As amazing as the photos may appear, they do not do justice to the true beauty of this place. Sandip has tastefully done up his property with great attention to detail. It is an extremely comfortable home in a cozy hamlet, with the beach only a stone's throw away. The culmination of all the tiny elements in the house, from the choicest crockery to the ambient warm lights, makes it a delightful place to live. The place was extremely clean when we checked in, and the caretaker gave us a thorough tour of all the necessary amenities to help us settle in. Sandip is an exceptional host who made our check-in, stay, and checkout experience seamless. He was always reachable and extremely accommodating of the minor hiccups we faced. Overall, it was a top-notch experience that I highly recommend.

This place was a last minute find for us. But absolutely loved the stay. Felt very comfortable and at home. We get to have the most flexible check-in, and everything we needed was there. It was absolute home like. Also felt the inert need to keep em clean henceforth. Very spacious and calm getaway. Would definitely recommend this to anybody needing a private and quiet vacation!!

Mr. Shashank was very cordial and responded everytime there was a query. The place located perfectly such that everything is in a 2km radius, be it the Restaurants, Beaches or Pubs. Clean washrooms, all basic amenities and good air conditioning for the hot weather! All in all a cozy place for a brief visit to Pondi!!

We had a very comfortable stay at the property. The beach was at a walking distance and accessible at any time of the day. The flat also offered a breathtaking view of the sea from its balcony where the residents can view the sunrise and sunset from the comfort of home. The kitchen and the drawing room were well furnished and added to the comfortable stay. The rooms were clean and spacious. It is an ideal option for a vacation with friends and family if you are looking for a serene getaway from the hustle-bustle of the city.

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely place right across from Rock Beach. Waking up to the sound of waves and watching the sunset from the balcony was an absolute highlight—just like the view in the photo! The location is perfect, with the beach promenade just steps away and plenty of cafés, shops, and local attractions within walking distance. The home was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was responsive and helpful throughout the stay. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to enjoy Pondicherry’s charm, especially for the unbeatable sea view!

Had a great time at UshAnu! Anu and Cj Raichura were great hosts. They accommodated our early check in and late check out requests. Anu made sure we were comfortable in every way possible. She proactively asked if we needed help with anything in and around Pondi. She kept snacks for us. She gave us local recommendations and also told us the ideal time to visit them. Overall she was extremely friendly, and it felt very comforting. Highly recommend UshAnu if you want to stay in White Town!

I stayed in Arabian nights for two days and the stay was overall good. It is same as described in the picture. White town is around 10mins dri ve. They also provide complementary breakfast which was good. Strongly recommend it

The appartment is cozy and Exceptionally well organized. The attention to detail is incredible. The host is super friendly and very knowledgeable. He has made sure of every small aspect of a great homestay... Very very peaceful location. It's a hidden gem!... And super value for money.

We had a wonderful time at the villa, living to the sound of ocean waves. Especially because we were celebrating our brother and sister in law's wedding, it was lovely to see the place decorated for them. Robin was so helpful, thank you very much!

Great location (literally a few blocks from the beach) and ocean view. Has a small gym on the top floor (great surprise). Restaurants and main road all within walking distance. Great place that is quiet but still close enough to the main city.

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. We stayed 1 week. Mohammed was very helpful, attentive and fast to respond to our questions. The apartment is well located, you can manage to do everything from there (Uber, Swiggy, Zomato all deliver over there). We did a lot of research to find a budget accommodation, with a kitchen and wifi, well located, and this place was the best value we found in the area. Bonus point for the washing machine, drinkable water and the AC. Although there is an extra charge for the electricity, it is minimal (we used the AC not intensively but a few hours during the day and it was about 1$/day). Wifi was great, the street is quiet, the other tenants around are kind. Maybe the kitchen could use a bit more cutlery, and cups to drink hot beverage, but the rest was great! Recommended!

I had a great stay here. I booked the apartment so I could have privacy and work while exploring Pondy. I always enjoy staying in neighborhoods a little bit outside of the center to get a local feel and the neighborhood was lovely. Dipen sent me recommendations for some specific things I was looking for and responded very quickly when I had an issue with the wifi. Jacqueline lives very close and comes everyday in case you need anything. The bed was so comfortable—the best during my 6 months in India. Not too hard or soft and nice linens. The small kitchen is fully functional and has everything you need and more. As someone who is traveling long term I really appreciate having this and it is pretty uncommon. There is a toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans, good knives. It’s amazing how much you can do with a small space and Dipen has designed and furnished the place well. The balcony is the best and you can do yoga there or on the roof!

An excellent base to explore Pondicherry. In Whitetown, in a not very crowded place and close to all the major attractions. The Promenade and the Rock beach are just a five minute walk away. Many good restaurants in walkable distance. The apartment itself is very nice and comfortable. Clean rooms and bathrooms with clean linens and towels. Kitchen is equipped for basic cooking and was very useful for us. Check in was smooth and quick. Sherine is a very responsive host. We had a couple of requests which were quickly taken care of. The flip side to the awesome location is that it is across a pub/restaurant which was playing music well past 11 pm and was audible in the rooms. A concern if you are light sleeper. But all in all, a highly recommended place!
