Just an amazing stay. Very clean. I’m a little… bougie. But I was quite impressed with the stay and the level of cleanliness, which means a lot coming from me. Well maintained. Great time. Pool was cleaned daily. Jurgen seems like a straight up guy. We had no issues on our stay but I’m sure if we did he would address them rapidly. We were in need of batteries and he had them there within the hour! This is quite the hidden gem. Great value if you’re looking to either A) just sit poolside and relax Or B)treat it like your home base. Use the money you’re saving compared to other similar places that are double the price and not even as clean, and rent a car and travel all over The cherry on top was the groundskeeper, Jenaro. What an incredible human being. When you stay here, feel free to ask Jurgen or Jenaro about what he recommends. You can’t go wrong. Must stay place. No complaints 10/10

Nadia es una host muy atenta, responde rápidamente y sus instrucciones fueron muy precisas y claras. El estudio estaba impecable, un parqueo muy seguro y privado. Un espacio tranquilo con una buena distancia del centro. La mayoría del tiempo dejamos nuestro auto en el parqueo y caminamos al centro del Tamarindo. Mi única observación es con respecto a la presión del agua dejamos la ducha, todas la veces que la utilizamos tenía una buena presión al inicio y luego nos que nos sin agua por un par de minutos y luego regresaba y todo bien, sin embargo, a veces estabas full de shampoo no puedes ver nada y zas ! Sin agua 😅! A parte de esto, todo estuvo genial. PV 🏄🏻‍♀️✌️

Die Wohnung von Jimmy war toll!! Wir haben uns gleich wie Zuhause gefühlt und konnten gut entspannen. Jimmy war super freundlich! Wir kamen Abends erst sehr spät in Villareal an und er hat uns mit seinem Auto abgeholt. Als wir beim check out wieder sehr früh los mussten, hat er uns wieder gefahren damit wir nicht laufen müssen. Ein echt toller Mensch mit einem echt schönen Airbnb! Wir können es nur empfehlen!☺️☺️

Condo is in the perfect location. Beach and all local attractions are within a few minutes walk. You don’t need a vehicle unless you are planning on leaving the Playa Tamarindo area. I have stayed in several condos within this property on my many trips to Tamarindo because the locations can’t be beat, I always feel safe here and the condos are beautiful and comfortable!

Muy recomendable reservar en este alojamiento. Está prácticamente en el corazón de Las Catalinas, a pocos metros de la playa y del valet parking. El equipo se contactó en todo momento para el check in y darnos instrucciones para la llegada. Un lugar mágico con todas las comodidades para sentirse como en casa.

Great communications and very responsive. The bedroom fan stopped working while we were there so we let him know and he offered to replace it immediately. The A/C was fine so there was no rush but he made arrangements to replace it the next day. He answered any questions we had and was easy to deal with. The apartment & complex was as it showed on the website and it has great access to town and yet it is quiet for sleeping.

Die Unterkunft war genau wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Super modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Pool hat für eine super Abkühlung gesorgt nach einem schönen Strandtag. Eli ist eine super Gastgeberin und kümmert sich schnell und die Wünsche der Gäste. Ich wünsche ihnen alles Gute. Liebe Grüße Stephanie

we spent 3 weeks at Hans condo. we enjoyed our morning coffee and evening sunsets from the balcony with ocean view. we also enjoyed our swims in the large pool. the staff were very friendly and helpful. we would definitely staff again.

We loved our stay so much, the space is beautiful with lots of natural light, great studio layout. Mariel was very helpful throughout our stay, and it was so nice to do a Pilates class in her studio which is on the same property. It's in a very peaceful part of Tamarindo, but still close by to the town center. We will definitely stay here again in the future! It's my fave place I've stayed in Tamarindo thus far, and I go often. Happy to have found this gem. Thanks Mariel for making our stay amazing!

para empezar Cindy es una excelente anfitrión y muy educada y ayenta, con respecto al el departamento para nuestro parecer se encuentra buena ubicación cerca de las playas, restaurantes, algunos supermercados, la ubicación muy privado y bastante completo ya es nuestra segunda ves que nos hospedamos en este lugar y nos gusta mucho la verdad de nuestra parte muy agradecidos.

Un lugar muy agradable, excelente ubicación cerca de muchas playas, mucha limpieza, un lugar muy tranquilo sin ruido, una piscina relajante y cerca de restaurantes y comercios, súper recomendado

Amazing Stay – Highly Recommend! Casa Pio was the perfect spot for my stay in Tamarindo! The location is ideal—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and bars, while still feeling peaceful. The apartment had everything I needed: a comfy bed, kitchen, strong WiFi, and great air conditioning. Beto, the caretaker, was outstanding! He went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. His hospitality truly made a difference. It’s Costa Rica so expect some bugs and nature sounds—but that’s part of the charm. The surrounding wildlife, including monkeys, made the stay even more special. For an affordable, comfortable, and well-located stay with amazing hospitality, Casa Pio is a great choice. Grant is a great host and I’d definitely stay again!

Andres is a great host with lots of recommendations for us for nearby beaches. All of which were beautiful. We enjoyed the scenery and being tucked away in nature.

We had an amazing experience at the tree house. I am so thankful we found her listing online and decided to give it a try. I could have sat on the outdoor patio all day long watching the birds, the sunsets, and the peaceful surroundings. I loved watching the white throated magpie jays eat the papaya right off the balcony. They were so fun to watch. We loved seeing the hummingbirds and green parrots daily as well. Some evenings we heard howler monkeys and every night we were serenaded by frogs. The leaf cutter ants were also a treat to watch as they carried flowers to their house each night! Colleen provided all the information we would possibly need for the surrounding restaurants, beaches, etc. We loved Gracia the onsite restaurant and the infinity pool there. We will definitely be back. Don’t miss Coco Loco and Amigas tacos in Playa Flamingo! Also go on an excursion with Matt’s Tours C.R. Our family could not have had a better experience. Arun’s place is peaceful, luxurious, and truly a respite from the hustle bustle of life. Everything was spotless and the concierge was so helpful. The beauty and relative ease of life made us all relaxed, better versions of ourselves. We skipped renting a car and opted for arranged transport to and from the airport, and we rented a golf cart. We were so glad we did! The streets felt safe and we enjoyed the short rides (minutes!) to the beach, shops, restaurants. Every member of our family remarked on how it would be tough to beat this place - the views, amenities, pool, proximity to good food and a world-class beach. The only downside of this vacation is that future trips may pale in comparison to this one :). Pure vida!

Definitely a great place to go for a family vacation. Pools were great and warm and lots of seating around on the deck. Never had an issue finding a space to put our stuff at the pool. Grocery store was within walking distance. Beds were very comfortable and the entire place had enough space for all of us. Pool gets a little noisy in the evenings with the young kids swimming until 9pm but other than that everything was perfect. Definitely recommend!

We loved the multiple balconies. Breakfast or naps in the more private balcony off living room and evening drinks with hubby in the evening on the balcony off the master. The pool closest to this unit was very clean and not deep so great for kids. We didn’t know how to turn on jacuzzi, but noticed it working a different day. Parking is great and convenient & safe which isn’t the case everywhere. When we just needed a quiet night at home it was nice to easily stream Disney/Netflix. Having private laundry was so convenient!! We didn’t use other amenities because we were out tourist-ing. We had a small repair need while we were there and Elodie was very quick at responding and repairing it. It’s a very nice & quiet resort, only 1 night we had a neighbor playing music pretty loudly, but by 10:30 it was quiet. The condo needed a few minor repairs consistent with normal wear and tear. Kitchen utensils were just ok, but let’s be honest, I really enjoyed going out for Costa Rican food.

We had a fantastic time at Lynzi and Graham’s place. They were super hosts and helped us tremendously. I would give them 10 stars if possible. Their location was beautiful. Lynzi’s attention to detail was super impressive. She even helped me celebrate my birthday with a lovely birthday crown. We would definitely visit again. We definitely recommend arriving in daylight with an SUV (SPORT mode!!) . The drive at night was tricky, but Lynzi and Graham met us and helped us to the house. Beautiful view. Beautiful sunsets.

We just had the best one week vacation in Costa Rica! Condo was exactly as described. Spacious, conveniently located, safe, great amenities. Our hosts were very responsive and super friendly, ready to help and answer any question. I very much appreciate superb communication on their end. The place is literally 5 mins away from the beach, 7 mins walk to the closest grocery store and a really nice restaurant/bar with right outside of the apartment complex. Would love to come back and stay there again. Absolutely recommend!

Lovely place to enjoy the nature and peace, our kids absolutely loved the swimming pool and surroundings. Friendly owners and staff made us feel like home and we definitely enjoyed our stay and would love to come back to explore more
