This was my second time in Almaty, and after my first amazing experience, I knew I wanted to stay in Svetlana’s apartments again. This time, I chose a new apartment for myself, and it (again) exceeded my expectations — cozy, spotlessly clean, and had everything needed for my comfortable stay. Whenever I visit Almaty, I now stay only in Svetlana’s apartments because both she and her entire team are simply wonderful! Their communication is excellent, and they are always ready to assist with anything I need. This time, I booked the airport transfer service, which made my trip 10 times more convenient. The car was super comfortable!❤️ I highly recommend Svetlana’s apartments to anyone visiting Almaty. It’s always a pleasure to stay here!

Kamilas place was very comfortable and I'd recommend this highly to anyone looking to stay in Almaty. She is a wonderful host and she was very helpful and quick to respond. She was thoughtful enough to equip the house with everything a traveller might need. There are lots of shops in the building itself that are open 24/7 and that makes things so convenient. there's a nice playground for kids as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Aida's apartment is such a lovely place. Felt very home-like. The locarption was great. There wad a small 24/7 grocery store downstairs. The host was very responsive

Bektas was very helpful and accommodating right from our arrival till departure. The villa is centrally placed between the mountains and the city with a local shop within walking distance and a supermarket near by. Travel by taxi was easy to arrange and it was less than 25mins from the mountains, city centre and airport. The villa was exactly as described by the host with everything in working order and everything was clean, the furniture and beds were comfortable. We had a great time just relaxing indoors and in the evenings at the indoor bowling alley and cinema. We spent a day at Shymbulak ski resort and Medeu ice rink and finally a relaxing day at the Tau Spa Centre surrounded by mountains located in the nearby national park. We were a family of 8 and spent 6 nights during the month of February and our stay was everything that we wanted. The villa was enormous with ample space for a group family of at least 12 persons.

Marzhan provides an exceptional experience and truly delivers value for every penny spent. She is highly responsive and ensures her guests feel welcomed and accommodated at all times. Her property exudes a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it feel like home. Highly commendable service and hospitality. I would not hesitate to recommend her place to others. Keep up the excellent work!

I was pleased with my stay at Nurlan's flat. I was working nearby, so I appreciated that the office was only a five- or six-minute walk away. As for the flat itself, the thing that most stood out to me was the sound proofing. I didn't really hear the neighbors at all during a month-long stay. I also was able to play music in the mornings and evenings and didn't hear any complaints from the neighbors or Nurlan, so everything must have been fine. The entrance door is a bit heavy and as soon as I closed it, I felt that I was in a sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of Almaty. The flat itself is quite new. The refrigerator is spacious and the heater in the bedroom was much appreciated given the chilly autumn nights. The iron worked well and the desk and lamp were welcome. The building has two lifts and a ramp, so no need to climb stairs with a pram or luggage. I would definitely stay here again and actually wanted to extend my stay by a few days, however the flat had already been booked!
