Richard was so nice and worked with us on our stay. Close to everything. Had everything you would need away from home. I would be happy to say I would stay there again.

This house was absolutely perfect. Clean, close to everything, and very comfortable. Plenty of space for 8 people and a great back patio area. Will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Tallahassee.

My husband, son, brother, and our 3 dogs needed a place to stay in Tallahassee to get away from Hurricane Milton. Surina was a great host right from the start. When we arrived late due to other people evacuating and traffic, she greeted us that night and we just felt so comfortable in her home right from the beginning. She had everything set up for us when we arrived and we were able to get rest from the long drive. Her home has a very homey vibe to it and all of our dogs loved it here. They ran around and played in her fenced yard, it was great seeing them happy. This was just a great escape and stress reliever for all of us from the chaos back home with the hurricane. Our son, who is a runner, was able to have all these awesome trails nearby so he could keep running. Surina is a great host, she really makes you feel comfortable in a shared home and my family and I are grateful for her hospitality. She really goes out of her way for you.

This is truly a home away from home! It’s great for travel workers and/or students. I was here for work and school, and the location was perfect! It’s about 20-25 minutes from South Georgia where I was working and 20-25 min from the campuses in Tally (FSU & FAMU). The space is comfortable and surprisingly very private for being a room in an inhabited home. The neighborhood is quiet and tucked away, but once you drive out a few minutes you’re close to everything you could ever need. The hosts are absolutely amazing and hospitable! They are open to as much or as little interaction as you prefer, but they are always available if you need anything. 10/10, I highly recommend this place if you’re in the Tallahassee or even South Georgia areas.

John and Claudia were so kind and helpful throughout our stay. They made excellent recommendations and were communicative. The space was everything we were looking for and more— it’s clear why they have many repeat bookings. If we could stay with John and Claudia for a longer time, we absolutely would have. The space was clean and had all the extras anyone could need (plates and cutlery, soft towels, shampoo and conditioner, etc.) plus all the extra additions, such as a nice living area, dining table, a hot tub, and a wonderful backyard full of their gardening efforts. Waking up to the sound of birds and the smell of fresh flowers was heaven, but Claudia and John’s kindness and conversation took us beyond anything we could have hoped for. We can’t wait to come back!

We come to Tallahassee every year for a soccer tournament. We will definitely stay at Andrew’s Place again next year. The beds were soft, great pillows. The condo was clean and quiet. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub!
