Takashima : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

We spent a week at Casa Luna and it was perfect, great location just 1 stop from Kyoto station and close to subway. Loved not having stairs and the room had everything we needed. Loved the outdoor area too. Quiet at night. Very happy with our stay!

We were lucky enough to stay 4 weeks in Yoko's amazing house. Yoko is more of a friend than a host --> hospitable, friendly, responded within 10 mins and even invited us to dinner. The house is absolutely amazing, well equipped, full of Japanese culture elements and comfortable. The house was spotless, very clean and has obviously been given a tremendous amount of love and care. The location is 10mins walk from the subway and only 20 min walk from the fantastic area of Osaka/Umeda stations. Any issue was resolved immediately and we had an amazing stay here. AC's in every room, Japanese bidet, kotatsu which was great for winter, a nice backyard with washing machine, strong pressure shower, and very fast WiFi which made remote working easy. We will be honored to come back and stay longer, thank you for such a good stay :)

This is a lovely traditional home in a small, quiet town, attractive to stroll around and admire. The house is spacious, comfortable, and well-stocked for a night or two with friends and/or family. It suited our group of five adults and two 12-year-olds extremely well. The fact that it has so many bedrooms is a significant advantage for groups that don't all want to share the same sleeping space, as is often the case at Japanese Airbnbs. The friendly hosts were waiting for us at check-in and gave us an extremely detailed tour and explanation of the property. There are not many services within walking distance, so we were glad we rented a car. We cooked dinner and breakfast, and found many useful condiments and spices in the kitchen. Really, the only disadvantage of this home is that it is rather expensive, but the experience of staying there is unique, making it worth the cost. Airbnb prices in general seem to be rising, so it is not dissimilar to others like it.

在这个家住了4晚，是我多次在日本自驾旅行住的面积最大的一户建；我们是10人，一共3台车前往，房主提供了2个固定车位，另外还安排了1个临时车位，我们的车能够全部停放；房子旁边就有一个小的人行铁道口，每天出门都能看到火车经过，是我喜欢的日式居住风格；虽然有评论说，因为火车班次频密，噪音会影响，但是我觉得完全没有问题，很喜欢这种靠近铁道的居住风格；从房子自驾车去铃鹿赛车游乐场、御在所山岳、伊势神宫、松阪市吃松阪牛、鸟羽市水族馆都非常方便，推荐入住

親子三代９人でお世話になりました。ホテルと違い、みんなで一緒に泊まり、同じ部屋でくつろげたこと、少し夜更かししても隣の部屋などを気にしなくていいこと、観光にも買い出しにも便利な立地で時間に余裕ができたことなど、お得感満載でした。宿泊先に到着するまで、ちょっとした質問にも迅速かつ丁寧に答えていただき、大変ありがたかったです。また機会があれば、よろしくお願いします！

I have to say - photos don’t do this place justice. The house looks so much nicer in real life. It’s nicely decorated and equipped. All the tableware, furniture, appliances are of top quality. The bedding is so comfy. It was a bit cold during our stay and the underfloor heating was a game changer! The location is also perfect - it’s situated in a quiet residential area but just 5 min walk to the night life area. The host is extremely kind. He is super responsive and very flexible with our check in and out time, which made our trip a lot easier. He even helped us make a few restaurant reservations. I’ve been to Kyoto for a few times and stayed at some Airbnbs. I have to say this one is by far the best. I highly recommend this place to all fam/group travelers!!

一戶建的旅居空間很大而且温馨舒適。入住當天我們很晚才到達（晚上10時多才到）但沒想到旅居主人還在等待我們，而且為我們搬行李及打傘，介紹屋內設施。旅居內一應俱全，還有小孩玩具及圖書，還提供很多旅居附近的購物及飲食資訊，寢室很舒適並備有充電插頭，樓梯還裝有小夜燈方便夜間下樓，而且有防滑地毯，洗手間內有毛巾抹手。亦有車位方便自駕人士。意想不到的是竟然有歡迎入住的信，真的非常貼心。性價比非常高，非常適合一家大小，有機會會再次入住，亦會給推介打算造訪大阪的親友。離開時旅居主人夫婦還親自相送！

広々としており、いい雰囲気の綺麗な宿でした！

The flat is very good located close to Shin-Osaka Station and also other subway stations. Therefore, you can reach everything very conveniently in Osaka, Kyoto, Nara or the Shinkansen. The flat is small as shown on the pictures but very comfortable and clean. Good restaurants (a great dipping ramen spot is just around the corner of the apartment building), convenient stores and supermarkets are all close by or in walking distance. We would definitely use it again for a trip to Osaka.

The location is in a quiet neighborhood a short walk from the Keihan line, which runs up and down the city and will take you all the way to Osaka if needed. If you like walking, you can get to Kawaramachi and Kyoto Station and beyond. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-furnished, equipped with everything I needed and more. The coffee table and entryway were stocked with a number of travel pamphlets. The building itself is charming in a very '80s way, but the elevator is smooth and quiet. Last but certainly not least, Sumi is a true superhost, bringing much-needed Kyoto hospitality to Airbnb accommodations. She was ready to help with anything related to my trip, even things I hadn't though of yet.

Sumi a été une hôte formidable. Elle nous a donné des instructions claires pour se rendre, nous attendait dehors à notre arrivée et était disponible si nous avions des questions. Le logement est spacieux, bien équipé et correspond aux photos. À quelques minutes de marche de plusieurs temples et de restaurants. Je recommande ce logement dans hésiter!

Ken was very down to earth and met/communicated with us accordingly. If you are looking for the best location in Kyoto for a couple or small family (two small children) then this would be my recommendation. Perfectly situated next to many subway stations, shopping, and dining areas this charming apartment met all of our needs while we enjoyed Kyoto for 5 days. Nestled very closely to the Gion nightlife you will be welcomed to many options to enjoy just that with the opportunity to retreat to river view “lanai” and unwind. Ken’s Riverside Terrace was simple but convenient and elegant. He provided small touches of service such as house items you may want to use( we loved the cute Ghibli characters), friendly messages to check in on us, and a gift bag when we checked out. We will 100% would love to return here one day and we appreciate the opportunity to enjoy Kyoto coming from Hawaii.

This was my first time staying in Kyoto It was the best guesthouse I have ever experienced The house was nice and chill Lovely surroundings, especially super close to famous place Thx to the host cause he was really kind and friendly Next time I revisit Kyoto again I wont wonder about booking the place to stay Instead I’ll gonna book this place again😆😆

ばぁばの傘寿、甥っ子の卒業祝い旅行で母、４姉妹、5孫、1友達の計11名で宿泊させて頂きました。 ワンフロアで大人数が気兼ねなく過ごせる場所はなかなかない中、最高の環境で2日間を快適に 滞在することができました。質問など迅速に対応して頂き感謝です。 来阪時の定宿に是非したいです。本当にありがとうございました。

Es war alles sehr entspannt! Nicht nur war die Vermieterin sehr zuvorkommend, sondern die Lage ist auch sehr gut. Es war ein eher lokaler Ort, an dem es nicht viele Touristen gab und ist nur 3 Minuten von der Hankyu Line (welche günstiger ist als JR) entfernt, wodurch man innerhalb von 10min nach Osaka-Umeda (Downtown) kommt. Es gab eine kleine Mikrowelle, einen Wasserkocher und einen Kühlschrank (sehr klein, war aber kein Problem). Es war sehr sauber, modern und auch Platz gab es genug. Auch kleinere Mengen Wäsche, könnten wir problemlos waschen, da es auch einen kleinen Trockner gab. Insgesamt hat uns das Appartement sehr gut gefallen und wenn sich die Gelegenheit ergibt, kommen wir wieder.

Je remercie énormément KA House ! Nous sommes arrivés très en avance de notre voyage de Osaka et ils ont préparé la chambre en avance. Il y a tous ce qu'il faut en terme de couverts, produit douche et tout ce qui concerne la cuisine. La gentillesse de ceux qui gère l'établissement se ressent énormément par message. Ils sont là en cas de besoins et répondent assez rapidement. Je vous conseille vivement d'y prendre quelques, c'est confortable et typique. Merci encore KA House pour ce moment inoubliable !

Logement en tout point fidèle à la description. Idéalement placé en plein centre de Kyoto avec de nombreux sites accessibles à pied (Gion, Shijo-dori) et des stations de métro à proximité directe du logement. Un excellent rapport qualité prix et un très bon accueil de May.

Lovely place to stay - clean, big, and very well equipped!

Nicely designed building. Room is tight but cozy. Toilet has heater which is extremely useful in winter. Need to walk a fair distance to the closest train stations.

Staffs are friendly and the room is nice. Although the bed is smaller than what we expected, we still have a good time there. Nice location and nice infrastructure.
