I would recommend. The owner being very supportive during the check-in process also invited people to take our luggage for us. Rooms are clean and I would say a great experience overall. Great location though not on the main road but you got monkeys, lake view and tranquility. Walkable distance to great restaurants.

Chathura is a very friendly and helpful guy! The Villa is great, simple and clean. Location is a little walking distance, but for that reason perfectly quite. Every night the Garden was packed with fire flies - magical! We went on a tour to the cinamon garden at his parents House and had great and private conversation about life. Thank you very much for everything!! :)

We stayed at this beautiful villa in Sri Lanka with a group of six, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The villa itself was spacious, clean, and very well-maintained. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything even more enjoyable. The highlight was definitely the private swimming pool — perfect for relaxing and cooling off. The villa is located right on the beach, which made for stunning views and peaceful vibes. However, one thing to note is that the sea was too rough for swimming during our stay due to strong waves. So while the beach setting was beautiful, we mostly stuck to the pool for swimming. That said, everything else was excellent, and we had a great time. Highly recommend this villa for a relaxing getaway in Sri Lanka!

It was a pleasure to stay here. We had everything we needed. Nihal helped a lot: with transfers, sightseeing, food, house, etc. We didn't have any problems. He's a great host! I highly recommend it!

Suranjitha is super open and willing to help. Any questions / issues we had were resolved quickly and I couldn’t imagine having more support. The place is also great, the Main Street is like 5 min walk, but still not too close so it’s not noisy there. The train station is 5 min walk as well

Wunderschön renovierte Villa direkt an einem einsamen Strand gelegen. Nach hinten raus somit mehr als großartig .Wenn man bis zu Nase in den Pool eintaucht ,verschmilzt dieser mit dem dahinter gelegenen Meer 🤍.Sie liegt aber direkt an einer Straße und wenn man im Garten ist ,hört man dieses auch.(Hat uns aber nicht sonderlich gestört.Bei uns hatte aber ein Geschäft auf der anderen Seite eröffnet und der beschallte uns einen Tag mit vielleicht etwas lauter Musik 🙈) Wir nutzten die Villa am Ende unserer Reise um etwas zu entspannen. Daher ideal für uns gelegen und somit nicht schlimm,dass die Gegend touristisch nicht ganz so erschlossen ist. Morgens wir ein inkludiertes Villa Frühstück angeboten und wir hatten Barbecue und Curry bestellen können. Die Jungs waren immer extrem freundlich und quasi auf „Knopfdruck“für uns da.Sie sprachen zwar kaum Englisch ,dafür war der Manager der Villa ,Sampath,immer per Handy erreichbar und extrem hilfsbereit. Wir können die Villa sehr empfehlen .

Мы провели здесь месяц – это почти идеальное место! Интернет идеальный для работы, в т.ч. с видеозвонками. Удобная кровать с новым матрасом. Ванная комната – восторг! Туалет и душ отделены друг от друга, а горячая вода – это действительно горячая вода в безлимитном количестве и с великолепным напором. На кухне есть все, кроме турки для приготовления кофе, но это мелочь. С собаками мы подружились и часто играли. Они действительно лают, но только когда кто-то приходит, что в нашем случае происходило очень редко. Хозяева – прекрасные люди, общаться по всем вопросам было легко и приятно. Между нашими и соседними апартаментами нет шумоизоляции за счет тонкой двери в смежной стене. Мы сняли и эти апартаменты тоже и использовали их как отдельный рабочий кабинет. Когда на виллу кто-то приезжает, слышно абсолютно все, что происходит на улице в любое время суток. В любом случае моя оценка 10 из 10, потому что все перечисленные плюсы с лихвой компенсируют несущественные недостатки. Спасибо!

Erg mooi en fijn verblijf en kwam helemaal overeen met de foto’s. We kwamen iets eerder aan en ze waren alles helemaal aan het schoonmaken. We mochten de spullen ergens neerzetten zodat we nog even wat konden eten. Host reageer snel en fijne communicatie.

The beautiful Beach House - Reef House - is located in a quiet spot in Madhia overlooking the ocean. The location is around 20 to 25 minutes drive to Mirissa beach with Welligama beach little further ahead. The location worked perfectly for us since our intention was mainly to relax and step out for short outings. While one cannot swim in the ocean in front of the house, we enjoyed the soothing sounds of waves & dips in the pool. The reef house is tastefully done, comfortable with basic amenities including good wifi. There’s a room on the ground floor which is perfect for elderly guests or anyone who might find stairs challenging. Swell cafe for coffee fix is right opposite the house. Charitha is cordial, prompt with replies & is available to answer queries. Indika is kind & took excellent care of us. Siri cooked us delicious meals. This was our first time living with pets and to be honest Gaston and Bella were a delight to have around. We had memorable stay at the Reef House.

The house was only finished 3/4 months ago so all brand new. Really good location. 10 minutes and you’re on the main strip with bars and restaurants. We booked 2 bedrooms as travelling with children. The only confusion was you cant access the second bedroom from inside as the villa is split down the middle. It’s a separate side. This was soon sorted in 5 minutes and a spare bed placed in our bedroom for us. The pool area is fantastic, the kids spent the entire days in and out of the pool. Ravindu the man on site was very friendly. We never saw him really but when we did he smiled and chatted away. Was nice to share a beer with him. 100% recommend this place.

Es ist jetzt schon das zweite Mal, dass wir in der Sweet Villa sein konnten und es war wieder wunderschön. Danke an Pamoda und ihren Vater, die Haushälterin Sunetrah und die Security sowie natürlich Browny… Danke Delphine für Dein Entgegenkommen…

Wir wollten gar nicht mehr gehen! Wir haben uns bei Sunil wie zu Hause gefühlt. Der Pool gleich am Strand war grossartig! Sunil hat uns leckeres Frühstück gekocht, welches wir mit Meerblick geniessen konnten. Das Hauptschlafzimmer ist ein Traum, man kann vom Balkon aus den Garten und das Meer überblicken. Ein Hausangesteller und ein Nachtwächter waren jederzeit vor Ort. Dieser Ort war unsere Oase und perfekt, um nach der langen Reise zu entspannen. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen!

We had a lovely 4 night stay at the end of our Sri Lanka trip in Hikkaduwa. We have 3 kids and they loved the pool after going surfing. Everything in in walking distance. The kids loved the trains going past. Kumari is an absolutely gorgeous person. She met us at check in and straight away we left at home. Thank you

The White Sand Villa stay will be the highlight of my Trip to Sri Lanka. The Villa was Fantastic with a Pool and just a Few Steps from the white Sand and your the Prive Indian Ocean Lagoon. the Staff was just so Nice took care of all our requests. The Chef just made best food what we wanted. I will recommend this Villa to anyone. Nirasha was Fantastic host.

Some of the reviews here made me second guess my booking, but you can't always rely on what you read. That said I LOVED my stay here, it was heaven on earth literally ON the beach. I am traveling through SL solo and this place was a dream, Ravi was so helpful and accommodating, he and I got along very well, (yes he is a bit rough around the edges) but you can't always judge a book by its cover. Ravi went out of his way to make me feel welcomed. Erich was amazing as well, his communicaiton was excellent, very responsive. Points: Make sure you discuss price upfront before anything. My only complaint is that Ravi had a bag of laundry done for me and the next day charged me $40 USD!!!! I was floored. I had two bags of laundry done a few days later for $6.50 USD wishing you both all the success ( I have already told 3 people to book with you when they get down South) I hope they do!

Beautiful villa, much nicer than the photos! Spotlessly clean when we arrived and maintained perfectly by Santa throughout our stay. The food is amazing, we didn't want to leave to eat elsewhere unless we had to! The pool and garden are perfect and there's a gate at the end of the garden that leads onto a beautiful and very quiet beach. The host Sophie is very responsive and Santa will help organise trips etc Would definitely recommend.

Un charmant logement ! Le personnel était à nos petits soins. Nous sommes tombés malade lors du séjour et nous avons été aidé de jours comme de nuit. Le logement est propre, très agréable et paisible. Nous avons été accueilli avec un verre de jus. Je recommande sincèrement

We had a wonderful family stay at the villa which was made all the more enjoyable by the excellent care and service provided by the villa staff especially Mervin. Would love to come back.

We have just got home after our trip to the Tropical Beach House in Hikkaduwa. What a totally lovely time away. Great communication with Gavin prior to the visit and out in touch with Darmith (house keeper) and taxi transport for arrival. We arrived at 2am to be met by Darmith and Saji (security) and felt at home straight away. Darmith had collected fridge essentials before we arrived so we were set up for the following morning. The house and gardens are lovely, the sound of the ocean 24/7 is just perfect and the house was spotlessly clean with good facilities. Sangrita helped to provide us with Sri Lankan breakfast foods, loved the Dahl curry and the hoppers but also gave us an awesome Brit breakfast of eggs and bacon! Chandra was on hand at night to cook a bbq which was tasty and varied. We used Tuk tuks to get out and about during our stay which were easy to find. Any issues we had were resolved quickly. Lots of local bars and eateries along the beach or further into Hikkaduwa.
