Great little gem in the heart of the newly created Midtown Tampa area. The property is in a small community of townhomes, gated overnight. It is between 2 major roads and walking distance from multiple bars / restaurants. Very close to multiple grocery superstores as well as Whole Foods and Trader Joe's! Very close to International mall, International Airport, South Tampa and Channel side nights out. Large bedrooms, bright living room, equipped kitchen. Host, Luz is very friendly and accommodating. She is very quick to respond to app messages. Our family felt at home as soon as we walked in.

The house was so beautiful and it was perfect walking distance to everything. I went with a group of ten and we all had so much fun and enough space! Would definitely book again.

This place was everything it was advertised to be and more! I would definitely use Ryan’s services again! The place was so peaceful and clean. He made it feel like home away from home and I appreciated that. Super responsive as well!

Had the best time here with all my girlfriends! The location was incredible and the views were spectacular! Struggled with the front lock a little bit, but overall a fantastic trip! Can’t wait to come back!

The condo was perfect for a girls(ladies) trip! Everything was as pictured in the photos. The kitchen had all of the supplies needed for cooking meals and there were beach chairs and pool noodles for guests in the balcony storage. We were supposed to stay for a whole week but Hurricane Helene was headed to Florida and we had to cut our trip short but the 4 days that we had was so much fun! I really liked staying in there. We met so many other friendly people while hanging out at the pool. We loved being able to enjoy the sunsets in the evening and coffee in the morning on the balcony. I hope to come back and stay again!

Super easy check in and very responsive. This was a work trip. After a long day great to come back and relax.

Very helpful and a nice place right down the road from plenty of food spots and Busch gardens, has gym pool and gaming room that we used each night, would definitely stay again !

We enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and had everything and more than we needed. Very comfortable and quiet. We were in town for a wedding and it was a perfect , close location to the venue. Easy access and flexible checkin was appreciated.

The Airbnb was in a fairly quiet area, but close enough to town. Overall amazing deal! donny was incredibly helpful and responsive

My husband, sister, and young daughter had an awesome 2 night stay. The house was EXTREMELY clean! the linens were comfy, and the house overall was a dream! I'd stay here in a heartbeat. I loved the keyless entry, easy parking, and the lights on he stairway as you go upstairs. Overall we had an amazing stay. Do yourself a favor, and book this house!

We really enjoyed our stay. I felt the home was nicer than the pictures showed! Large master bedroom with own deck with ocean view and large updated ensuite bathroom. Family living area is spacious as well. Great for playing games, watching TV and eating with family. Gas stove was a bonus! We stayed in March and it was windy a couple of days, so being able to enjoy sunshine protected from the wind by the hot tub area was really nice. The hot tub area in general was a great space to hang out in if you're not at the beach. Indian shores is a nice town. The beach is quieter, which is very nice, but also not as much to walk to. But we did stay when not everything was open/recovered after the hurricane. Publix market is a less than a 10 minute drive and there are coffee shops and restaurants walkable or a short drive. We also made full use of the beach chairs, toys, umbrellas and floats provided as well. Everything is nicely taken care of and Gerise provided everything we needed!

Five stars isn't enough to give the townhome and Randi. Her communication was excellent and the description is spot on. I can't say anything that was a negative. I walked around the neighborhood and felt very safe. Everything was very clean and all the items she left were unbelievable...snacks, lots of coffee and tea selections, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, games and pool necessities and more. Sitting in the screened in porch was a wonderful way to spend the evening. The ducks from the pond came right up to the door and peered in. What a way to relax after a busy day. Thank you Randi for everything!!

When I say I definitely will be staying again next month when we come into town, that’s how great the air bnb was. It was definitely a nice stay and his responses and instructions on everything was on point 100% I definitely recommend

Exceeded our expectations in every way, they thought of everything you could possibly need from the fully equipped kitchen, beach gear, extra beach towels, fun family home activities, to a great grilling area! This home is truly beautiful and extremely comfortable, not to mention the daily Dolphin watching that play right outside the dock. The location is gorgeous! There are so many bonus rooms and space in the home that everyone has room to enjoy time together as well as a little privacy time. Diana was great, very responsive, professional, and helpful. We wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again. Thank you for everything Diana!

The home was just like the photos/descriptions. Many nice features of the home if staying with children: high chair, strollers, and the game room has a great selection of games to play. Great stay for our vacation!

Mar’s place is pristine clean and beautifully furnished. Located in safe and very peaceful area. Beds are comfortable. I definitely would like to visit again.
