Buk’s place was great, it was ideally located with plenty of restaurants nearby, it is very close by the centro historico of san jose and there’s plenty of dining options nearby too. The appartment itself was good and clean. It gets a bit hot during the day but nothing to worry much. There is security in the building and i would highly recommend anyone to check out the gorgeous rooftop they have in the building the view over san jose’s skyline is incredible. The only thing thumbs down i would give them is when we asked them to keep our luggages for a bit, they said they couldn’t, it wasn’t a big deal tho.

Ronald really helped me, I needed a early check in and he accommodated me. the place is nice and Ronald was nice I will stay again.

We stayed in Priscilla and Juan Carlos’s apartment for two nights and it was a great place to stay after arriving in Costa Rica! We didn’t spend much time in the apartment, but it was fantastic for us as a place to settle in, sleep and explore from! We noticed that there were no washcloths, though all other towels we needed were present — and while the sofa was not the one pictured, it still converted to a sofa bed that was decently comfortable to sleep on. We would stay there again on a future visit to San Jose. ¡Muchas gracias, Priscilla y Juan Carlos!

Building security with parking garage made the stay comfortable, great location, lots of things to see and do including great restaurants.

Great stay at Guido's beautiful flat in a beautiful building. Great views and sunset from the top floor and a lovely little balcony to enjoy in the flat too. Perfect location in a safe area near vegan restaurants and walkable to the city centre too. Our flight was late and no problems checking in at 2am as there is a 24 hour check in desk which was one of the reasons we chose this place. It's true about the train being noisy though it doesn't run on a Sunday so it only bothered us the last morning from about 5am and earplugs did the trick.

My husband and I loved this apartment. It was a great start to our month long vacation. It was close to the airport and the WiFi was extremely fast which was important for work in the mornings. We really enjoyed the outdoor living space and infinity pool. Perfect for enjoying coffee in the mornings and a cocktail in the evening. Great brewery (La Planta Brew Pub) within walking distance was a bonus! Great food and brews! Finally, our host Leonardo was very responsive and checked in with us to make sure everything was going well! We would definitely stay at his apartment again!💯❤️

El departamento era absolutamente encantador. Gran decoración, muy amplio, limpio, las camas estaban súper cómodas y la cocina tenía todo lo que necesitábamos, también tenía un aire acondicionado potente y una gran televisión 4k, así que nos sentimos súper cómodos durante nuestra estancia. El departamento está en piso 15, por lo que obtienes una hermosa vista de la ciudad y las montañas. Fue muy fácil hacer el check in, La anfitriona fue súper receptiva y nos ayudo con recomendaciones sobre qué hacer en la zona. La piscina está en piso 24 y tiene una vista increíble y en la zona hay muchos cafés, restaurantes y dos parques muy lindos para salir a caminar. Hice la reservación tarde en la noche y aún así obtuve una respuesta inmediata. Definitivamente me hospedaría aquí de nuevo.

El apartamento es tal y como está descrito en el anuncio. El acceso fue muy fácil. Está ubicado en el mismo nivel del lobby, y para ir a la piscina no hay que tomar ascensor, está prácticamente a 2 minutos caminando. Tiene una cama muy cómoda, y TV tanto en la habitación como en la sala. Cocina bien equipada. Cuando llegamos estaba super limpio. Las amenidades son super lindas, aunque el apartamento es confortable, subir a la Azotea y tomarte un café y disfrutar las vistas y los distintos espacios, es de lo mejor que tiene Núcleo. Los host siempre muy atentos y respondieron muy rápido a nuestras consultas.

The accommodation was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was very well equipped, you had everything you needed. Maria was friendly and accommodating.

El departamento de Karla coincide con las fotografías, la vista es increíble. Todo muy limpio . Karla siempre estuvo atenta a nuestra llegada. Al rededor del edificio hay muchas opciones de restaurantes y bares. Definitivamente será nuestra primera opción cuando regresemos a Costa Rica

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! Although the apartment is not brand new, it had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home. It’s very clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped. The balcony with views of trees and mountains is a true gem – it was the perfect spot for morning coffee and a relaxing evening watching the sunset. Both bedrooms were very comfortable, with luxurious bedding, air conditioning, and blackout curtains. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. I was super happy with the fast internet so I could work remotely A huge plus is the apartment’s location – it’s very close to the pool, which was especially convenient on hot days. We had access to a gym, restaurant, and playground. The entire complex is well-kept and very safe, with 24/7 security. The host was incredibly kind, helpful, and always quick to respond to any questions or needs. Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality and care – it made the stay truly special!

My friends and I stayed at Manuel’s place for two nights and cannot recommend it enough! He and his staff were courteous, communicative and friendly, and the Villa was perfect for our group of 3. The restaurant on site has great breakfast. We didn’t get to try out the pools but hopefully on a future trip! If you are planning on going to an event at Parque Viva, the location is excellent. It’s also very close to the airport.

Background: I stayed for 10 days, during early April, rented a car and worked remotely during the week. Apartment: Excellent views of San Jose. Floor to ceiling windows! The entire building has a very upscale feel to it. The apartment itself is nice with a decent work area and two TVs. In the kitchen all of the essentials are there as well as in the bathroom. The balcony is really nice. Wireless internet connection was fast and reliable. All the appliances were extremely easy to use. There isn’t an A/C in the living room so just be ready for that, but I don’t think I would have used it anyways. The A/C in the bedroom worked great. Looks of closet space and the bed was comfy and clean. Host: Excellent communication. Super responsive day or night! Felt like a concierge! Surroundings: Very safe, upscale area. 4-5 min drive to parks, coffee, malls, groceries, restaurants almost anything. Very walkable area! For the money, the place is an absolute steal! BOOK IT!

Ruben was an amazing host! Place was super cozy and he was SUPER NICE! We couldnt feel more at home than what we did! This was the consensus of myself, wife and kids! Will look for this place when going to Costa Rica!!

Great place and very comfortable. Good A/C. Great security and it was helpful to have many food options and a Fresh market near by. Nice and quite place and was able to get a lot done. Only complaint, the hot tub in the community area is not warm. Which is not really in the control of the apartment owner. Overall a great place to stay if you need to be in Santa Ana.
