vielen Dank für diese tolle Unterkunft. ich habe mich gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. die Schlafzimmer sind äußerst bequem, das Wohnzimmer ist groß und geräumig. die Küche ist super ausgestattet. ich werde definitiv bei meinem nächsten Besuch in cebu wieder dort buchen. vielen Dank für die Unterstützung

I have been impressed by Janice's prompt responses to my messages and her remarkable kindness. The place is comfortable and clean, making it an ideal stay. The kitchen is particularly noteworthy, as it is situated near the beach and has a complete set of utensils. Furthermore, there is a nearby calendaria and restaurant. We enjoyed convenient access to transportation, including tricycles and habal-habal. The local people were exceptionally friendly and kind, offering us additional insights about the area. Wow, what a gem this place is! The location is incredibly convenient - everything you need is nearby, from food and groceries to laundry services. Plus, it’s just a short ride away from all the must-see spots in Cebu City, which was a huge bonus for us. We were a group of seven, and there was definitely enough room for more people. The bathrooms were clean, the showers worked perfectly, the bedrooms were spacious, and the kitchen had everything we needed if we wanted to cook. The neighborhood was also nice - quiet, peaceful, and safe. A huge shoutout to Ma'am Marj and Sir Jojo, who made our stay feel so welcoming. They were both super accommodating, and the check-in and check-out process was seamless. We’ll definitely be booking this place again the next time we visit Cebu! Thank you so much, Ma'am Marj! ♥️ If you're a first-time visitor to Cebu and looking for a convenient, comfortable place to stay close to the main attractions, I highly recommend this one!

best place for its cheap rent. the owner is very responsive. Gave us what we requested even on a short notice. definitely will go back and will recommend to my fam and friends.

We originally booked another Airbnb in Cebu, but it was in poor condition. Thankfully, we found this beautiful place and reached out to Yen at 9 PM. She responded immediately and made sure everything was ready for us to check in that same night. The apartment itself is absolutely stunning – spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. It’s also in a prime location, within walking distance to dive clubs, grocery stores, and restaurants (we easily walked everywhere). The two balconies are a perfect spot to unwind in the evening, with a fantastic view to enjoy. Yen is extremely responsive as well as incredibly warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Cebu!

The entire stay was great, with all the basic amenities provided, ensuring a hassle-free experience. The room had a nice view of the pool, adding a relaxing ambiance to the stay. The unit owner was very accommodating and flexible, making check-in and check-out smooth and convenient. Overall, it was a great choice for a short getaway, offering both comfort and convenience.

The place is peaceful and we love that the unit is in the ground flr. The balcony is facing the pool so we enjoyed hanging out there. It is also very convenient when we had food delivered coz we didn't need to step out to get the orders. The riders just handed them to us at our balcony. The place has everything described and has all the necessities. The bed is very comfy, sheets and towels were fresh. The host was very responsive and gave clear instructions. We actually booked his place twice and will definitely stay at his place again. We had a wonderful and restful stay. Oh and there's a 7/11 right at the main entrance of the property. Wet market is also very close where we got our fresh fish, meat, and vegetables. There's also a sari-sari store across from the entrance that also sells cooked food (carenderia). Pharmacies and bakeries are also close. You can drive there and park at 7/11 or you can take a tricycle. The location is great and the place is wonderful!

A good place to stay. Clean and Quite

Lovely is a great host. Had a warm in-person welcome even when I arrived at such an unholy hour (past midnight), and she was still all smiles and very helpful. Always responsive and pro-active, regularly checking with me if I needed anything. The place is as shown in the pictures, with most.of what you need to feel at home away from home. Thank you, Lovely.

We loved our stay at titos place, had everything we needed and exactly as described. Brilliant value for money, we would stay here again and recommend to anyone who was visiting cebu, mandaue. Tito is such a friendly and proactive host which makes all the difference

Place was magnificent. The view in the balcony is overlooking the sea and skyline which made it romantic. The placement of the bed is right across the TV so you can lie down while watching. Overall, place is huge for 2 people. So sad we did not get much out of the pool access since Monday is for maintenance and we booked for Sunday-Monday. Nonetheless, the neighborhood was great 👍🏻

Great host and wonderful condo studio unit. Easy access to necessities. 7/11 below of the condo if you need anything. Perfect spot for Sinulog as you have a great view of the parade from the condo windows itself — You don’t need to race through the busy crowds if you don’t want to. Host is very easy to talk to!! Ceasar’s unit is spacious, clean, and very comfortable—perfect for barkadas and families! It can accommodate a good number of people, making it an excellent choice for group stays. Highly recommended for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Will definitely book again! 😊🏡✨
