We had a wonderful stay. Eugene and Natalia were very helpful and always responsive. The place is beautiful, with a fun mid-century modern vibe, and the neighborhood is tucked into a beautiful valley and is particularly beautiful in spring. Everything is just as described and as seen in the photos. Very comfortable bed! I highly recommend it.

Wow, just wow! To sit on your private porch overlooking the valley while the sunsets with a glass of wine,m is simply beautiful. A morning cup of coffee watching the birds enjoy the beautiful landscaping. Peaceful and serene. Easy access to Sonoma for excellent wine choices. The comprehensive travelers guide was helpful in planning our time. The well appointed kitchen made meal prep easy as we rarely eat out. The bed was so comfy! Would highly recommend to anyone! One of the best vacation rentals ever!

What a charming place. I have already recommended it to multiple people as a place to stay in Napa. Easy to get to, great communication, gorgeous surroundings. Quaint and charming. Highly recommend.

overall we really liked ramils place. it is very spacious and we loved sitting out on the front porch while the kids enjoyed drawing with chalk on the sidewalk. it was in walking distance to lots of great things including a great little coffee shop (lazy bird) and a playground. they had lots of amenities for people with kids including a stroller for us to use for longer walks. parking was really easy. the kitchen is huge and was a nice place to drink our coffee while the kids ate breakfast. kitchen was decently stocked but we ate out most nights. the only downside was the noise from upstairs. towards the end we were used to it but the first few days it woke us up/surprised us and felt very bothersome. however, I think we would stay here again despite that (and I'm sure we were plenty loud downstairs too). ideally there would be no upstairs noise but for the size, comfort and cost of this Airbnb I'd say it's worth it.

Sues house was great, we really have nothing to complain about at all. The beds and couch were really comfortable, the kitchen truly had everything needed and the food supplies were really nice to have since we got in late and wouldn’t have time to get food for the morning. For us the location was perfect, walkable to Dimond park and our friends houses, the cafes and restaurants on Park (shout out to sushi park!). Scooter, Sues dog, was the icing on the cake. My daughter had to stop by whenever possible to pet him and get some kisses. We will definitely be back when we come to Oakland.

Megan's place is fantastic! It's like a beautiful hotel! The location is perfect with so many things in walking distance. It was very clean and Megan was very helpful and prompt in communication. Yes, you can hear people walking above, but it was never loud enough to be a distraction. If you plan on cooking, the kitchen is great but only non-stick cookware. Loved our stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this private Airbnb in Berkeley! The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. One of the standout features was the beautiful view — it made our mornings and evenings extra relaxing. We also really appreciated the air purifier in the unit — it’s the same model we use at home, and it’s rare to see hosts include one, so that was a nice touch. The kitchen was perfectly equipped with everything we needed (and more!), which made cooking easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a nice and well-stocked place to stay! Thank you for hosting us. 😁

This was the perfect space for our family flying in from different states to attend a graduation. The house had enough space for us all to be comfortable. Kitchen was impressively stocked with everything needed to cook family meals. We appreciated the extra toilet paper and paper towels, which is sometimes not provided at other air bnbs. Overall a great property and kind hosts. Thank you!

A very lovely house to stay in! We were given the wrong code at check in but they immediately were able to assist and were always responsive. The backyard and hot tub are beautiful and we would love to stay again.

Where to begin with Alan's rental! Spacious beautiful home with an enormous kitchen and a very modern gas stove. Another reviewer made mention of no coffee maker, but it was not the case when I rented. Super close to one of Alameda's main streets (Park Street) and a shopping area called The Marketplace, having grocery food stalls including a bakery and a coffee shop. Super convenient to public transit with connecting services to anywhere in the Bay Area. Also included is central air which kept the house cozy in either hot or cool weather. An enclosed garage for the front unit where I was staying, and off-street parking for the other unit. Alan lives really close and was on the spot with the few questions I had. And the Bathroom! Fully surrounded clawfoot tub with great water pressure. I cannot forget to mention the Toyo Washlet. Heated washing and drying to keep your tooshie ultra fresh and clean. And two words say i

We had a great time at the house and loved the location. Quiet and cozy in the neighborhood. Easy walking to two beaches and a park right down the street. The house was clean and extremely comfortable. Hilary was very responsive to any questions. Highly recommend the house.

What a special place! It was a perfect retreat to celebrate my husband's birthday, appreciate the setting and relax completely. It has beautiful antique furniture, art and comfortable beds. I recommend walking up to the vineyard lookout, and spotting a few sculptures along the way. Don't forget to use the steam shower in the master bath. I was honestly shocked at how nice this place was. It’s so peaceful and quiet, the back space with the hot tub is private with lots of sunshine, and the house was stocked with everything we could need. It’s not too long of a walk to town. Sean was very friendly and made sure we were taken care of. Highly recommend for a weekend couples getaway.

Second stay at this beautiful location in this beautiful home. My only disappointment was our stay was too short. I accidentally left my jacket behind and Renee was kind enough to go out of her way and send it to me.

The apartment is well furnished and clean. The kitchen has all the appliances and utensils we needed for our stay. Though we were also expecting a full crib based on the listing details but missed it less with the alternative provided. Walter and Celina are easy to communicate with and friendly. The check-in and checkout instructions were clear and easy. The apartment is right next to Caltrain but it wasn't noisy at all. Overall it was a great stay.

This was a great home base to explore Napa Valley. Very convenient access to the market for coffee each morning, although you don’t need it as the kitchen is very well stocked. Appreciated the sparkling water and snacks as nice touches! We were not bothered by the minimal noise from the upstairs neighbors. It was hardly noticeable and we were working remotely from the space all day. Live music on Friday nights as the resort was fun!

Anis was an excellent host and the place was as described. Clean and quiet.

Erin was a great host, she was proactive with communication before the stay started and would check up on us throughout the stay to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and to ask if there was anything we needed. Erin’s place looks exactly like photos and is clean, it’s definitely worth the money. I have stayed at the resort itself a few times and IMO Erin’s place is cleaner and nicer than the resorts 1 bedroom suites

Riaz and Griffin were lovely hosts. The place was beautiful, comfortable, and a sanctuary! Everything far exceeded my expectations. Things like coffee, soaps, nice bedding and towels, and a fully appointed kitchen made it feel like a home away from home. The personal attention from the hosts was unheard of in my air bnb experiences. Wonderful people. North Beach is by far my favorite neighborhood in the city and I loved the convenience of walking everywhere again. I cannot say enough about this place. I hope to rent again!! It is by far my best Air BnB experience yet.

Kate’s condo was beautiful, very clean, well equipped. The pictures are accurate, but found it to be cuter in person😊. The location is lovely and quiet, and a short drive to town and wineries. We live in SF but had friends traveling cross country trip in their camper, so was great to have a place where we could invite them for a meal and sit casually and comfortably while catching up over wine… and Kate left us a bottle, so that was nice! We looked at hotels while deciding where to stay but most were more expensive with no real seating area (definitely not for 4) and no kitchen, which would have required us to sit at a restaurant/bar to do the same as we did at a much higher rate (btwn the room, meals and drinks). So all in all we were a ton more comfortable and spent a lot less money staying here. Would definitely stay again! Thanks Kate!
