Hiro scored 10/10 as a host. He was communicative, friendly, and helpful beyond expectation. I don't imagine our holiday to Japan would have been close to the experience we had without Hiro as a host. He picked us up from the station, provided travel to many local destinations, and provided fantastic suggestions for things to do in the area and beyond. He was a wealth of information about Japanese culture and showed genuine interest in ensuring our experience in Azumino was meaningful and memorable. The guest house was lovely, in a quiet location but walkable access to nearby cafes, and an onsen! One thing I suggest is to hire a car in this area as it is a rural area, and taxis to the station and shopping areas can be quite expensive. Without Hiro to the rescue we would have been a bit stuck. We caught a train and free shuttle bus to the nearest ski resorts which were amazing. If you are looking to experience Japanese life beyond the bustle of Tokyo, a stay here is a must!

Simply PERFECTION! A stunning, traditional home in the most AMAZING location. Shiori was so sweet and welcoming (and makes a fantastic apple cake)! Truly a wonderful experience.

100% recommend!! どの空間を切り取ってもお洒落で、お風呂もカードゲーム等も楽しめました。また、ホストの方がとても親切かつレスポンスが速く、チェックインもチェックアウトも柔軟に対応いただきとても助かりました。

全てにこだわり抜いた宿で、大変感動いたしました。清掃が行き届いていますし、使用できるお皿がよくある白の機能的なものではなく、料亭のようで、食事を引き立たせるものを多く取り揃えてありました。テラスが２つあり、リビングから続きの露天風呂が備わったテラスと桜の時期が楽しみの川沿いの2Fテラスです。どちらも冬なので使用できませんでしたが、贅沢空間です。しつらえが素晴らしく、西洋アンティークと日本の古民家の良さがマッチングしています。インテリア好き、大人の方々におすすめしたい宿でした。

The best airbnb I have ever stayed in. We arrived at the Lounge for check-in and was greeted by the friendly staff and offered yummy snacks. The staff then drove us to the house and provided a thorough rundown of everything. We also tried out the spa services, paired with the bath and sauna inside the house made the most perfect and relaxing night. Such a convenient location where everything was in walkable distance.

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was very homey, and we all felt completely at ease just like being at home. Everything worked well, though the water pressure was occasionally a bit off. The host was extremely kind and responsive, making our experience even better. Highly recommended!

人気観光スポット飛騨の里近く／北アルプスを一望できる古民家ステイ／広々空間でグループステイに快適

Nous avons passé un séjour magique dans ce sublime logement ! L’environnement est calme et paisible. Chaque pièces de cette maison était propre et bien agencée. Les futons étaient chauffants ! Quel bonheur quand il fait 3 degrés dehors. Les instructions écrites dans les livres d’or de la maison sont très claires et pratiques. Attendez-vous à marcher un peu pour aller au cœur de Takayama, ou bien prenez le bus. Mais les promenades à pieds nous ont fait découvrir de jolis endroits, et de sympathiques boutiques authentiques. Le logement est juste à côté du Hida Folk Village, un lieu que nous vous recommandons car il est pittoresque et charmant. Enfin bref, c’est le meilleur AirBnb que mon mari et moi avons fait jusqu’ici. Merci ! ☺️

ひだ流葉スキー場、ほおのき平スキー場を利用するために10人でお借りしました。人数の変更にもすぐに応じてくださり、とても感謝しています。メッセージの返信も早く、かつ丁寧でした。2日間がとても良い思い出になりました。ありがとうございました！！

the host came to welcome us as soon as we checked in. he was very professional and courteous. took time to answer all our questions and gave us great restaurant recommendations. highly recommend Iori Yamaguchi. gorgeous interior as well.

10名の団体で予約しました。結論から言うと団体客なら是非ここに泊まってほしいと言えるくらいよかったです。我々の認識不足でチェックインやチェックアウトがうまくいかなかった時も電話で丁寧に対応して頂きスムーズに進み助かりました。館内の雰囲気も素敵で特にカウンターキッチンは大人数で料理をするなど共有空間を楽しめました。完璧なことには間違いはないのですが、強いて言うなら別館の方にだけでもテレビがあればよりいいなと私個人としては思いました。また寝室の枕元にコンセントが欲しいなと思い延長コード等あればいいなと思いました。ですが帰宅後振り返ってみてもまた利用したいと思える施設でした。次は夕食付きで利用しようかな笑
