Lilibeth is a great host and the unit was in a great location. Everything was great and I would stay here again.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this Aileen’s place. The location was fine, although it was a bit far from the establishments. One suggestion for improvement would be to add blackout curtains to the room for better sleep quality. Despite this, I enjoyed my time there and would consider staying again in the future.

We had a pleasant stay at this studio unit. It was clean and just the right size for two people. The bathroom was okay, and the overall setup was comfortable. What stood out the most was the host’s hospitality—he was very accommodating, even helping us with a last-minute change to our guest list. He was friendly and showed genuine concern, which made our experience even better. Would recommend for a hassle-free stay!

I am a returned customer. We specifically loved the view. Room felt home and comfortable. As someone who got used to have kitchen towel, I actually been looking for it. With additional kitchen towel (tissue) in the kitchen, I would say everything is perfect. Ms. Lilan is also responsive and nice and accommodated us at the last minute. Nice view is super +++++!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home for several days! The place felt incredibly homey and was equipped with all the amenities we needed for a perfect home-away-from-home vacation. It was also conveniently located near shops, dining options, and supermarkets, making it easy to explore the area and find everything we needed. As a family of four with two small children, we were thrilled with our choice. My little boy had a fantastic time and loved every moment of our stay. The host, Ms. AJ, was exceptionally responsive and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient getaway!

Tracy's place was pristine. We loved the minimalist look. Tracy took the extra time to provide extra towels since we went swimming several times. Her place also provided Amazon Prime and not just Netflix. In terms of amenities we fully utilized the game area.(foosball and billiards) **The special thing that Tracy did for us is that she helped us out when we were in a jam. We had our laundry done for us just in front of Sitari but by the time we returned to the laundry spot it was already closed. Unfortunately my partner and I had flights early the next morning and were thus unable to pick up our laundry. Tracy graciously helped pick up our laundry from the guard and went to LBC to ship our clothes all the way back to Makati for us. Needless to say Tracy went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable and helped us out in our emergency. Good thing we didn't need to walk around naked when we got home.** tl;dr - Tracy helped us get out of a jam and provided topnotch customer service.

This place was absolutely amazing! The unit was spotless, spacious, and had everything I needed—from a comfy bed to fast WiFi and a smart TV with Netflix. The balcony view was a great bonus, and having direct access to Robinsons Mall made everything super convenient. I loved being able to use the gym, billiards room, and the pool, which was clean and peaceful. Check-in was smooth, and Evelyn was a great host—responsive, helpful, and clearly takes pride in her space. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in Bacolod. Highly recommend!

Grace's place was excellent. The location is great, convenient to shopping, café's, restaurants, access to public transportation, safe, with front desk/reception. The studio is comfortable and has all the amenities I need. When I ask for something extra, Grace is very gracious and generous. Grace is also very responsive. I really appreciated the 1x/week cleaning and changing of beddings. The building has a generator which is a big plus for the occasional power cuts in the city. Wifi was very helpful for my work.

It was a great experience. Sir Errold was very accommodating and responsive. It was worth what you paid for. Would definitely recommend.

I have wonderful stay at this place. The host is bery responsive to my queries about the unit. The unit is clean and smells good. Their free biscuit and ice cream is great, and their coffee to! I will choose this place again if I visit Bacolod some other time.

We had a great stay at Mae Ann’s place. Her instructions on getting to her house were helpful. It’s initially not very easy to find the house, but that is not a big deal. It’s just a question of familiarity. The house is in a very convenient location. All Day supermarket is just a few minutes walk from the house. There’s also a very nice coffee shop (Coffee Project) in the same plaza, as well as a Pizzeria and another restaurant. The house was clean upon our arrival and everything was in order. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Mae Ann’s place again. It was a hassle-free and pleasant experience. Thank you for your hospitality Mae Ann.

From the day of booking, Dandin has been responsive. He loves to host, and it shows with his air bnb. My brother in law booked this place for 4 nights for himself, 3 kids, his wife (my sister), my father, my husband and myself. My father, husband and myself needed a place to stay a day before and after their stay, last minute, Dandin was able to accommodate us, no issues. His air bnb is well kept and clean, they came once to clean the dipping pool, which is a great plus! Upstairs there were 2 bedrooms and the master bedroom had an attached bathroom had a running hot shower, the living space had a smart tv to watch Netflix and YouTube. Downstairs was the living room, dining room, kitchen, dirty kitchen (with rice cooker) and one room with another bathroom that had a running shower. The total of 6 days in this air bnb made my stay in Bacolod much more comfortable. My family thanks you. When I am in Bacolod, I know where I’m booking next time.

It was a bit challenging to find May's place at first but once we had settled in, it began to feel like a home away from home. it was perfect for a family of 5 or more. It's a bit far from the heart of bacolod for us but we looked forward to resting at her place after a tiring day going around bacolod. Place is highly recommended for families.

A large house in a secure, gated community. Host communicates well, self check in was easy. The only thing to note, 3rd bedroom with bunk beds is positioned as an extension of the master bedroom and doesn’t have a direct access (you have to go through master bedroom to get to it). Over all a decent house that I would happily recommend!

My Fiancé and I booked the place for our special celebration with friends and family and we couldn’t be happier. The house was clean, comfortable well located. Centralized perfectly to visit friends, relatives and close enough to restaurants and near cities and provinces we wanted to visit. Ashiela was and amazing host and responded promptly to our needs. Thank you so much Ashiela for everything on our special stay there. We will definitely be back!

Ar's place is located near the airport and ideal if you are flying in or out during off-peak hours. The water pressure in the second floor bathroom can be improved but overall, the place is as described.
