Booked this place for a week stay with a group of 5. Check in was quick and easy, the house looks exactly like the photos and was extremely clean. Plenty of space and a walkable distance to local combinis and train station. Host was quick to respond to any questions. I would absolutely recommend a stay!

事前のやり取りから最後まで、丁寧に対応していただけました。 今回子どもを含めた4家族で利用しましたが、全員が大満足！！ なにより…朝早い出発、スキーで疲れきった身体のなか、最後に多くの洗い物を洗わなくていいというのは感動でした。 子どもたちはSwitchに大興奮！大画面のテレビで楽しんでました。 アメニティも充分で、タオルも綺麗。お風呂場も清潔でした。 事前にレビューを見て、食材があると伺ってましたが…想像以上でびっくり。子どもたちも含めて大人も楽しい食事となりました。 これまでのレビューが良いのも納得です。 また利用させていただきたい宿、文句なしのNo.1です。

Staying at this Airbnb was a wonderful experience. It was easily walkable from the closest station. The place is nice and clean and had a lot of room. The beds were comfortable and there were enough amenities that made the stay comfortable and easy. The host was incredibly kind and helpful and very responsive. Overall would definitely recommend.

Yasuko's home was amazing, very spacious and great locations. was able to get to shibuya and shinjuku with ease, definitely using again!!!

Francisco, great host, instructions are very clear, the property is located away from the highway, peaceful and quiet. Stayed in November 2024, falls season and the surrounding area beautiful with autumn foliage. the woods with nature.

Wir haben uns direkt in der Unterkunft wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und die Dachterrasse ist wirklich toll! Direkt um die Ecke ist eine Bahnstation, Getränkeautomaten und Lebensmittelgeschäfte. Diese Unterkunft hat einfach alles was man braucht! Sie ist definitiv einen Aufenthalt wert!

El lugar es genial, es una casa con 3 habitaciones, 2 estaciones de metro muy cerca lo que facilita mucho la movilidad por la ciudad, konbini muy cerca tambien, el espacio del lugar es bastante ya que es una casa, eramos 3 personas, cada quien con 2 maletas grandes y teniamos mucho espacio, si vuelvo a Tokyo definitivamente repetiría hospedaje a aquí.

Emi was a wonderful host and this airbnb was at the quiet end of a strip of small bars and restaurants, close to the Koenji train station. Occasional train noise, but not loud enough to disturb sleep in the comfy beds. My daughter enjoyed the cute anime themed bedroom behind the kitchen, which had many appliances. My son appreciated the Nintendo switch! Laundry had a washer and dryer, thanks for the clear instructions in English on how to use everything Emi, and for providing everything that was on the airbnb listing. We would be happy to stay again, and hope to in the future.

The Airbnb was wonderful, a good amount of space and all the amenities needed. The host was very friendly and happy to help out with any requests we had and had recommendations for things to do/buy while there. It was perfect for a longer term stay with all necessities nearby and a good yakitori restaurant downstairs

We had a fantastic stay at June’s apartment in Tokyo! The place was exactly as shown in the pictures—very clean, modern, and well-maintained. It’s in a super convenient location, just a short walk from the train station and right next to a convenience store, which made everything so easy. The apartment was perfect for our family of five, including three big kids (ages 12–16). It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. June went above and beyond—she even came in person to welcome us, explain everything clearly, and made sure we were well taken care of. We really appreciated the thoughtful free gifts too! Although coin parking nearby is a bit pricey, that’s quite normal in Tokyo, and the convenience of the location more than made up for it. We highly recommend June’s place and would definitely stay here again!

Ty location of the apartment is good and close to the shrine. It is walkable distance to the metro with connections to the train station. We hired a car for a day and car parking but the apartment was easy. There are some hidden treasures of restaurants near by. The accommodation was good and all we needed. The washing machine for clothes was a nice bonus

숙소가 생각보다 작긴했지만 셋이서 사용하는데 문제는 없었습니다. 화장실이랑 욕실도 구분 되어있어서 씻거나 화장실가는데 편했고요 와이파이도 잘 되서 좋았어요👍🏻👍🏻 다만 지하철역에서 숙소까지 좀 걸리고 4층에 위치해 있는데 엘베가 없는게 아쉽웠네요 🥲🥲

the location was amazing! it had everything we needed from conbinis to restaurants to a dryer. it is not far to walk to the station as well. the place is quite small actually but it fits 2 people. won’t be able to open 2 huge luggages at once though.

Great location if you want to be in the mix of the hustle and bustle of Tokyo. Super short walk to Shibuya crossing with plenty of restaurants and stores surrounding. Can be very noisy at night so bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Apartment is clean and just as pictured. Check-in was easy and smooth as host provides detailed instructions. Was a good choice for our stay to be near tourist attractions and the train stations for public transport.

Masami’s apartment was perfect for our family of four (two parents, two teens). We prefer to avoid cookie cutter hotels and instead seek to experience places that are a little closer to how the locals live. The cozy apartment fit the bill! It’s efficiently designed, with clever features such as a shower that also functions as a clothes dryer (no tumbling, so easier on your textiles, and it works incredibly well!). We appreciated how clean everything was, and how well everything functioned. The location was great, too — a stone’s throw from the metro, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby, but still nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Finally, the price was right — much better than piecing together two hotel rooms! We will recommend this place to any friends visiting Tokyo!

The home was cozy and clean and had everything we needed. It was in a peaceful and quiet location but still walking distance to the train and very good coffee. Really enjoyed the relaxing stay here!

Sho’s Riki.Flat in Yotsuya is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, we felt totally at home. It’s cozy, stylish, and has such a warm, welcoming vibe. The bed is like sleeping on a cloud—hands down more spacious and comfortable than any hotel we’ve stayed in around Tokyo. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed (and then some). You can tell a lot of thought and care went into making this place feel special. Sho was amazing—super kind, quick to respond, and genuinely went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Honestly, the best Airbnb experience we’ve had! And the location? Incredible. Yotsuya is a peaceful, quiet neighborhood—perfect for getting a good night’s sleep away from the constant buzz of the city. At the same time, it’s steeped in history. Just walking around the area, you get a real sense of Tokyo’s Edo-period past blending with the modern world. It was seriously breathtaking. We will always try to stay at Riki.Flat when we return!

We enjoyed our stay at Phoenix Stay. The room is clean and spacious enough for 4 people compare to the most hotel in Tokyo. It's walkable to JR Otsuka.

這次的住宿環境讓我非常滿意，房間乾淨整潔，設備齊全，住起來很舒適。地點也很方便，步行5分鐘就能到地鐵站，附近就有超市（走路大約2分鐘），生活機能很好。走路大約10分鐘還可以到晴空塔附近的LIFE超市，採買很方便。回覆訊息也很快、讓人安心、整體來說是一次很愉快的住宿經驗，之後有機會還會想再入住！

Very convenient spot to stay if you want to be a quick ride away from Shinjuku and in the heart of Okubo. We could quickly get around town, 20 minute walk to our favorite spots, or 5-10 minutes to a few subway lines. This place is great if you plan on mostly being outside touring, it is pretty compact but worked great for us.

Andy è stato un ospite gentile e reattivo, ci ha fornito istruzioni chiare su come raggiungere la casa e poter entrare e ci ha anche consentito di fare il check-in in anticipo rispetto all'orario previsto. L'appartamento è piccolo ed essenziale ma esattamente come descritto e con tutti i servizi necessari (ad esempio asciugacapelli, diversi asciugamani, detergenti per la doccia, bollitore...). La zona è residenziale e tranquilla, ma a due passi da negozi, ristoranti e stazioni dei mezzi.

Great location! 5 minute walk to the train station and local bars/restaurants. Accommodations are great. Comfortable bed, and bedrooms. Set up well for families with plenty of space for meals and work. Quiet neighbors in a nice neighborhood! Location is the primary reason I stay here. However, no sacrifice is needed on unit quality! Is my best Airbnb experience!

El alojamiento es algo reducido en espacios como es en general en japon. El camino hacia la ducha es algo angosto, con un escalon. Para 2 personas nos quedo bastante comodo. La anfitriona es amable y deja instrucciones de todo lo que se necesita, tambien responde rapidamente. Se encuentra a 1 cuadra y media de la linea yamanote, con lo que en 20-25 minutos como mucho puedes llegar a las zonas mas concurridas de tokyo.
