Very nice and clean house. Close to a big SM Mall and also a main road where you can find different markets selling meats, fruits and vegetables, along with little stores, a laundromat, etc. It’s not in a sub-division but still quiet and peaceful outside as it’s not so close to the main road where you will hear any of its noise (I also don’t recall much dog barking or early morning rooster noise). The host Norma was also so nice and pleasant.

I just wanna say thank you for everything. It is worth the stay . My whole family enjoyed the place. The owner was very accommodating, responsive and helpful. He set up a bed in the living room for my mom . They helped us in everything we asked and always responded time in spite of the time differences. They helped us arranged to find a lechon ( grilled pork) in the area. Thanks sir Celso!

Our stay was such a lovely experience. The host was super responsive to our needs and let us checkout a little bit later than the designated checkout time, leaving us ample time to relax and rest before our scheduled flight. The house was near the airport and was conveniently located near all the places we wanted to visit in our itinerary. The place had plenty of space for me and my family and had plenty of entertainment options. Would definitely recommend this place for friends whenever they visit Davao. You get a lovely place for good value. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

Our stay was fantastic and the house is luxurious and spacious. It was a pleasure to stay there with my family and I shall definitely book again when I return to Davao.

Located close to the airport. Peaceful and private surroundings. Very nice and friendly caretaker kuya Joel. Very big house that is very equipped and the host is very flexible. Thanks for having us and would recommend.

We had a restful stay at La Donna's. beds are comfy great sheets. aircon was acutally very cold, maybe too cold at times but all good. bed arrangements within rooms could assist in alleviating the cold air indrectly to head area of beds. it was very clean and efficient. location was very private, quiet, and extremely cozy. maybe the dog next door could keep it a little more quiet for the two front rooms. very walkable to Vista Mall, but maybe area lacked restaurants to eat other than coffe project and Mandarin Tea house. kitchen could use another stove top if long term stay would cook their own food. but I would use the place again and I am planning on doing so since our project is close by. THe house attendants were very easy to work with and very attentive, maybe include a small bbq set to encourage home cooking for long term stay. Golf courses APo and south pacific is right next door. we enjoyued. thanks La DOnna

I highly recommend this place!! looked exactly like the photos. the place is spacious enough and has a lot of amenities. will likely to recommend this to others and will book this again when we come back to Davao. Host is very responsive and helpful too.

Our stay was very nice. The apartment is great, a beautiful kitchen with everything you need. The apartmernt is very big. The bedroom is nice. Big terasse with a grill. The internet and Netflix is very fast. 10 minutes ride on the Tricycle going to the market and taxi station. A taxi picked us up and that`s worked out very well. The swimming pool is great and very clear. The host is very friendly and they turn on the light on the pool for us in the night. Thanks to the host - we will come back again. This is the perfect place for you to stay. I will definitely recommend this place. Thanks for everything!

A Perfect Stay! Our stay at Syudad Hardin was absolutely wonderful! The property was spotless and even more beautiful than the photos. The host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities truly made us feel at home. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area – we’ll definitely be back!

It’s absolutely wonderful to arrive after a seven-hour trip to find your place open and ready with drinking water. I appreciate the eco-friendly touch, like dispensers for soaps. The amenities are perfect, and the host is excellent!

Jessa and John were great hosts and very accommodating. They responded quickly and gave good local recommendation. There were good facilities at the condo and easy access to taxis and transport. Also, our flight was cancelled so we asked to stay for a little longer on that day and there was no issue. All in all, good value for money and hosts that will do all they can to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Another standout feature was the blazing fast internet connection, perfect for staying connected and even catching up on work while enjoying our vacation. But perhaps the most memorable aspect was the breathtaking view of the Island of Samal from the condo's windows. Overall, our stay was nothing short of fantastic. Loved the place. The security guards are very helpful . This is near the airport so expect airplanes coming and going (might not work for light sleepers). Although the entire place has 2 bedrooms, we were only given access to the Master's since there was only 2 of us. Second bedroom is only available if there are 3-4 guests. Kitchen utensils are available too so just bring groceries. Owner is friendly, accommodating, and responsive. Bring extra hangers if you have clothes needing hanging. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there :)

We had an absolutely delightful experience staying at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home.
