We spent a relaxing long weekend in this cute apartment. It's sparkling clean with a beautiful view of the ocean. The beach and many restaurants are within walking distance. We also enjoyed the community pool.

Amazing location, amazing host. Would strongly recommend.

非常可愛舒服的空間 從客廳可以直接看到大海的風景很放鬆 房內還有一個面對窗戶可以看海景的小空間 整體的氛圍超棒！ 並且都配有音響可供使用 喜歡音樂的朋友一定會很開心 但時間太晚的話要注意音量呦！以免吵到鄰居 這次的體驗真的很棒！ 房主們也相當友善 完整的資訊 分享私藏的美食美酒表單 完全不用煩惱要吃什麼 而且推薦的餐廳 甜點 也都很好吃喔！ 推推！！！

The whole building was actually a mini hotel with 7 rooms. We had the whole place to ourselves. Each room has 2-3 sets of towels & toiletries. It also has free water bottles & egg rolls everyday. The rooms were clean and were actually bigger than expected. However, there are only two rooms in each level, so if you're a big group, some would have to go up to the 3rd and 4th floor by stairs. The location is great - it is walking distance to the beach (unfortunately, swimming is not allowed), Kenting Night Market, and Smokey Joe's. A convenience store is also located just outside the building. The host was very patient and accommodating. She also welcomed us when we arrived at the building. If only they had breakfast in the hotel, it would've been really a perfect place to book when in Kenting. But overall, we still rate it 5/5!

A simple, clean, comfortable space with a very calm and good energy. I enjoyed a couple of very relaxing evenings and nights there after work. Very sweet people too, who made feel very welcome. Thank you!

這絕對是我住過九份體驗最好的民宿了。 令人驚豔的空間安排帶來良好的採光及氣氛，很大程度的保留了老屋本身的美感，而不是全面的翻新，這點非常的對我的胃口。 客廳提供了大電視及 Netflix (設定好的，不用登入自己帳號)，以及一台任天堂 (FC) 的復刻機，看看電影打打電動幾個小時就過去了。 旁邊除了餐桌，還有完備的廚房設備。提供自製早餐的簡單材料，冰箱裡甚至預先製作好了冰塊，這點我在台灣根本沒有碰過。 最後，整間房間最棒的一定是半露天的浴缸，晚上白天各有不同的景色，泡著澡喝著小酒，享受九份的夜景，這次的住宿真的是很美好的體驗。 推薦來九份可以來這邊入住，喜歡老式建築氛圍的人應該都不會失望的。

房東很親切，因晚一點入住還延長退房時間，房間乾淨舒適，海景一級棒👍，還附設KTV盡情歡唱，提供早餐券享用旁邊網美咖啡廳早午餐，度過美好的假期

房子很大～也很乾淨，晚上很安靜 廚房備品也夠好友相聚空間夠大

Paradise

Ryan was responsive and gave many recommendations. We had a cozy and comfortable stay. Bedding was warm and comfortable, felt just like home. Location is close to the beach. Has good sunrise, mountain and sea view too. Cab from Toucheng train station to his apartment cost about NT120. Thank you Ryan for the great stay.

Place is great, 5 minutes walk to the station. Very close to the convenience store & despite it is located in a small alley, the inside of the house is very homey & clean.

這次的體驗真的非常喜歡！超級乾淨又佈置得超級美，不管是主要的床、靠窗的沙發區、陽台、餐桌，房間的每個區域都很有獨特的vibe，讓我們度假同時還可以開心煮火鍋、喝酒、聽音樂、做瑜伽跟看電影，舒適到覺得待上一整天都不會無聊～ 很謝謝房東，從下訂到住宿當天，總是即時回覆我們各式的問題，每樣備品也提供超級詳細的說明，還推薦許多當地好吃好玩的地方，第一次來頭城玩，超幸運的!

Feb 26/25 Sofia's space is huge ..2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms large ,comfortable living space ,large kitchen, spacious balcony and laundry space .The building is quiet .secure and walking distance to numerous neighborhood restaurants and services and only a 20min walk to downtown Hualien along the river walk ..great space

Location is amazing and the tv has so many shows to watch, I would love to repeat in the future! Also they reply your questions really fast which is appreciated
