Amazing location and the rooftop view was amazing at sunset

Das Zimmer war klasse. Es war schön groß ein kleine Sitzgelegenheit am fester sowie ein kleiner Tisch mit Stuhl standen im Küchenbereich. Der Schlafbereich kann mithilfe von Schiebetüren von der Küche getrennt werden. Die Toilette ist getrennt vom Badezimmer. Dies wiederum ist etwas offen gestaltet was für mich absolut kein Problem war. Das Bett ist ausreichend groß und auch für 2 Personen geeignet. Wenn das Fenster geschlossen war, habe ich nichts von draußen mitbekommen. Die Dusche hat eine Handbrause und einen Regenwald-Duschkopf. Wenn ich wieder nach Pattaya Reise werde ich das Zimmer wieder buchen wenn verfügbar.

Everything was amazing I loved it

Phailin was communicating with us prior from our departure from Bangkok till we arrived which was 1 hour early. The room was ready and she green lighted us to check in early. Some cold water in the fridge and some small snacks just made it clear that she was an extraordinary host. The Edge is so conveniently located to the heart of Pattaya and only minutes walk away from Central Pattaya. Air conditioning was 10 out of 10. And so was everything else. Guests must go up to the 30th floor to enjoy the great gym and then walk up to the 31st floor to admire the great views plus the swimming pool. Definitely will recommend to friends as well as will return in the future.

Julie is very friendly and responsive. Her instructions for check in are very detailed and easy to understand. She maintains her apartment very well and provided extra linen and water.

Really nice apartment, close to many attractions in Pattaya. The view is fantastic from the rooftop, that has a gym and pools. The location is very desirable and one needs to go past security post and need to have an access card to the building to get into any of the floors and only my floor and the community floors were available with the key card. No one without an access card can get into your specific floor, provided for good security. A couple of things to keep in mind, the entire building seems to be very short term rentals, so there is a lot of moving in/out of the building at all times. Also, at times it can take 8-10 minutes to get down to the lobby due to the lack of availability of elevators or being too full, especially at the higher floors. I would stay here again, no question.

This is a apartment with two bedrooms. Both beds are big and clean. everything is comfortable. I especially want to mention the warmness of the management staff, They are very helpful and very nice.

Very good experience, I will continue to choose this place when I have the opportunity to travel to Thailand in the future, and I will also introduce it to my friends.

The villa is exactly as described, clean, with excellent access and a secure parking area. In a quiet part of a busy area. Amenities are good, with the only drawback being a lack of washing machine. Self service and staffed laundrettes are cheap and within 100m, so this was no concern. Pool and garden are fantastic, and there are a generous amount of towels to allow you to enjoy the pool. Bars and restaurants (Cajun is excellent!!). As well as the beach are all within a short walk. We all enjoyed our stay and have no hesitation recommending the villa to other travellers.

The house was really good and perfect for a relaxing vacation. It is well-equipped – towels are provided, there is a safe for valuables, and even a washing machine. We felt very comfortable and can definitely recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at this pet-friendly house! The facilities were fantastic, and we truly enjoyed the comfort and convenience of the space. The host was incredibly helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to the beach. Plus, the local markets were only a 3-5 km drive away, making it easy to pick up supplies. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with their furry friend with group of 10 peoples!

Pascal’s condos are very clean and beautiful. He is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions about anything in the condo or in Pattaya. His wife is also very friendly and welcoming. The maid Pascal sends every 3rd day was very sweet and mindful. She cleans whatever you want done on top of the things she cleans already. If you’re visiting Pattaya for the first time this the place for you. Right next door is the famous central mall for your everyday needs. The beach is only 2 mins away walking and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The view is amazing every morning and you watch the sunset from the balcony as well. I recommend Pascal’s place to all travelers whether solo, couple or more. Pascal thank you for the wonderful stay and i will be staying here every time i come back to Pattaya from now on. Absolutely loved staying a month here! Beautiful facilities, easy to walk to most places! Excellent pools! Loved the sunset every night! The cafe and little store on the grounds were very nice! The shower had great pressure! All kitchen items needed for a long stay! Definitely would stay again!! The laundry and water on the 5th floor was very convenient!!

Das Apartment hat uns sehr gut gefallen, insbesondere die atemberaubende Aussicht vom Dach. Die moderne und schöne Einrichtung hat uns beeindruckt. Manchmal war das Publikum im Haus etwas weniger angenehm, und die Straße unten ist recht laut und lebhaft. Dies ist jedoch bei Pattaya bekannt. Insgesamt hatten wir einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt.

Just marvelous! Everything you need to feel right at home. I would definitely stay again. Excellent host!

Perfect location, very short walk to the beach and an abundance of restaurants close by, the view was amazing day and night, The condo itself is well equipped full kitchen, large bedrooms and bathrooms, ceiling fans and A/C in every room, very responsive and professional host, stress free from start to finish🙏
