Fantastic Spring Break trip with our family. The space was clean and comfortable, with lots of thoughtful touches throughout. The location was amazing! Easy walk to the Metro and many shops and restaurants. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay here again.

Great place for a short stay. Synta greeted us when we arrived to make sure we didn’t have any questions or concerns but then gave us our space. She also left us breakfast on the dining room table, which was a nice touch. Bed was comfy and the house was quiet. Perfect location. We took an Uber downtown which was super quick and reasonably priced. Metro is within walking distance if you prefer that. We will stay again!

Great place to stay for a D.C. trip. We walked to the Metro each morning and took that downtown. It was about a 15 minute walk and is great if you’re fine with that. It’s tucked away nicely and feels like a safe area too. Overall a great stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this place ! The place was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Melissa is a wonderful host—responsive and helpful throughout my visit. The check-in process was smooth, and the space had everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in the area. Highly recommend!

Autumn's place is really lovely. It looks like the pictures and is very comfortable. What I liked most though, was that it has a security alarm. That made me feel safe. I would highly recommend this place and I hope to stay here again.

I really enjoyed staying here. It is a peaceful place that is located in a lovely area. I felt perfectly safe staying there on my own. I found it very easy to get to Georgetown or Dupont Circle using Lime bikes and scooters, which were always available nearby. The apartment stayed very cool on hot summer days, and I didn’t even need to use the AC most days. The hosts are very kind, considerate, helpful, and available. I would definitely stay here again!

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt bei Melissa. Wir fanden direkt vor dem Haus einen Parkplatz (Genehmigung wurde uns zur Verfügung gestellt). Einfacher Check-in mit Zahlenschloss. Es gibt sogar Wasser, Kaffee und Snacks. Einmal hörten wir Abends einen Hund bellen, aber das steht in der Beschreibung und war nicht weiter schlimm. Die zusätzlichen Heizstrahler waren auch super, da wir gerade einen Kälteeinbruch hatten, als wir in Washington waren. Ich empfehle die Unterkunft weiter.

Had a great time! Place was clean and cozy. Easy 15 minute walk to the metro. Place was in a safe and comfortable neighborhood. We will be booking again the next time we come back to the DC area.

This was an amazing Airbnb. It was close enough to do everything in the city but far enough away to have space to yourself. The place is large and exactly like the description. I highly recommend this host and his stay.

The place was as described! Getting from your car to the door is easy and it is well lit, it is also In a nice area and felt safe the whole time there! I would highly recommend and not to mention the inside is really spacious! more room than originally thought! Jason is a great host and is really fast with his responses !

I had an incredible stay at Serena’s Airbnb studio! The location is perfect—situated near American University, with easy access to everything you need. The studio itself is spacious, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed, with a comfortable living room area and a fully equipped kitchen that made my stay feel like home. Serena went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. From the moment I arrived, everything was perfectly prepared, and she continuously checked in to make sure I was comfortable. Her attention to detail and hospitality made all the difference. Another huge plus is the parking, which made getting around stress-free. If you’re looking for a cozy, well-located, and well-managed place to stay, this is it. I would absolutely stay here again!

The place was attractive and comfortable. Capitol Hill is a lively and lively community with lots of restaurants and small scale retail. Nolan always responded to questions in short order.

Michael’s place was what any Airbnb should be. A simple but well laid out and very clean space in a local part of town. The bathroom was well renovated and clean. The bed and linens were very comfortable. The location was easy to find, felt secure and check-in was a breeze. I would without a doubt stay here again.

We had a great time staying here! The neighborhood is nice and the metro was a 15 minute walk away with a bus stop even closer. The guidebook was such a nice touch and we tried multiple restaurants on there, all were great! Felt super homey with a nice couch, blankets, Netflix, and board games. Jake added a lot of extra amenities that were convenient to have like coffee for the coffee maker and shampoo/conditioner for the bathroom. As mentioned in the listing, it does get cold at night but the space heater worked fine and there were extra comforters to use as well. Overall we had an amazing stay!

Alexis's place is located in a quiet, upscale neighborhood in Alexandria - conveniently located to grocery stores and just a 10 minute drive to the metro train station. Alexis is a wonderful host. The place is clean and comfortable with everything that we needed for our five night stay. Alexis is very knowledgeable of the area and is always available to offer suggestions. We would recommend her place to anyone!

Not only was the host helpful and responsive but the place is as good as it looks. Everything was good quality, the entertainment system, the aesthetic, the shower, the beds, the kitchen. We had everything we needed, we felt at home.

David and Agi were great host, it was a very fun experience, my friends and I visited DC for the first time and it was only a short 20 minute drive to downtown and George Town where we spent most of the time, the air bnb was very clean and looked exactly like the photos it was also very private and quiet. David and Agi were very nice and flexible with the parking and instructions on checking in and checking out were very clear. The Airbnb had all we needed, we could’ve had asked for a better place to stay, my friends and I made a great decision, we will be back in the future. Thank you so much David and Agi!

Very nice stay. The apartment is the lower floor of a nice house on a quiet, pretty street. Everything was new and clean. They thought of all of the extras, including kitchen and bath products, laundry detergent, kids’ dishes, and even a hotel safe. Entry was easy and as described. Highly recommended for a peaceful stay.

One of the best Airbnbs I have stayed at in my many stays in DC. The inside is spacious, clean, and updated (huge perk). Great location near lots of food. The garage door was broken when we came, but the host apologized and let us know it was set to be fixed. When working, this added perk brings a lot of privacy and security. Wish it worked during our stay. One downside is that you cannot control the temperature inside the unit. Most units like this in DC have controlled air through built in units, so you are subject to the temperature that the owners have it set to.

This was our second time staying at David and Cobun's AirBnB, and it did not disappoint. There were uogrades and changes from our last stay, which demonstrates a continued desire as hosts to continue to improve an already great place - from advanced door locks to advanced driveway pathway and entrance lights, to new fuses and a newer, bigger television - you will feel at home in this place. The kitchen has ALL of the supplies to cook and make your morning coffee (or smoothie). We now consider it our DC "home" when visiting, which helps a lot if you are in DC for either business or touristy stuff. Car driving distance to the College Park Subway Station is approximately 10 minutes from the AirBnb and parking there cost only $4.95 a day (Monday-Friday) and free on the weekends. You will also love the king sized, big 'ole soft bed! Choose here.

We could not have asked for a better place to stay during our trip! The unit was comfortable and immaculate. It did not feel like a basement at all. Leonardo was very kind and responsive. We did not read the instructions thoroughly beforehand and therefore did not notify him in advance that we wanted to use the Murphy bed, yet he was gracious in still allowing us to do so. We had our 2 month old son with us, and Leonardo thought of everything — he had a crib, changing pad, toys, and even baby shampoo ready for us. He even gave us excellent recommendations for meals. Leonardo is thoughtful and thorough and made every effort to ensure we were comfortable in the unit. The property is beautifully maintained and he is clearly invested in helping his guests fully enjoy their stay. I cannot say enough good things about Leonardo and this unit! We would absolutely stay here again.
