My friends and family and I stayed here for my Marine Corps retirement and found it to be a spacious, clean, quiet and beautiful home. Cory was responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

I had a fantastic experience during my stay! The host was incredibly responsive, providing clear and helpful instructions from the get-go. The home itself was a breath of fresh air—spotlessly clean and boasting a sleek, modern design that truly exceeded my expectations. It matched the description perfectly and looked just like the beautiful photos. Throughout my time there, the host communicated exceptionally well, making sure everything was just right. Overall, this is undoubtedly a gem of a place, and I would absolutely book it again in the future!

The home was perfect! It is very well supplied and very walkable to the beach. The house was clean and comfortable for 6 adults. We enjoyed playing the board games at night. Definitely would stay here again next time visiting Carlsbad.

We had such a wonderful time enjoying Cather estates! The home had everything that we needed and Naomi was a fantastic host. She was responsive, accommodating, and timely. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

This place is exactly as described. It is well equipped and has everything you need for a nice relaxing stay. The beds are very comfortable. We loved the location and the apartment had plenty of room for us. It is close to the beach and downtown Ocean Beach. Plus it is only two blocks from the bus line. Jim and Sha-Marie were very quick to answer any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place with family and dog, would definitely recommend. Very comfortable and spacious, loved the backyard fenced in. Very clean. Nice park 2 blocks away with playground and space to play with dogs. Easy access to freeway everywhere. Rachel was very accesible.

We enjoyed our stay at Mary's place. We stayed for about a month. The area was safe and comfortable. Definitely a walkable community especially for families with little ones! The location was so also great, everywhere we needed to go was about 20 minutes or less! I would consider staying at Mary's place again.

A stunning apartment in the heart of San Clemente. Manu and his team is fantastic - they helped us out tremendously in accommodating our last minute booking! The space is also perfect - a well equipped kitchen for long term stays or home cooking and beautiful decor and furniture. We are so happy with our stay / we already rebooked!

Central location, 20 minutes or less from everything I wanted to see. Walking distance to Chicano park. Clean and cozy space. Street parking wasn’t bad.

We chose this place cause it was just a short walk to our son’s house in Liberty Station military housing. The entire area has so much walkable features like restaurants, bars, stores, parks, water views. If visiting the area Liberty Station is a must! The accommodation were awesome too! Will stay again!

Mary and Tony were amazing and attentive hosts and you can’t beat the location! Surrounded by water and beautiful beaches in every direction. We were there over New Years Eve and on top of a little welcome basket, they provided us with New Years hats and noise makers for the festivities. Very thoughtful. We were traveling with our 11 month old and I was very grateful that the they had a pack n play and baby tub (they only have a shower at the Airbnb, so baby tub was a necessity!). The stairs up to the Airbnb are steep, but they do have a baby gate. I didn’t really trust the gate, so kept my little one away from that area altogether (I would maybe recommend a gate that bolts into the wall for better security). We had everything we needed there and felt very much at home. We will definitely stay there when we come back. Highly recommend! Thank you, Mary and Tony!!! :)

Loved our stay here. Short walk to the beach and to shopping. Neighbors were very helpful with recommendations. Place was cozy. Fans in each bedroom!! Enjoyed our stay!!

My husband and I stayed for a month., visiting family five minutes away. When we checked in, the place was immaculate! Plenty of towels, paper supplies, etc. We especially appreciated the beach/pool towels. The location is very convenient- walk to a grocery store, CVS, and other spots. Easy access to beaches and other attractions (Sesame Place, San Diego Zoo, Aquarium, etc.) The parking spot is as close as it could get. Kitchen equipped with all the basics. Bedroom furnishing a little sparse- only one nightstand in each bedroom- so we moved the nightstand from the second bedroom into the master. Very quiet and peaceful setting. Loved spending afternoons by the pool/hot tub. The grounds are very well maintained. Laundry facilities (just two buildings away) were clean and well-maintained. Never had to wait for a washer or dryer. Check in was a breeze. Definitely recommend 1669 Live Oak!

Nicholas’s apartment was the perfect find for my Southwrn California getaway. The apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable, and the view of the ocean from the pool was just what I had hoped for! A perfect spot to relax during the day and watch the sunset in the evening. Great restaurants and shops in walking distance, free parking, gracious staff - all around perfect!

I had a great stay! Everything was clean and everything I needed for my stay was provided. It was a little difficult to find the alley since we got there when it was dark but other than that once we found it everything was explained throughly. There was plenty to do in the area. Walking distance to restaurants, market/liquor stores, a Starbucks around the corner and the beach about a minute walk. Everywhere we drove to was about 15-20 min drive. Great area!

Amazing location and spot to really get away and enjoy the SoCal beach lifestyle. Helpful touches to have access to beach chairs and ice in the freezer - will be back!

Our stay at Steffanie's place was exactly what we needed. Easy parking, well equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, beach towels; there's even a couple of box fans to drown out the noise of the neighborhood when it's time to go to sleep. Great location in the OB, we walked everywhere to get groceries, coffee and food.

Had a wonderful stay! Perfect for two people. The proximity to the beach and garage full of toys were definitely the highlight. I have never seen an Airbnb with so many free offerings to its guests. Literally everything you could ever want for a beach activity is available in the garage. We took two of the bikes and had a wonderful ride along the beach. Only slight inconvenience were the guests in the condo above had kids and you can hear lots of footsteps, but it didn’t bother us. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing place and location. Right by the beach in a beautiful apartment complex. Susan had thought of everything one would need to stay and was arranged. The kitchen has basic stuff like oil, condiments, coffee. Lot of linen and full range of basic toiletries. The house was well maintained and matched the description well. Susan was very responsive and proactive. The location is amazing and the apartment complex and surrounding area are beautiful. Overall we had a wonderful stay. Thanks Susan

Jesse was extremely proactive in reaching out to me to confirm my early arrival request. He was very clear with his directions and instructions and prompt to respond when I reached out to him. The unit was exactly as described and not only checked off all of the boxes that we had, but included some additional bonuses. Great value, right off the beach, first floor, washer and dryer included, with two parking spaces. That is pretty much unheard of in that area! Should I need accommodations in San Diego again, I will absolutely reach out to inquire if Jesse's place is available again.

7살 아이와 함께 3인 가족이 묵었습니다. 사진, 그리고 설명과 완벽히 일치하는 아늑하고 쾌적한 숙소였습니다. 세탁기,건조기,조리도구,양념,식기세척기까지 모든 게 갖추어진 Junn의 에어비앤비는 집에서와 똑같은 환경으로 생활할 수 있게 해주었어요! 특히 화장실은 욕조와 타일 상태가 새것처럼 완벽했고 얼룩 하나 없었습니다. 항상 응답이 빨랐고 제가 연락하지 않았는데도 중간에 안부를 물어 주었습니다. 미시온 지역에서 씨월드, 발보아파크, 샌디에고 동물원, 테코로테 쇼어스의 놀이터 등을 아주 가깝고 편하게 관광했어요. 라호야와 코로나도 쪽도 멀지 않았습니다. 좋은 숙소 추천드려요. 감사합니다.
