Carol was an awesome host! We booked her place for a 3-day long exam and it’s a great place to stay, it being solemn, peaceful and had everything we needed. The place was also clean and comforting so we didn’t really need to adjust to the place for very long. Carol was also very helpful when we asked for considerations as our exam got postponed. Definitely will book again!

Sir John’s place is truly a home away from home, thus we extended our stay. The location is very convenient, with easy access to malls and restaurants. Both the host and the caretaker were very approachable and kind. We will definitely book this place again.

Great stay! Host was very responsive, took care of issue that came up. Got the apartment cleaned twice, fresh linens and towels. Mattress had protection and pillows which is a huge plus, the room also had an air purifier which made me feel better breathing clean air. The area is close to lots of restaurants, spas and very safe with security. Highly recommended. I would stay here again.

Miss Sheena’s place was such a gem! It's right in the heart of the city, so getting around was super easy, restaurants, shops, and even some great local spots were just a walk away. On top of that, the scenery from the unit was absolutely beautiful, it was one of my favorite parts of the stay. The place itself had everything I needed, which made my stay so comfortable and convenient. Would 100% stay here again.

This is our second time staying at ms.amihan’s condo. And as always she didn’t disappoint us. Our stay was super b!!! Super clean and cozy plus super responsive ni ms.amihan sa messages. Highly recommended

This is the third host in this condo my partner and I have been to. So far, this is what we’ve liked. I normally look for stuff like slippers, cabinet, two bedside table, stable internet, hair blower, and clothes iron. These were all present. There were also many drawers to store items. There were no toiletries provided but that’s okay since we did bring our own but would’ve appreciated it if there was at least tissue in the bathroom. Overall, the experience was nice in comparison with the other hosts in this condo.

Great place to stay! Hosts were awesome. Slight non urgent door lock issue was fixed immediately. Clean, well furnished and decorated. Large bath and shower. Nice cold Aircon. Great views from patio. Roof Deck of building incredible. Staff pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend.

The place has everything you need. At an economically rate, you actually get more than what you pay for like, complete kitchenwares, fridge, hot & cold shower, comfy big bed, cold airconditioner, and fast internet speed. Also, the room location is near from the elevator, which is really convenient if you have bulk of luggage you carry with you during your travel. However, if you are a bit picky or into an aesthetic/hotel-ish interior design of a room then this place is not for you. Rest assured, the entire place itself feels like home and it has a great view from the balcony since it's situated at the top of the bldg - best for early morning hot coffee. The host, Renalie, was accommodating enough to respond to our inquiries as well. Overall, we had a great experience during the entire period of our stay in this unit.

Cyrel and Anthony were great hosts! I highly commend the place especially on how comfortable the place is, its proximity to Ayala and how they curated the space. The two of them were very responsive to all my queries, and were very approachable. It would have been nice to meet the two of them. Will surely recommend their place for anyone who wants to stay in Davao City.
