We had the most wonderful stay at the crab shack! As a family of seven, it can sometimes be tricky to find a place that ticks all the boxes, but this home exceeded our expectations in every way. The house itself is spacious, beautifully kept, and thoughtfully designed to offer both comfort and style — there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. What truly made the stay special was the peaceful setting. Waking up to the sound of the waves and having the beach just steps away felt like a dream. It was the perfect place to unwind, reconnect, and enjoy some quality time together without any distractions. The views were breathtaking, and the fresh sea air was a treat. We left feeling refreshed, recharged, and already planning our return. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a serene escape by the sea :-)

Absolutely loved our stay in glorious Findhorn. Location and quality of accommodation first class as was the weather. It was all made better by the excellent local amenities - The Bakehouse & The Kimberley Pub!

We absolutely loved our stay! The place was so relaxing with beautiful surroundings. The hosts were very responsive and sent recommendations before our arrival of stuff to do. We loved the board games that were available! Was even better we could take our pup with us too! We’ll definitely be back in the future!

The location was great, very modern interior and easy to get around. Although a little dusty but all is made up with the amazing vibes and atmosphere! Sam (The host) was super responsive and helpful as well! Appreciate the responsiveness and the flexibility of his.

Fantastic hosts with a great welcome, fresh flowers everywhere and a visit from Sara to see if we were OK. The house is amazing with so many great features but the views of the Summer Isles and beyond are simply stunning. Very comfortable house with everything you need.

Had a brilliant time at Ken's, the cottage had everything you need and the location was perfect for exploring Assynt. Many of the furnishings are dated but this added to the charm of the place. Shower was powerful, Internet was surprisingly fast and bed comfortable. Ken is very friendly and communication is second to none. Would love to visit again!

Your home away from home in Wick! This home has everything you need to enjoy your stay; beds are comfortable and the accommodation is spacious and well equipped with an absolutely gorgeous view. Ronnie is a great host with lots of suggestions for enjoying the area.

Stayed 3 days with my 2 dogs. I was very sad to leave. Hosts were extremely friendly , warm & welcoming . check inn was easy and very flexible on times. Very nformative of the area, and nothing was too much trouble. Always on hand to help. It was very clean throughout cosy and had everything I needed & more for a comfortable stay. Such a peaceful place to stay.... walks & places to eat at your doorstep. Just an amazing , magical place to stay. I cannot fault anything
