous n’avons pas pu manger dehors, ni y être toute la famille en même temps, seul bémol du voyage. Helena est serviable et communique bien et rapidement par sms. Prévoir une marche 8-10min pour le secteur de la plage la plus près si vous avez des jeunes enfants. Celle juste en face est un peu rocailleuse mais parfaite pour aller voir les coucher de soleil. Nous avons aimé ce séjour & heureux d’avoir été loin des secteurs achalandés. Merci!

This condo was really comfortable and the location was good. Kitchen had everything we needed. The beach is beautiful and we saw a few interesting things while snorkeling. There is a nice restaurant by the pool area and there is a shuttle to the grocery store. You can walk to Port Lucaya marketplace where there are restaurants, shops and you can rent a scooter or car.

Had a great time. Have stayed in different units in Riviera Towers and Coral Beach Condominiums before but can say this unit is by far the best. Corner location with great views of the water and beach. Has evrything you need...beach chairs, snorkel equip, kitchen gadgets...all things to make your stay enjoyable. Will be back. Very great location. Loved the private beach and all the neighbors in the complex were nice and friendly. The home is absolutely gorgeous and the views are even more so. Not super walkable so you’d definitely need a car. But the advantage is that it’s very quiet and peaceful around the home. A beautiful escape from the hustle and bustle of day to day life.

I’ve just returned from a 4 week stay. I LOVED my time there. Coral Beach is a bit dated, but that for me is its charm. The studio was as described and everything worked. There was everything I needed, from kitchen equipment to towels (including pool/beach towels), bed sheets, great storage, lots of hangers, room for clothes etc. The bed was a bit squeaky, but also comfortable for me. The studio faces east, so you can watch the sun rise from the bed or balcony! The parking space was useful. I didn’t realise before going that there is also pickleball, library/games room with ping pong table, clothes shop, hairdressers/beauty salon on site. The restaurant too was excellent. Erin was very quick to respond to any questions, and very helpful and friendly. I very much appreciated a late check out. I hope to be back.

John's studio was cozy and updated and was located in a wonderful spot! The complex was beautiful and fully equipped for relaxing, including a beautiful pool, stunning foliage and a private beach. The on-site outdoor bar/ restaurant served the greatest food and the staff was super friendly. John was so engaged & helpful from booking to settling in on the first day. A+ rating!

Our stay at Andrea’s Airbnb at Coral Beach Condominiums was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we booked, Andrea provided impeccable customer service—responding promptly to every question and making us feel incredibly well taken care of before we even arrived. The condo was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed for a relaxing escape. But the real magic was the location—just a short, convenient trip to Port Lucaya where we enjoyed shopping, dining, and local culture. The private beach was a slice of paradise, with soft sand, calm turquoise waters, and cozy shaded tiki huts that made it effortless to spend hours lost in a good book or simply soaking in the view. Highly recommend staying here—and without a doubt, we would stay again.

Million dollar view!! Spectacular ocean view with amazing sunsets! Watch the ships, sailboats and fishing boats pass by from the patio. The condo unit was very spacious, with a large patio just steps from the water. You cannot walk out directly onto a beach as it is a rock seawall in front of the condo. But there is a nice little cove with beach right next to the condo complex which is about a 1-2 minute walk. The unit is a little dated, but quite adequate for our 9 day stay. The bedrooms were spacious with en suite in both. The condo complex is beautiful and very well maintained. The other guests in the complex the we met were mostly snowbirds who were staying for an extended time. They mostly knew each other, helped take care of the complex grounds and very friendly. They even gather everyone together for happy hour on Thursday. Jeannie our host was very helpful and responsive before and during our stay. She provided a lot of information and recomendations. We really enjoyed our stay

Wonderful stay with my two college aged kids during our winter break. Location is unbeatable - right on the ocean in an area that isn't full of tourists. Loved watching the sunrise directly from the beach or from the living room. Beds were comfortable and it was very nice to have two bathrooms for three guests - especially when we needed to rinse off after swimming. Short drive to Solomon's grocery store. Centrally located on the island so we could explore the east or west end. Neighboring building has a small restaurant and bar that was a nice excursion on New Year's Eve. The host, Steve, was incredibly responsive to my countless questions about Grand Bahama Island. Great binder in the apartment full of suggestions for excursions, daily living needs and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Sandra provided alot ofvinformation prior to our trip(restaurants, taxi service etc). from the moment we arrived we were impressed with the beautiful location, the friendly and helpful building staff, and the condo itself which was just as described. any questions we had were answered promptly and clearly. even a small plumbing issue that arose was handled and fixed immediately. we would love to rent again!

This is my family’s second stay at Lazaar’s place. We have been really impressed with the comforts of this unit. Great bedrooms, kitchens and living space that allowed our family of 5 to comfortably enjoy our Freeport getaway. The beach, pool, and outdoor recreation are only steps away. The unit offers parking at a small additional cost, if you’re adventurous enough to explore the island. We’re looking forward to our next stay at Lazaar’s place !

Spent 6 nights at Dave's place. My first time in this area. Extremely close to the airport and easy to find, check-in and get settled. Upon arrival in to the condo, it had an essence that it had been closed in for a while. After opening the patio doors and turning on the fan, that went away rather quickly. Lots of cleaning, cooking, and beach amenities available. The patio was comfortable and very private. The surrounding area of the complex was clean. Staff was friendly 2 minute walk to the sand! Although there are other units available, I would definitely stay here in the future. One suggestion is maybe have golf carts available to get to a store or the Marketplace instead of renting a car.

Tim and Michelle were wonderful and always available. We had a very peaceful and rejuvenating vacation which is exactly what we all needed. The home and location was perfect!
