As amazing as the photos may appear, they do not do justice to the true beauty of this place. Sandip has tastefully done up his property with great attention to detail. It is an extremely comfortable home in a cozy hamlet, with the beach only a stone's throw away. The culmination of all the tiny elements in the house, from the choicest crockery to the ambient warm lights, makes it a delightful place to live. The place was extremely clean when we checked in, and the caretaker gave us a thorough tour of all the necessary amenities to help us settle in. Sandip is an exceptional host who made our check-in, stay, and checkout experience seamless. He was always reachable and extremely accommodating of the minor hiccups we faced. Overall, it was a top-notch experience that I highly recommend.

We stayed in this facility for close to 40 days and had very peaceful and enjoyable stay. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a stay for a family in OMR vicinity.

My stay was very comfortable. Host Ashok was highly responsive and provided clear instructions for easy navigation and recommendations for nearby eateries. Transportation was convenient, making it an excellent choice for a long-term stay.

We had a very comfortable stay at the property. The beach was at a walking distance and accessible at any time of the day. The flat also offered a breathtaking view of the sea from its balcony where the residents can view the sunrise and sunset from the comfort of home. The kitchen and the drawing room were well furnished and added to the comfortable stay. The rooms were clean and spacious. It is an ideal option for a vacation with friends and family if you are looking for a serene getaway from the hustle-bustle of the city.

Amazing Stay at a Spotless and Centrally Located Property! We had a wonderful stay at Salva’s Airbnb! The property was extremely hygienic and impeccably clean, making it a very comfortable space for our family. The location was perfect—right in the center, with easy access to great restaurants, the zoo, the palace, and the temple. Since we were traveling with a baby, we truly appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, which had all the necessary utensils for our convenience. On top of that, Salva was incredibly accommodating—we were allowed to stay an extra two hours as our flight was delayed, which was a huge help. Their thoughtfulness and hospitality truly made our stay even better. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!

Check in and check out were very smooth. Place was kept clean and ready to move in. Host made very comfortable parking arrangements for my car which made the stay very convenient. Overall an amazing stay.

Location : A+ Host: A+ Amenities: A+, stove didn’t work for us but Anjali was proactive and sent us an induction. Lift/Elevator is missing. Had to carry heavy luggage to the third floor. We did find worms , threw them out but they kept coming back. Wasn’t a big deal hardly bothered us. Recommended.

I had a decent stay at this Airbnb. The place was exactly as described in the listing, clean, and well-maintained. The host was responsive and provided all the necessary information for check-in and check-out. The location was convenient, with easy access to local shops and attractions.

Pritika's place is beautifully kept and she was always responsive. I stayed for about 1.5 months and was very comfortable. The cleaning lady that Pritika appointed was great (extra cost). The place was definitely expensive - you pay for fantastic location. Also, it's a ground floor so if you're a light sleeper, there's morning street noise - vegetable vendors etc. Other than this, it was home away from home, and I was also invited to a breakfast with Pritika and her mom which was delicious and extremely generous. I'll definitely stay here again!

We had a good time at Dharshan’s place. It just felt like home. We had a great holiday and would definitely go back. Dharshan had clearly given us an idea of the place. If your ever need a peaceful and relaxing stay choose this place. It's got great ambience and excellent amenities. If I'm in Bangalore again I'll defo pick this place. Not to mention it's couple friendly and private and secure as the tag mentions it. The unit is spacious for two.

Wow.. what a place Mr. Zakir was an amazing person, very helpful, kind, very quick in response. Beautiful space to live, nice room and kitchen, was very private for us. Really enjoyed our 2 weeks stay and will recommend when you are in Thiruvanthapuram. Thank you Zakir for the amazing stay.

My family and I arrived at Mohit's place after a grueling 22 hour journey and immediately felt at home. He was there to welcome us, offer us a cup of tea and give us his cleaner's contact details. He was extremely responsive - when I found that the freezer wasn't defrosting properly, he promptly got a new fridge. If I messaged him about the cleaning, he immediately coordinated with the helper. The house too went beyond our expectations. Each room is tastefully decorated with comfortable rugs and chairs. Linens and towels were changed regularly, without my prompting. The living space is large and great for a family. He offered us the services of a cook as well, and although I didn't need it, it was good to have options in case I didn't want to cook. The area is quiet and private as well, while being 5 minutes away from the Sarjapur main road. Full marks to the host for creating an welcoming oasis!

Excellent stay. Nice place, sea view from windows, just like photo. Property manager Srinivas very helpful and co operative. Looking forward to revisit the property.

awesome stay with Harsh. Team was super helpful. Place was very well maintained. Kids loved the bathtub! If I have to find any fault it would be that the master bedroom had a TV missing. Overall awesome stay!

The trip to Varkala would’ve been incomplete hadn’t we come across the Beautiful property of Shibu at Surendram Villa. Vishnu in particular ensured to help us in making most out of our Varakal trip. He suggested for most of the things in and around Varkala for a seamless experience. Hoping to visit this place again soon. A lovely host who makes you feel right at home,even buying some groceries for you to have. The apartment is spotlessly clean and so well furnished with quality appliances and utensils that you can use. Bedding, towels actually the works are of extremely high standards. The apartment is absolutely beautiful,airy and bright and lovely terrace as well. Definitely one of the best hosts and places to stay. Absolutely recommended.
