The location was right in the middle of Tagaytay and you are right next to the Serin Mall which was very convenient for shopping as needed. The apartment was spacious with everything you needed including hot water showers, a nice living room, and a smart TV with access to Netflix, Prime, etc. The best part of this place was the huge balcony with amazing views of Lake Taal and the surrounding landscape. Finally, the Host April was very responsive with helping out with anything that you required to make your stay more comfortable.

Stayed here for two days including Christmas eve. Thank you John Michael and his caretaker Mam Lyn for a great stay and indeed a great Christmas. This is one of the few units in Serin that offers a great view. The unit has its own bedroom and a very spacious balcony. It is very clean and well-set up. You can do light cooking. Maluwag ang buong room. We have two kids and they pretty much enjoyed the whole space. Yung Serin Mall is literally just a stone-throw away. Tapat mismo ng lobby ng building ang Serin Mall. All things you need to buy, quick bites, etc you can go to serin mall. Lyn the caretaker was very accommodating. She was very easy to talk to. Wifi connection is not reliable , to be fair sa buong Tagaytay naman, di talaga maganda providers ng internet. We just used our own data connection to enjoy their nice tv. Malinis , mabango , complete amenities. Will definitely save this property. Salamat po sa pagpapatuloy sa amin.

We absolutely loved our stay! The place felt very homey and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Mars was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, and Ate Maimai made us feel truly welcome with her warm hospitality. The space was clean, the view was stunning, and the location was perfect—right beside Escala Tagaytay. Sky Ranch and nearby shops were just a short walk away. The neighborhood was peaceful, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind.

Our stay was memorable because Ms. Susan surprised us and made it even more special given that it was a last-minute reservation. Their staff was very nice and courteous. They made sure our stay is comfortable and something to be fond of. We loved how the place was beautifully designed matching nature's calmness and enchantress. From the bottom of my heart, thank you very much! We will definitely be staying again in the future.

We were so fortunate to have the opportunity to stay at Marrian's lovely home for a third time! Each visit has been truly delightful, and this one was no exception. Marrian's hospitality is simply outstanding, and her brother, Ian, along with the friendly village guards, made us feel so welcome. Marrian went above and beyond to accommodate our request for an extra day, even though she had another booking coming in. We were incredibly grateful that she offered us the extra day free of charge! Words can't express how wonderful it is to stay in Marrian's home – it's a truly special place that we highly recommend to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming experience.

This was a beautiful 4 story home walking distance from a few restaurants and coffee shops. There was WiFi, a drawer of games to play if you wanted, all the tvs had Netflix and there was even filtered water with hot and cold water. They had tea, coffee and left us a nice gift basket with cookies chips and wine inside. The beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly and more than happy to help with anything we needed. The host was amazing and responded quickly to any questions we had. We would stay here again if we ever get the chance to come back!

Little Ajumma’s Bed and Breakfast (and restaurant!) made my family’s New Year Celebration, and my Birthday 🥰 a weekend very well spent! I’ll go ahead and commend the food, first and foremost, because it was really delicious! Our two-day breakfasts were great, and my birthday lunch was a hit! ☺️ Manage your expectations though, the place is not really brand new, but you can be assured it is clean. 👌🏻 No foul smells, no insects. The L-shaped sofa is comfy and perfect for movie marathons and the 8-seater dining set is big enough even for 10! The open plan living-dining-kitchen area is spacious. My 2-y/o niece had a blast running around inside the house. 😅 You get your money’s worth and more! More being the lush greenery of the surroundings. We had short but refreshing morning walks around the compound. If you are a dog person you’ll enjoy it here more! ☺️ The staff were wonderful as well! Everyone was friendly and helpful. We didn’t get all their names but special mention to Myla for being of assistance 24/7! Overall a nice experience, great way to kick off 2022! 🥳🎉

We had a fantastic weekend at this Airbnb! The hosts were very accommodating, and the house sitter ate Bina was warm and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The place itself was clean, tidy, and spacious—perfect for our family. It provided a comfortable and relaxing environment, making our stay truly enjoyable. Everyone in the family was happy, and we’d definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

The room is nice, comfortable bed TV+WIFI+Movie, lots of kitchen tools and provided bathroom utulity such as bodywash and shampoo. The place is near stores, near overlooking spots such Skyranch, TwinLakes, SVD Farm etc., and in front, there is jeepneeys and busses if you're looking to commute. Overall, had a chill and relax time staying.

Launcelot is always the most accommodating host we have encountered, allowed for early check in and late check out. The place has a unforgettable view with access to a private balcony from the bedroom and living room, 15min walk (HUGE incline but fun) to restaurants and market or you can request a tricycle at the main desk which costs P100 and takes about 3mins. 100% recommend this place, great memories and great unit.

Raquel’s place is very nice! It has the best view of Taal lake and what you see in the photos is what you get. The caretaker is responsive that tries her best to make my stay truly restful and special. The additional improvements that aren’t yet captured in the photos, like curtain in the bedroom, new sofa etc. I would stay there again when I visit Tagaytay!

Our stay was 100000/10. It was my first time to experience staycation. Sobrang nasulit namin dahil para lang kaming nasa bahay. Kumpleto lahat ng gamit at sulit na sulit ang bayad 👌👌. Napaka responsive at bait din nila 😇 Babalik po kami! 💓

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The host Christine and Wilma was incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. The place was spotless, well-equipped kitchen, and exactly as described. The location was perfect for peaceful relaxation though far away from malls, grocery and convenient stores. We truly felt at home and appreciated the thoughtful touches, like extra towels and recommendations for things to do nearby. Very much recommended. Booked the place for a Christmas get-away with my parents- with the pandemic still much present. Kuya Jovit has been very responsive in answering my queries, and even took the trouble of arranging a building pass for my bike. The place is as accurate as they advertise- even much more. Breakfast things were indeed provided, toiletries (including Korean face masks!), bed-stuff etc. The unit was very clean, and was decorated with so much warmth, apt for Christmas. Told them that we might be cooking for Christmas, hence they provided pots and pans, condiments, and other kitchen untensils. We were there when the Dec 25 earthquake struck, and kuya jovit immediately contacted us to check on our well-being. All in all, a wonderful experience that will be treasured by my parents- earthquake and all. Impeccable cleanliness and generosity, multiplied by the warmth of our hosts.
