Just as listed. The unit is a little dated and could use some cosmetic repairs/updates, but it had everything my daughter and I needed. Being right on the beach was perfect.

There was no kitchen in the unit. Bibisch let me know that right away, so it didn’t look exactly like the photos. I’m guessing the hurricane last Fall caused some damage. You would never know tho. We could tell it was freshly painted. Nice, comfortable bed. Close to a lot of restaurants and bars and the beach. We’ll be back!

Aaron's place was lovely, not ostentatious, comfortable and with LARGE screen TV's! Loved the bracelets that afford us entry easily.

Best location you can find in Clearwater Beach! Literally steps from the ocean. Host provided beach chairs and towels which was appreciated. Unit has very good AC, central and wall units. Would definitely stay here again!

Debra was a great host and the Airbnb was in an awesome location - a quick walk across the street to the beach! We really enjoyed our stay.

This was the 2nd property we stayed at of Kathy's. Great hosts in a perfect location and we will absolutely stay here again! very walkable location and a bus stop close by as well if needed. the room of beach equipment is a huge bonus! can't wait for our next trip back!

My sister, father and I had a wonderful stay. The condo is just like the pictures. It was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the place is very clean. The balcony was awesome. We saw many dolphins from the balcony. The sunsets were beautiful.

Eine äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit Handtüchern für Bad und Strand. Auch Strandstühle und Bollerwagen konnten wir nutzen. Der Strand ist nur einen kurzen Fußweg vom Haus entfernt. Das Essen nahmen wir im gemütlichen Wohnzimmer und teilweise in der Küche ein. Wir danken Nicholas für seine sehr freundliche Art und Kommunikation.

Rachel‘s place was absolutely the best Airbnb we ever stayed at! The proximity to the beach was close. (Walking distance) Her place was pet friendly, there’s an amazing dog park two blocks over. The beds were comfortable. The shower was hot. The washer and dryer was a bonus. Outdoor shower was amazing a great backyard for your pet and also a small clothesline to hang your laundry. This place was very homey and a perfect place to stay. Thank you Rachel for going above and beyond Indian rock Beach is a better place because of people like you.

Perfect little getaway! Loved the private pool area and just steps away from the beach! All needed amenities were available…wagon, chairs, towels, toys, etc! The outdoor shower was a huge plus, helping keep the sand minimal when returning from the beach! Loved this place and will definitely keep it in mind for future trips!

Excellent location, safe and just across the street from a nice beach. Walkable to restaurants and cafes. We enjoyed our stay with 4 teens. Would recommend.

My family and I stayed here 3 nights to break up our Disney vacation. The location of this place was amazing. You could walk right on to the beach from the house. The space was clean and the host was very communicative. I also thought the beds were very comfortable, which is big for me. The only downside was the outside was a little messy due to the hurricane, however it was understandable as all of the properties around there seemed to be dealing with the same issue. I would stay here again if given the opportunity and would definitely recommend.

House was awesome! Our first airbnb experience and it was a homerun! House was exactly as described, and very clean! Neighborhood was quite, and private. Pool was amazing. Also the provided toiletries, kitchen tools and extras, and extra linens were great. Marianela y Carlos were great hosts and we enjoyed our stay!

This place is absolutely beautiful. The home is full of character, wood floors, sash windows, it’s lovely. Plenty of room for a large family. And right on the beach. It’s amazing. We all loved our stay here & would highly recommend it.

We stayed here for a family vacation with 8 adults and 2 kids. The house was beautiful, walking distance from the beach. FYI Reddington Beach does not allow tents of any kind on the beach. Only umbrellas.

This is an amazing location-right across from the beach with water view in the back! My husband fished off the dock every day, we saw dolphins multiple times, and there were pelicans daily. Coffee on the balcony watching the water and sunrise was wonderful. We had so much fun playing ping pong in the outdoor space. It’s quiet at night. The condo was cute, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Dave was attentive to all our needs and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend Dave’s place and would book this again.

We had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to go back! Everything was exactly as described in the listing and our favourite part was the location to the beach to catch all the stunning sunsets!

Communication with Dave was super easy. If I had any questions or I wanted to let them know anything they responded very quickly. We will definitely be back- even though we live across the bay-We still want to stay on the beach to remind ourselves we live in Florida. Beautiful stay! We will be back!!

For an older building the unit was well maintained and was right on the beach and close to many restaurants as well as a grocery store.

While I had a little issue finding the door to enter, due to construction underway due to the last hurricane, but once I found it the condo was lovely. It was comfortable and quiet being in the top floor (3rd floor). Construction underway on the ground floor units was a wake up call each morning but it did get our day started. I will look to book again when I need a ‘beach’ break again.

We were a group of 5 women, we had a fabulous time! Plenty of amenities for 5 people except for beach chairs which were available to rent on the beach. We had an issue with the dryer not working so we weren't able to do any laundry which was a small issue. I reported it to Franca and she replied right away that she was going to schedule someone to come look at it but never heard anything back from her after that. To get to the beach from the condo you need to go through a gate that is locked at the pool and then through another gate to get to the beach. Otherwise you have to walk around the front and down the public beach access. There were only 2 keys so that was an issue, maybe a lock with a code would be more helpful? All in all the condo was everything that was advertised. Thank you Franca for sharing your home!

This condo was a beautiful place to stay right on the beach. The view from the condo was spectacular. The unit has a big balcony including an alcove protected from wind and rain to still enjoy the view of the ocean. Inside the condo, the beds were very comfortable, and the unit was very clean and well stocked. It had everything we needed for a relaxing few days on the beach. Peter was very responsive and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would love to come back to stay again in the future.

My friends and I had a fantastic time! The location was excellent for us snowbirds! The place was nicely decorated and peaceful. We were glad to see that the space accommodated my friend’s walker. The kitchen was well equipped to cook our homemade meals. We watched the sunrise from the balcony. The beach was a three-minute walk- perfect for a quiet morning walk and to watch the sunset in the evening. Donna, the host, was responsive to my phone calls whenever I had questions. We created great memories. Thank you.
