I have only praise for Annette. However I am unhappy with this app’s policy of not allowing me to use a gift card for the final payment. They automatically charged me without notifying me when payment was due. Once done unable to reverse or credit account. Knowing that the gift card has an expiration date it now makes our once a year usage difficult.

We had the most beautiful Thanksgiving gathering at Casey’s Porch on the bay for an extended family reunion. The house is lovely - spacious, gorgeous and cozy at the same time. The views on the water were amazing. There were plenty of beds and ‘hang out’ spots for our tweens and teens, and 3 private baths for the adult couples were much appreciated. And our hosts could not have been more helpful and friendly. Thank you for giving us this opportunity to make more happy memories together!

We had a wondferful time with extended family at this beautiful spot where you're surrounded by nature and expansive views from inside and outside the house. The views of the water and sunsets are breathtaking. The house has everything needed to cook family meals and share a comfortable and revitalizing time.

Beautiful property and wonderful colonial era house. A bit pricey but the grounds and house made it palpable. New dock very solid. Wish there'd be more dock seating but we brought our own. Tree shade around the pool made it outstanding during the sunny heat. Just loved our stay and I can say we'd go back. Will seriously consider next summer, nothing but fond memories now. My biggest complaint is that we didn't have enough days there! 5 minutes to downtown Oxford. Nice big kitchen table for gathering. Outfitted very well be we really didn't use much, just spent most of the time in the surrounding towns and mostly in the pool or on the dock!!

We came to the area for a wedding and had 8 adults and 2 children. There was plenty of room and everything was very clean and welcoming. There was a large table for all of us to fit at and eat together and we especially enjoyed our time in the hot tub. Janean was very quick to respond and gave us great recommendations for dinner. The area was beautiful and we would definitely love to come back some time in the future and stay at the Wildbluesea Retreat!

Michelle’s and Steve’s home is beautifully decorated and well appointed. One of the nicest places in which we have stayed, and we are no stranger to Airbnb and such places. We were busy with lots of offsite activities, so we did not take advantage of all the features and amenities. But we can’t wait for an another opportunity to visit for a longer stay. Highly recommend!!

I first stayed at this lovely house back in February 2021 during peak pandemic and had such a lovely time. Came back for a short trip to visit some family in the area and was happy to rebook this gorgeous property. We had plenty of space for our large group and the place was well stocked The hosts were wonderful, I had a quick question for them and received a response in literally less than 5 minutes. This is now my go to Airbnb on the eastern shore, looking forward to my next stay with them!

Our stay at this beautiful waterfront property in Annapolis was nothing short of perfect. What a gem! My daughters and I loved our week spent here. The home is a true beauty with all the charm of a seaside getaway. All of the amenities truly made it feel like home, and the kitchen is amazing! Everything was streamlined and easy, the host was wonderfully responsive, and the home had such a friendly, warm, relaxing feel to it. It was such a terrific experience through and through, I would highly recommend taking full advantage of this beaut!

Cozy house, very comfortable, easy to find, near enough to major roads to be convenient for exploring, but quiet and private. Jefferson was super easy to work with. A real find.

I recently stayed at Michelle’s property in St. Michael's, Maryland, and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, right in the heart of downtown, making it easy to explore the local attractions and restaurants. The property was very clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was excellent, as they were responsive and helpful throughout my visit. I highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a convenient and pleasant place to stay in St. Michael's.

Kathryn's place was clean and beautiful! Kathyrn provided many thoughtful amenities such as sound machines, night lights, and coffee for the coffee maker. The house has a great set up, especially if you are looking for somewhere fun to spend a holiday! The kitchen would be great for a lot of cooking, and the beautiful dining room table has enough room for a lot of guests. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back!

We had a great stay. Kristin was very friendly and responsive through the booking process, leading up to our stay and during our stay. The house is very spacious and worked well for our multi generational family. It’s an older house but tastefully updated with modern amenities. We were unable to take advantage of it, but the house was within walking distance to a cute downtown area with a lot of restaurants.

Julie and her husband were amazing. The house is the nicest I have ever stayed in as an Airbnb. It had everything you could ever need and more. Felt like a luxury hotel and I am particular! Highly highly recommend!

My large, multi-generational family had an amazing week at Jennifer's beautiful home. Jennifer was extremely responsive and helpful. There was plenty of room for all of us. This place is perfect for kids -- there are tons of toys, a swing set, and the kids absolutely loved the pool. I hope to stay at Jennifer's home again!

Joanna was an excellent host, and the home was such a beautiful, quiet retreat for our family while we were attending a wedding in the area. The home was beautiful and cozy, and the scenery outside was so calming. We wished we could have stayed longer, and we hope to book again for fun some other time!

We got a last minute chance to get a few days away at Lisa's property. It was just as pictured, lovely and peaceful. We were gifted with perfect weather so we spent the majority of our days in the beautiful heated pool. We relaxed with our coffee each morning sitting on the screened porch. We enjoyed the piano and pool table. The property is close to St. Michael's so there were plenty of good restaurants (Bistro St. Michael's) and shopping available. We also sailed a moonlight cruise on the Selina II. Lisa was responsive to all inquiries during our stay and all communication/check in procedures were clear. Everything you need is available at the house with comfortable beds and furniture. We thoroughly enjoyed our time!

The Water House delivered in every category, combining the beauty of the Bay with an architectural gem and close proximity to lovely St. Michaels. We kept the location a secret for months and surprised everyone when they arrived. A reunion that will be long remembered.
