Clean, great place to stay! 35 minutes to Talladega, host helped in every way and got us what we needed, I’ll definitely be back!

Tony's lake house was the perfect place to stop on our multi-state road trip! We were there for a quick one day + one night stop and it was fantastic. We had some family/friends in the area, and this was the perfect place for them to stop by and visit with us while we were in town. There was plenty of space, the view was incredible, the kayaking was an amazing bonus feature, and the ability to grill & make smores with the fire pit on site was perfection! Tony was so accommodating and always fast to respond. I cannot say enough positive things about this location, and I would absolutely stay there again!

Our stay great! The home was perfect and met all of our needs for the weekend. Everyone slept comfortably, the house was spotless and the location was great. Thank you Phillip for being so hospitable!!

Our large extended family spent Thanksgiving here. We loved the place & made lots of memories. The teens & young adults kayaked, in spite of chilly weather. We fished off the dock & made s’mores & enjoyed the fire pit most nights. The porch & the view was amazing. The highlight of our trip was a visit to Kymulga Grist Mill Park about 30 mins away, recommended by our hosts. It had beautiful easy walking trails, a covered bridge & guided tour of the original mill. Perfect outing for our group, ages 4 to 65. The hosts responded to all our questions, home was clean, inviting and comfortable with amazing views. As noted in other reviews, 2 of three bathrooms are attached to bedrooms. Also, because of the upstairs open concept, downstairs occupants hear noise from upstairs. Wonderful place. Thank you for sharing your home.

This is a beautiful location right on the lake, house is fully stocked with amenities and perfect for a large group getaway.

My second time staying here. I came from Ohio and had wonderful stay with my family. This place is just as described. If you're looking for a peaceful relaxing getaway this place is for you!!!

We had a wonderful stay and could have stayed even longer. Lance was helpful with directions and checking in to see if we needed anything. My husband kept saying how we could really live in that house it’s the perfect little hideaway. The house was so cozy and clean, I was very impressed with the stocked coffee area and add ins plus all of the basic cleaning & laundry supplies if you needed them. We really enjoyed our time and can’t wait to return in the future.

We had 3 families stay and it fit all of us nicely. It is in a great location. The huge parking lot in the back was helpful for a large group. The outdoor area is very nice for kids to play. The place was very clean. Nicely updated. The AC cooled the house down. The kitchen was stocked w the essentials for cooking and cleaning. Plenty of towels for everyone. Great stay. Will stay again next year.

The host was super responsive and as helpful as possible. The bed was super comfortable and I slept beautifully! Love the location as well, as it is close to nightlife just a few blocks away. Fantastic stay overall.

Booked this for one of our employees for a temporary stay in Ashland, AL. The employee was very happy with the stay and the amenities provided at the AirBnb. It was a clean, charming place for a temporary stay.

Wonderful place to stay. Class of ‘70 girlfriend get-together. Nostalgic. Near the Historical Society museum. Loved waking around the old town square and court house. Excellent decor. Catchy apartment titles. Old First National Bank Building. One apartment is named ‘Close Quarters’ and has a window that looks out on the Court House. ‘Night Deposit’ sleeps 6 and features the fabulous original wooden crown moulding coffered ceiling in the living room area. Many original features have been preserved and used in the new construction of the apartments located on a second floor. Vintage pictures of the original working bank are displayed and brick exposed. Anybody who lived in Ashland, Al from 1907 and grew up there will agree, this is a treat and a perfect place to stay a few days and reminisce.
