Alan was so helpful, this was a great place to stay while attending a conference at the convention center. Note that it is quite loud with the traffic, but if you turn on the air conditioner the noise is well covered. The location is excellent. Also appreciated the dehumidifier to keep the air fresh. Also I can’t recommend healthful boba tea place nearby enough, the owner is a tea master and she uses organic teas she grows and fresh fruit!

Overall is a good place. The location is great, near the mrt station and 三和夜市.

Black's place is located very near to the MRT and is very accessible. Room is big and bed are comfortable. At night is also quiet and peaceful. A big wardrobe is a plus for us family of 4. We are very familiar with Ximending as we always travel to Taipei and stay around here so surrounding is no issue for us. Owner might need to change some of the furniture as its getting old and the hot water in the bathroom is very hot. Not easy to adjust to the right temperature. Overall its a good stay and worth the value.

Located in a busy area with multiple shopping malls nearby. Pretty noisy during day time if you open the window. However, we’re not home most of the day. It’s fine for us. Yoco and Catherine are very responsive and helpful. Thanks for giving us the adapter! It saved us!

The place was at the center of Ximending with lots of shopping malls, stores and restaurants but inside the apartment was quiet and we had a good rest and sleep. Our stay was cozy and comfortable. The host was friendly and responsive to inquiries. I just hope there are more chairs provided and drying racks. But overall it is a good accomoration in Taipei.

Jason and Kelly are enthusiastic hosts. They enjoy meeting people and helping them to enjoy Taipei. The apartment is spacious for the price and comes with an outdoor deck, where you can eat, read, and exercise. We didn’t mind the six flights of stairs. The bedroom is quiet. Hot water, wi-fi and heater all work well. Neighborhood is safe, full of dining options, but not the most exciting in terms of shops. A bit away from the center but easy to get in on the Metro. The main drawback of the apartment is that it has no kitchen, but that is fully disclosed in the listing and may not be an issue for you.

8명 친구들과 여행하며 묵은 숙소입니다. 독특한 내부 인테리어가 인상 깊습니다. 정돈은 잘 되어있는 편이고 소가전들도 잘 갖춰져 있는 편입니다. 위치는 지하철 역에서 가까워서 이동하기 편리했고 주변이 조용하여 좋았습니다. 즐겁게 놀고 편하게 쉬다 왔습니다. 아쉬운 점도 있는데, 노출 콘크리트 벽과 천장, 우드 가벽과 같은 마감재들이 사람이 생활하는 집 보다는 촬영용 스튜디오 같은 느낌을 줍니다. 주방 벽도 노출 콘크리트라 돌가루 같은게 떨어집니다. 식사 준비 하기엔 좋은 환경은 아니었어요. 화장실 벽도 우드에 페인트칠 되어있는데 곰팡이가 피어있습니다. 가뜩이나 습한 대만에서 물을 쓰는 공간의 벽이 타일이 아닌 것이 잘 이해가 되지 않네요. 독특한 인테리어 구조는 딱 도면과 사진에서만 아름답습니다. 여러모로 건축물 자체로만 봤을 땐 완성도가 아쉬움이 많이 남습니다. 호스트의 서비스는 매우 좋았고, 소통도 잘 되어서 그 점은 매우 좋았습니다. 캐주얼한 숙소를 찾는다면 추천하지만 잘 지어진, 생활하기 좋은 숙소로는 그다지 추천하지 않습니다. 그래도 감사했습니다! 이 피드백으로 더 좋은 숙소가 되길 기원합니다.

The standout feature is its phenomenal location—just minutes from mass transit and great restaurants, making it a breeze to explore. It’s ideal for a single traveler or couple, though the space is small, so keep that in mind if you need more room. Cleanliness and comfort were pleasant, and the host was amazingly responsive and accommodating with small requests. One day, the toilet flush malfunctioned, but the host immediately responded and resolved it the same day while my mom was out—top-notch service! The value for money felt spot-on, and there’s even a laundry facility in the building, which was a nice bonus. My mom loved the place, had no trouble getting around, and has already recommended it to her friends, who’ll be booking soon. It’s a gem if you prioritize location and don’t mind a cozy setup—highly recommend!
