This is the 2nd year we stayed in this unit. Great location and quiet for sleeping. Close to lots of restaurants and stores. Bus stop is also very convenient.

El lugar está super amplio y limpio. Con terrazas al frente y atrás. La alberca muy linda y prácticamente sin gente. Los vecinos son muy tranquilos y el vencidario queda muy cerca de todo! Sin dudar regresariamos!

My husband and I had an amazing three-night stay at this condo and absolutely fell in love with it! The location in Zona Romántica is unbeatable—everything you need is just a quick, enjoyable walk away. The showstopper has to be the rooftop pool. It’s absolutely breathtaking, and the best part? You can order food and drinks while you soak in the views. We spent an entire day up there, and it was pure paradise. The condo itself is sleek, modern, and spotless—truly a home away from home. The only thing to mention is that it’s on the second floor, so there’s some street noise in the living room. The bedroom, however, is totally peaceful. It didn’t bother us at all, but if you need complete silence, this might not be the spot for you. Andres, our host, went above and beyond. We were greeted with delicious margaritas and fresh guacamole—such a fantastic touch! He even helped us book relaxing massages, making our stay extra special. We can’t wait to book this condo again on our next trip

This unit is even better than advertised. It was super clean and well organized with everything you could want. The highlight is definitely the rooftop infinity pool. We spent many hours enjoying the view while relaxing in the heated pool.

We enjoyed our stay here. We were there for 1 month and had a great time. We book a place on the fact that it has a pool and this pool was wonderful. It was cleaned every morning and had sun the whole day. Bonus. The hosts Sara and Eduardo were great. They made our stay delightful. They answered any question quickly. We never had any problems with the place at all during our month. The wifi always worked and even when we had to work online all day, it worked without any problems. The staff at the security and the staff on site were very friendly, wonderful people. Then apartment was stocked with whatever you needed. Lots of towels and the bedding was so comfortable. The beds are the best we have ever had while visiting Mexico, we have come for 8 years now and the beds are always so uncomfortable but not this place. They were great. It made the stay even better. Highly recommend this tranquil condo.

I loved our stay at Leanne and Lawrence’s place. The bed is super comfy and you cannot beat the views. The rooftop pool was also amazing! I am sad to be back in the Colorado cold :(

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Christian’s condo; it was very modern, very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all the amenities anyone would need, and the appliances all clean and modern. The bathrooms were very clean and we really enjoyed the rain shower head! Beds were comfy as well. Was also really handy to have a washer and dryer! Was very easy to get to restaurants and bars, the beach and the Malecon boardwalk. We had a great trip and would definitely book again.

We enjoyed a wonderful visit to Puerto Vallarta and Casa Tamarindo. We were awestruck by the view and immediately our suite felt like home. The hill and stairs seemed daunting at first but the exercise helped to burn off some of the great meals we had in the Zona Romantica. Walking the hills and exploring the neighbourhoods let us see a side of PV that most never take the time for. Casa Tamarindo gave us a comfortable home base that exceeded our expectations. We can't wait to come back.

No words can describe "La Casa Redonda. House had more than enough bedrooms/beds for all our party of 11. The garden, palapa, pool, jacuzzi and the outdoor dining area, it was all great. 11 out of 10 stars, We WILL book again for our future trips to Puerto Vallarta, only this time it will be for a longer stay. Thanks to all the staff that made our experience at The Casa Redonda a unforgettable one.

This unit isa great place for a short or long long-term stay. it has all the needs required as well as Netflix and HBO. it's street level location, a clean unit, easy walks to the beach, melacon ,supermarkets, Saturday markek (best fresh fruit in PV), an athletic field with large soccer fields to walk or jog in. Carolina is a super host, she responds to any issues within minutes! it is not super luxury, but easily fits all your needs and the price is right. I stayed over 2 months and I highly recommend this Airbnb.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. We had 7 people and it was very spacious. Every room had a bathroom upstairs. With two other bathrooms downstairs. The living room area and kitchen are very large and open with great space to gather in. This was the same for the outside area. Host was very great at communicating and accommodating at check in and late check out. One recommendation would be to supply more toilet paper, dishwasher pods, small seasonings (for cooking), dish towels and sharper knives for cooking. Otherwise, we had an amazing stay! Thank you!

The place is in a beautiful gate complex, we felt safe and everyone was friendly. Each room is air-conditioned as well as ceiling fan bed are comfortable. Pool,hot tube and bbq is well keep with patio tables and lounge chairs. I would recommend this place I hope to return

Espectacular! El alojamiento era tal y como estaba descrito, bonito, acogedor y con todo lo necesario. Sophia ha estado en todo momento muy atenta y nos respondio rápidamente. Además, pudimos entrar al alojamiento muy rápidamente. La única pega es que no salía agua caliente, lo cual estoy seguro que Sophia arreglará. A parte de esto, totalmente recomendable para poder estar unos días por Puerto Vallarta.

tout ces bien passé hôte est toujours disponible pour vous seul côté négatif un peu bruillant dans la journée mais la maison excellente toute les commodités disponible tout fonctionne bien j' ai bien aimé mon séjour dans la maison de Felipe.

We stayed for a week on our first trip to Puerto Vallarta and found the location to be a great central locations to many destinations both North and South. The views from the condo can’t be beat. The ocean and city views were so awesome and the sliding glass doors’ ability to open wide was so cool! It’s like you could relive an entire wall almost and feel like you were outside while in the condo. Lucinda was extremely accommodating regarding some specific allergenic- related concerns I had and she made sure I had no issues, enabling me to have a very comfortable stay and maximize comfort while on this short vacation. Janeth was punctual for check-in and super nice. The bar and beach downstairs was really fun! We made friends with many Canadian vacationers and the bartenders were really friendly as well. This place is pretty sweet. Rent a car so you can go places during the day like Sayulita or the zoo or gardens. Driving is a little complex at first but you get used to it. Great time!!

This is our second stay at Avida and our new favorite condo there! Everything was fantastic, nice working A/C, pristine furniture and design, secure space + building, nice appliances + TVs in each room. Every day we made friends on the rooftop. In the winter, Avida’s rooftop gets some of the best sun of all rooftops. Wonderful bed (the second bed is Murphy bed in living room, but there are 2 bathrooms). The WiFi does not work well in the bedroom. Will stay again!

Really loved this place. Its in a nice neighborhood close to many stores and restaurants. Host was really friendly and made my stay so much better. 5 stars!!

Wow! This place exceeded all of our expectations. Sometimes it's hard not to gush when everything is near perfection. This was our second time in this complex but the first time in this new space. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the stunning ocean views and the luxurious feel of the residence. The space was beautifully decorated, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, making us feel right at home. Sebastian and Alejandra were very helpful during our stay. We received top-notch service from our check in to our check out. They even held our bags for us because we were a few hours early for our check-in time. The room was just as described with amazing sunset views. It had everything we needed and there was an abundance of towels to use. The best thing is, they are incredibly responsive (quick) and made sure everything was provided for a stress-free stay. This was one of the best vacations we have had by far, and we can’t wait to come back!

The location of the property geographically and also the unit location within property were excellent. One thing that we noticed about the complex was that there are MANY units where you couldn't see the sunset from the balcony due to the building orientation. This unit had excellent views of the ocean, sunsets, pools, whales every day. It is a true SUITE which was excellent for my wife and me. It will sleep four with the pullout couch but it would be extremely tight quarters for 2 couples. A family with 2 kids would be good. It was an excellent place and we would defintely stay here again if it was available when we were going to PV.

We arrived at Roger’s apartment and it was just as described. We were very comfortable, and our questions and concerns were taken care of promptly. The neighborhood is very nice and walkable. We had a great time eating the local food. Highly recommend this place! Host was terrific! Thank you!

Peter and Raquel were incredibly responsive and helpful. The unit was even better than the photos and the property was gorgeous. The unit was squeaky clean as were the common areas and pools. I would not hesitate to return!

Brian was very understanding when our flights were cancelled due to weather and I’m extremely grateful that we were able rebook with new dates. His condo is located in the Rivera Molina building which, along with the address, made it easy for our taxi driver to find. The location was easily accessible by public buses as well. The space was perfect for two couples. It has private spaces as well as a kitchen and a comfortable living room and balcony area for relaxing. The location couldn’t be more convenient to restaurants and access to the Malecon. There’s a French patisserie just steps from the entrance where we treated ourselves to something scrumptious almost every day. There is also an OXXO and ATM just around the corner. We felt very safe and were greeted pleasantly by the front desk staff and other residents of the building. We enjoyed our stay in Vallarta and having this modern, pristine apartment to return to every night made our visit even more memorable.
