Diane’s place was great! We were in town for the weekend and the place was just like the pictures. It had everything we needed and we loved using the grill! It is walkable to everything and we didn’t use our car once after we got here. The beach is right across the street and a lot of good restaurants and ice cream. Diane was such a great host! She answered all of our questions. We plan to come back soon and rent Diane’s place again in the next couple months! We loved it here!

This place was really peaceful and beautiful. Loved walking around the neighborhood. Definitely will comeback. The hosts were great too. Very helpful and responsive. Overall good escape from city life.

Though it’s been a few years this was our fifth time staying at The Roost. We love the decor, location, amenities, coziness, and all there is to do within walking distance . This is a quirky little place with a deluxe feel. It is our favorite place to stay when visiting local family in the Tampa area ! The back patio has a delightful new hot tub jacuzzi surrounded by a pergola of blooming bougainvillea! It is in a super location within walking distance to several famous restaurants ! Ybor is worth a visit and the Roost is perfect for a couple !

This is probably our favorite Airbnb to date! The location is fantastic, on a street full of restaurants and bars, about a block from the beach. Yet, it was quiet! The place is very comfortable, with awesome and quirky decor, two bedrooms, and an air-conditioned, screened-in front porch, which was our dog’s favorite part! Great value!

Water view is pretty good. Quiet and peaceful place to stay.

Quaint little studio. Very quiet and comfortable. Bebe was extremely responsive and helpful with all my questions. Would absolutely stay again.

Dianne was the best Airbnb host I have ever had. She, and her husband, were incredibly warm and welcoming. She was extremely responsive and went out of her way to address any issues that might arise. My casita shared their absolutely beautiful backyard and it was like having a terrific neighbor who also does your gardening! I can’t say enough good things about Dianne. She and the house were perfect.

Wonderful place, I love it. I had some problems with the lock code but it was not a big deal.

It was the perfect size space for me. It’s nicely decorated and I loved the private shaded porch, perfect for breakfast outside.

This stay was exactly as described in the listing. The place was clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Communication was excellent and quick and helpful responses made everything seamless. Check-in and check-out were easy, with no issues at all. The space had everything we needed, and I would stay here again.

Perfect for our needs. Cute little converted garage, beautifully decorated with basics for your stay. Only complaint is that the hot water heater never got the water truly hot - we took lukewarm/cool showers - and no vent fan in the bathroom. Other than that, the place was perfect.

Absolutely amazing stay, I had a wonderful time for a little getaway and this is conveniently close to a lot of great places! Jeremy was a great host and I could ask for anything better!

Such a great place!! PERFECT for solo or couples. I was in the area for a work training and stood here for 4 nights. The bed is very comfortable and the place is cozy. Very quiet and peaceful. I didn't venture out any further than work, but there is plenty to do, and great food options in the area. Place was clean and exactly as pictured/described. Thank you Darely's for a great stay! Will definitely stay here again if I'm ever back in the area :)

Perfect for an overnight! Was in town for wedding. Easy check in, host was nice enough to let me check in early too. Located right off a highway, but honestly didn’t bother me. Felt safe and had everything I needed. Close to town and easy to get around. Thank you!!

We visited family in Bradenton and the lodging was great and sort of off the beaten path but very nice with a view of the river on the back deck. The cottage was very comfy and had cooking facilities with a fridge. He even had a cooler which we took to the beach. It had parking and you can walk to a nearby restaurant if you’d like. Highly recommend.

Julie was very friendly. If there were any issues, her response time was great. I really liked the place. It's perfect for one person or a couple. It was decorated nice. My only complaints were it needs a thorough deep cleaning. Wall hangings, base boards, knick knacks etc, were dusty. But the location was great & I would stay there again because of all of her amenities, her response time & the price was good.

My husband and I have grown to love Keisha and her place! She is truly incredible, so kind, extremely friendly, and has so many recommendations if you ask. She is so responsive, and will do sharing in her power to make your stay special. Her place is the perfect to make your stay amazing. I live having a fully equipped kitchen as well as a washer she dryer. I highly recommend staying here!

My 9 year old daughter, my 50 lb dog and I all stayed in this little slice of paradise. The mini house is very well-appointed with no small detail left untouched. It was private, very close driving distance to all of the attractions we wanted to do. The patio is perfect sized to have a coffee and breakfast on. There’s a small turfed area for your dog to do their business. Instructions for everything were very clear - from where to park, where to place the trash, the used linens, a huge stack of fliers for places to eat and things to do. I felt very safe walking my dog throughout the neighborhood, neighbors I did see were friendly and waved. I can’t say enough great things about this adorable property. We CANNOT wait to come back!! great deal, very unique stay. will definitely come back. room was a little humid. linens felt a little wet, but it wasn't a huge deal to me.

This cottage was perfectly peaceful! The neighborhood is quiet, great for sleeping in if that's your thing. It had everything I needed for a few days stay. All of the toiletries and necessities that may have forgotten to pack were available in the cottage which is a nice plus! I appreciated the feeling of community that the cottage has, almost as if everyone who stays leaves behind extras for the next person. Lovely place to stay!

My husband and I had a wonderful time staying at Shira’s tiny home! It was not only clean and tidy inside, but it was the perfect place for some much needed rest and relaxation.
