We had a pleasant stay at Sukoon's apartment. We had a very fast and smooth communication, and we got answers and thoughtful guide to our questions. The apartment has a very nice view to the city and beach, and is a short walking distance to the beach.

Our host Salim made us feel right at home as soon as we completed our booking. Gave us loads of information about the area, easy-to-follow instructions on how to find the place and prompt communication whenever needed. The place was pristine, clean and cool in the heat of the beautiful Oman. Being close to the motorway, it was very easy to get into Muscat, but also allowed for a quite getaway when needed. Salim has truly provided a wonderful place for anyone plans on coming to Oman.

Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen, traumhaften Umgebung. Zudem ist die Sicherheit garantiert, da das Appartement innerhalb eines Resorts liegt. Für Naturliebhaber gibt es z.B. einen faszinierenden Wanderweg, am Meer entlang, mit vielen Buchten zum Schwimmen und die Seele baumeln lassen. Mahir war ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber, der von Beginn an sehr zuverlässig mit uns kommuniziert hat und uns auf alles hingewiesen hat, was zu beachten war. Hier müsste man eine Bewertung über den 5 Sternen geben können. Der Service während unseres Aufenthalts war sehr besonders und freundlich. Die Wohnung wurde auf Wunsch sauber gemacht und bei Bedarf wurden uns Kaffee und Utensilien für den Grill gebracht. Die Wohnung beinhaltete alle Haushaltsgeräte, die man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in seinem Urlaub benötigt. Wir sind in vollem Umfang zufrieden und glücklich gewesen und würden uns immer wieder für diese Unterkunft entscheiden. Vielen Dank!

Die villa ist wie die Beschreibung. Hell, modern uns sauber. Komplett eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Sehr gepflegte Quartier. Quartier Restaurants, Bars und Strand zu fuss erreichbar. Wir haben 50 Minuten zu Muscat zentrum gehabt, aber der Weg zu Muscat sehr angenehm und sehr interessant aus Natur. Wir haben unsere Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Vielen Dank 🙏🏼

Muscat Bay is a starkly elegant new development in tje middle of the rocky Bandar Jissah. A series of low buildings with flats and houses, bordering a man-made wadi. It is very elegant, with a good pool and a small Spar for everyday shopping. Ideal to relax away from tje hustle and bustle of Muscat and near amazing beaches in matoral coves - some privatised by the Jumeirah or Shangri La resorts, some public. The flat is a spacious first floor one bedroom apartment, with a czy balcony. It was exactly what I needed for a week of total relaxation. There is a also café above the shop and pharmacy. My host was very attentive and the staff on the ground were helpful too. All in all, a lovely peaceful week.

We really enjoyed our stay at Naseer’s place. The location is fantastic—convenient, with access to the pool, walking distance to one of the best beaches I’ve ever seen, and right by the walkway and waterfront. Our kids absolutely loved it! Naseer is an excellent host, always ready to respond and answer questions, even late in the evening. Five stars all the way!

We were very happy to stay at Charlotte's place, which was exactly what we searched for: perfect location to see everything important in Muskat and close to the beach. Charlotte really supported us as we could leave our luggage until making our way back to the airport in the afternoon.

The property is clean, the location is great and has many hypermarkets/mall and restaurants around. The secondary bathroom is small for an above average built person; kitchen could be better equipped and side tables could be a plus for the second room with twin beds. Salim is very responsive and was always available on text. He accommodated our late check out request which is very nice of him to do. Overall I would recommend his place.

Wir waren für 4 Nächte mit unserer Tochter (knapp 1,5 Jahren) zu Gast bei Regula. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war problemlos und Regula reagierte schnell auf Anfragen. Check-In war easy und schnell. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und ist bestens ausgestattet. Sie ist ideal gelegen, um die Umgebung von Maskat zu erkunden. Gleichzeitig liegt sie in ruhiger Lage fußläufig zum Meer. Für uns eine ideale Kombi. Neben den vielen Punkten, die (auch in anderen Bewertungen) schon genannt wurden, gibt es für uns einen Hauptgrund, weshalb wir wieder kommen würden: Die Unterkunft, Gastgeberin und Umgebung hat Seele und Herz. Die Details in der Unterkunft sprechen für eine Liebe zu Land und Leute. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!
